The house is located in the prestigious and beautiful suburb of Long Island, Great Neck, is a 8-minute walk (0.7 miles) from the train station (Long Island Railroad/LIRR) to Manhattan. 23 minutes by high-speed train to Manhattan, or 37–45 minutes regular train.
8 minutes walk to the city center with shopping, restaurants, a gym, a library open to everyone, and much more.
In Great Neck there are about 10 parks of various sizes, some of them on the water. Kings Point Park, a nature reserve with walking trails, is 3 miles from the house.
JFK airport is 18 minutes away and LGA is 15 minutes away.
