The space
New renovation guest unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Queen bed in each bedroom total two queen beds. We also provide a covetable sofa bed in the living area. 24 hours hot water and air conditioning.

Rear guest unit which entrance door located at the backyard of the house. We provide free parking in the front right driveway. Pls park your car close to the street ( don’t close to the garage of the house). Use right sidewalk of the house to the backyard and you will see the glass door entrance of the unit

It has a large downstairs common area and three bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom. The home is obviously older, but it has been updated and super clean. The pool table was a big hit. This house was perfect for our needs and we would stay again if we needed a large space to host friends and family. However, the iPad system was a little tricky to figure out. We were confused on how to operate the lights, fans and shades but figured it out. I recommend that the owners provide a little more detailed information to be able to use the system. There was an info sheet posted near the front door but not able to carry through the home. The split A/C systems seemed to only operate in some rooms. The kitchen was equipped but we did not do any cooking. Some of the kitchen cabinets were hard to open. The house is huge and it appears some things need to be repaired like outdoor outlets. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Property manager was responsive and gave us a courtesy call to let us know when someone came to work on an outdoor issue. Overall, excellent stay for us. We made many memories in a very unique home that made my son’s graduation very memorable."
