- "We were heading to a wedding. I called to ask if we could have an early check in so we could change from travel clothes into our wedding attire. The nice a.m. desk clerk told me that he would note my request but couldn’t guarantee anything. We got there at 12:30 and were told that no rooms were available but to come back in 20 minutes. We returned around 1:00, still no room and no one saying sorry or helping us out. I asked if there was somewhere I could change or leave our luggage, but the desk clerk did nothing. Tim, the maintenance guy, who was painting a door when we walked in, came to our rescue and showed me to a nice bathroom/dressing room off one of the banquet halls in the hotel. The desk clerk was no help. We asked to see the manager and were told the manager was unavailable and wouldn’t be in until Monday. I started to go in a room that had a maid’s cart in front of it to see how close to finishing being cleaned it was, and finally the desk clerk came up with a room. I appreciate the need to clean, sanitize and check rooms during this time of covid, but a little courtesy would have helped, especially from a Hilton. We dashed to the wedding, scooting in minutes before the wedding party walked down the aisle. I will refrain from booking at a Hilton in the future."

☀ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on VrBo's policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
