I recommend that the owners provide a little more detailed information to be able to use the system. There was an info sheet posted near the front door but not able to carry through the home. The split A/C systems seemed to only operate in some rooms. The kitchen was equipped but we did not do any cooking. Some of the kitchen cabinets were hard to open. The house is huge and it appears some things need to be repaired like outdoor outlets. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Property manager was responsive and gave us a courtesy call to let us know when someone came to work on an outdoor issue. Overall, excellent stay for us. We made many memories in a very unique home that made my son’s graduation very memorable."

This sumptuous home is situated in a quiet private area that is the ideal spot for a stylish and private get-away. The neighborhood you to stroll to local restaurants, bistros, drinking centers, and supermarkets. In the event that you seem to be nearer to nature, you'll be glad to realize that the nature trail that runs along the whole narrows is only a couple of moments from home.

- "Pros: We thought the pool was awesome and well heated, kids spent a lot of time playing in and around the pool. There were also many things for the kids to play inside the house - some toys, game console, etc. and in the backyard - trampoline, tricycle etc. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and close to the marina for fishing, boating and bicycle path. Our kids definitely enjoyed all the activities during our stay. Owner’s team was generally quick to respond if something needed to be fixed. Cons: The house takes a bit to figure out and get used to since there were a lot of automated amenities controlled by iPad that was confusing at first but nice once we got a hang of them. In addition to the basement, owner also had access to the third floor and regularly stayed there overnight during our stay. That was a surprise to us up on arrival since we did not expect that based on the listing description which only listed basement access by owner, but we did not need the additional space upstairs so we accepted that arrangement."

The New York House is located in Flushing, Queens. It is a new Chinese gathering area. It is surrounded by various cuisines in Chinese and the United States. You don't have to worry about communication in the north and south of the river. ~ ~, there is high-speed WiFi, 20 minutes by car from JFK Airport, 10 minutes by car to LGA Airport. There is a bus Q58 to Terminal 7. 30-40 minutes straight to Times Square. You can also transfer to Times Square at the station. LIRR trains can go to Manhattan and Long Island. The boat is currently docked at Manhasset Bay Marina in Port Washington NY, easy access by train into NYC . The boat can be available at any location in the NY areas, Chelsea Pier NYC, Hoboken Brooklyn, Alpine NJ for an additional charge for relocation and dockage.

This Yacht can be used for overnight accommodation for 6 people or charters for a day cruises with a captain and mate at additional cost.

This luxury yacht can sleep 6 in 3 Private Staterooms, 1 queen and two bedrooms with 2 single beds. The Master stateroom has its own bath and the other 2 staterooms share a bath, both with showers.

Drinks can be enjoyed at the Outdoor Cockpit Dining Table with coach and teak chairs, two coolers are on board to keep all your drinks ice cold.
