Welcome to our private, 2-bedroom apartment, perfect for families, small groups of friends, or a romantic getaway! The property is perfectly situated in a residential neighborhood that is still right in downtown Long Beach. You'll be minutes away from plenty of restaurants and bars, some of our favorites being JJ Coopers, Billy's Beach Café, the iconic Laurel Diner, and Gino's Pizza. The beach and boardwalk are also a short walk away, as is the LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) with direct service to New York City. The West End of Long Beach is also well-known for it's bars and restaurants, and is easily accessible with Uber, Lyft, or Long Beach's dedicated taxi service.

At the property, you'll have access to plenty of free parking as well as a private entrance to the apartment. Inside you'll find a comfortable living room, with a large TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you'll need, as well as complimentary coffee. The 2 bedrooms are cozy and are supplied with plenty of linens, pillows, and blankets. While you'll love the inside of this space, by the far the best feature is the newly updated, private balcony. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a beverage after a relaxing day at the beach!

We are a very short walk away from the Long Island Railroad (LIRR), with direct service to Manhattan. The train ride is 50 minutes, and makes for a great time to plan all the things you're going to do in NYC! We also have Uber, Lyft, and a dedicated Long Beach Taxi service for getting around the local area.

This is the upstairs unit of a 2 family house. There is a young family in the bottom unit. We ask all guests to adhere to quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. We welcome groups looking to have fun, but just request that people are respectful of the family living in the bottom unit.

The second room has a pull-out couch. You will find extra linen for the pull-out couches in the dresser in the second bedroom. Pillows can be found in the closets. The dresser in this room also contains extra towels.

Under no circumstances do we allow smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside, far away from the entrances and windows of the house. We ask guests to refrain from tossing cigarettes onto the property.

Summer amenities include a private deck with seating, a charcoal grill, and two adult beach passes for your convenience. Ring doorbell and security systems and an owner-accessed smart thermostat are installed for security and efficiency—please do not tamper with these devices.

The owners are very attentive and ensured we were taken care of during our stay. The owners/landlords are the NICEST people - which is so important when renting. They really went out of their way to welcome me. They even include books, DVDs and board games among the furnishings. The studio is immaculate - the pictures online represent it exactly. It was recently completely renovated with all new furnishings and appliances - including good air conditioning! The apartment is about a block from the private East Atlantic Beach (to which you have access), and I spent tons of time enjoying the sun and surf. The community is very friendly with lots of good restaurants in Long Beach, and the neighbors upstairs were also very nice. The studio is perfect for one person, and I would expect for a couple as well. There is great water pressure for good showers, a stacked washer/drier set, new dishwasher, even a coffee maker. I had absolutely every utensil, pitcher, bowl, etc., that I could have ever needed. This rental is truly set up as I would furnish my own summer getaway, including beach chairs. You will be hard-pressed to find anything as nice anywhere in the area. Enjoy!"

- "The price is right! Great spot. Low-cost hang for anyone who wants to be in or near Far Rockaway. Safe, urban neighborhood - around the corner from the police station. Convenient street parking. Restaurants and business district nearby. Not far from a very nice boardwalk and beach. Pretty close to JFK and quieter than some of the airport hotels if you have a layover. Super-easy to check-in and out with the host. Clean, wide-open space. Nice large bed and a big flat-screen TV. It’s not high end but well furnished. Ask for anything you need in the kitchen, but all the basics are there with new appliances, dishes and utensils. Nice touches like a laundry basket and cleaning supplies in the closet.
