- "The property was super comfortable and had everything we need! The living room was an awesome hang-out spot. The neighborhood was walkable -- bank, grocery store, yummy Thai restaurant. And the neighbors were friendly! We were visiting to see a concert in Port Chester and ended up having just as much fun staying in Greenwich as we did at the show. I also left my car keys behind and the host was very responsive and coordinated mailing them back to me with the property caretakers. Hopefully not something that he has to do often, but I greatly appreciated it!"

- "Solid crash pad near Capitol theatre" - "We stayed here for our wedding that took place in White Plains. It was 10 min drive away from the wedding venue so it was convenient. We wanted a bigger place to prepare for our wedding so we chose this two bed room condo rather than a hotel room. It was located in a quiet residential area, nice neighborhood. We were happy to have the spacious accommodation that is clean but only cons are that the place is old so that the floor squeaks every time we walk everywhere. A bed in the master bed room squeaks so I didn’t sleep well. Also there is limited parking space (street parking) so if you come back at later time, you will have a hard time find a parking space close to the accommodation."

This apartment occupies the entire 2nd floor of a quiet two-family home. It is up flight of stairs. The parking space is right next to the house and can fit 3 cars.
Living Room:
- Perfect for lounging in after exploring town, coming in from a flight, coming back from an awesome concert, or just plain ol' relaxing. You can cozy up on our large sectional under our throw blanket, while watching shows/movies on our Samsung Smart TV.
Kitchen:
- Fully stocked with paper towels, cups, wine glasses, mugs, cookware, pots and pans, bakeware, dinnerware, flatware, full knife set, drip coffee machine, french press, hot water kettle, electric juicer, and more.
- We provide a few packets of Maxwell coffee and teas. We get that there isn't always time to run out and get your fix of caffeine when travelling!
- Appliances: Full size fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, 4-slice toaster

- Round dining table seats up to 4 people. You can eat at this table. Not much more I can say about a dining table.

We maximized the space and it can be comfortable for 2 people for a week or longer. Can do 3 or 4 people for shorter stays of 1-3 nights, but can be tight.

The back of the apt where master bedroom, kitchen, and private entrance are fully above ground. The property is on a slope and the front of the property (living room / 2nd bedroom) are partially below ground, each with windows. 2nd Bedroom has laundry units in closet. The apartment listing is 100% private and and not shared. The only 'shared' space is the backyard for use of any of the 3 STR apartments on the property.
This is a multi-family property with each apartment on its own level and private entrance. With any multi-family, there is some noise transfer from the apartment above. We have strict rules for all listings of absolutely no parties or events, and to be respectful of noise with quiet hours after 10pm.
The kitchen is an efficiency kitchen meaning there is no full oven. We do have countertop induction burners (x2) and a countertop large convection oven / air fryer. Kitchen also has full refrigerator, toaster, keurig, and plenty of dishware and cookware.
The full bath off the master is raised a step. The ceiling is 6'7" of the bathroom only and 8 ft ceiling for the rest of apt.
This listing is street parking only. Parking can be difficult coming in after 9pm due to overnight parking allowed only on one side of the street. You can load / unload at the house, but then move the car, and watch all signs, and do not block driveways or hydrants. If going out local, $5 uber or cab can be worth keeping your spot.
The back yard is shared space. The PVC fence gate should be open at all times secured in place.

Enjoy this large one bedroom apartment 10 min walking to train and downtown area of Mamaroneck. Located on the first floor of the building, you won't find a more convenient place to stay. We are also open to mid-long term guests.

This quiet and beautiful apartment is close to all the major attractions White Plains have to offer, The Main bedroom is furnished with a King Size posturepedic mattress and ceiling fans in each room.
