- "This was an excellent stay for a family beach trip on Long Island! It was beautifully furnished and put together. We loved having the hot tub, back patio with enough seating for all of us, sun room for morning coffee, kitchen table and living room with plenty of seating, and arcade room in the basement. There are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds (one room has full or queen size bunk beds), so there was room for our 3 couples and 1 single to each have their own room. Everything was super clean and included thoughtful details like bath supplies and snacks in the kitchen. The check in process was smooth and the host Renee was super responsive and helpful. When we had a problem with the hot water, she came right away to fix it. It’s a short 30 minute drive to Robert Moses beach and even closer to Jones beach. Thank you so much Renee! - "We stayed here for two weeks in August 2023. The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, very close to the Nautical Mile. Freeport is located within a half hour of JFK airport, and you can explore all that Long Island has to offer from here. The property was exactly as described on Vrbo, with a very comfortable bedroom, lovely en-suite, and a great living space. The sofa bed in the living room served its purpose well, though understandably the mattress is quite thin. The living room also has a table and four seats, sink, fridge, Keurig coffee maker and an ice-maker. There is a TV in both the living room and the bedroom. There is a porch area outside with seating for three which gets the sun in the late afternoon (in August). Fresh linens and towels were provided after a week, and the communication with the owner / property manager was excellent with very quick response. Without hesitation I would recommend this property for anyone interested in staying in Freeport."

- "Wow! We just got back from a week staying at Chris' magnificent house. What a gem! We're a family of 6 (4 kids aged 11-18), and we fit perfectly in the 3 bedrooms (a parents room, a boys room, and a girls room, with a trundle bed in each kids room). Everything was immaculately clean, and all the amenities were in great shape. We used everything... I kayaked every morning... my daughter loved reading (and napping) on the swing chairs... we trampolined, fire pitted, jacuzzi'ed. It is so beautiful and peaceful at this property, with vast views of mostly untouched nature. It was really helpful to have a great, large, fully equipped washer and dryer upstairs by the bedrooms... also a modern well stocked kitchen... it really felt like home (if our home was on a gorgeous waterfront). Chris was incredibly accommodating, offering to help plan for my mom, who has trouble with stairs, to visit (she came most days and had a great time taking in the views). He was always available to answer my questions, and was great about every detail. He even shared some yellowfin tuna that he caught, which was AMAZING! I only hope the property is available in the future... everybody in my family is dying to come back!"

This Clean and Modern pool house provides privacy and is a GREAT option to any hotel! The arrangemnt is very unique and is best fitted for a couple or two. This arrangement is also great if a couple has children and are not opposed to having them in the same space. While this pool house has several beds and pullout beds internally the house is not very private between the people occupying it- so.... only close friends or relatives!!!! Its absolutely Beautiful and one of a kind!!!

- "The basement apartment on the water is lovely and clean, but we could not lock or close the front door because the wood door swelled in the rain. It was ok the first night, but then when we went to leave the next morning, it would not shut or lock. We had to change our plans and wait in the apartment for several hours until the owners remedied the situation. The second night, we were able to lock and close, but then we weren't able to lock and close it the following morning. Admittedly, it had rained like crazy for three days during our stay, but a basement apartment on the water should probably have an aluminum, not wood, exterior door. Owners were lovely, extremely attentive, and gave us a small credit."
