From the moment you step inside this cozy ground-floor apartment, it feels like your own private escape. Just outside the door, the in-ground pool (4–8 ft deep) glistens under the sun, with a lounge area and swim-off bench waiting for you to dive in. Evenings are for unwinding maybe a soak in the hot tub, a drink by the fire pit, or watching TV under the gazebo as the lights glow around the yard. Inside, you’ll find a comfy sectional, a 70″ TV, a small dining area, and a kitchenette for simple meals. We live in a quiet, suburban, family-oriented neighborhood. Our home is walking distance from two grocery stores, bars and restaurants. The Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) is just a short walk from our home. The LIRR takes you on a 30 minute ride to Manhattan! Visit NYC, see Times Square, Central Park, The Empire State Building, and Broadway in just a 30 minute ride.
Rockville Center is a hub of bars, restaurants and night life just a 8 minute drive from our home.
The Nautical Mile is a stretch of waterfront bars and restaurants located 15 minutes away in Freeport. Enjoy food and drinks by the water. Most restaurants have docks for boats, so if you're an avid boater, you can dock and wait staff will serve you on board! If you're a land animal like me, parking is available and you can bounce from one restaurant or bar to another and experience everything from silent parties to upscale dining.
Long Beach is an oceanfront city known for its boardwalk, beaches, diverse restaurants and night life located about 15 minutes away. Lounge by the beach, catch some waves, enjoy some sun, watch the sunset, then come back to our home for some R&R.

We are located in the center of it all!

Street parking is available but we also have ample space in our backyard. You can walk to grocery stores and bars, and take an Uber or drive to Long Beach, Rockville Center or take the train to Manhattan.

The house is located on a busy street so some traffic sounds are to be expected. Once you’re inside, the sounds of passing cars dissipates but is not inaudible.
