This is a one bedroom apartment located on a quiet block in Amityville. It's close to all. Two minutes to the Southern State highway and five minutes to the LIRR. Also less than ten minutes to Farmingdale State University. It has a queen size bed and will accommodate a couple or two people. There's a full wall length closet. It has a full kitchen with all the features and stainless steel appliances. There's air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a full shower. There's also a washer and dryer in the apartment. Oh also almost forgot, a huge backyard.

Our studio apartment is newly renovated and has it's own private entrance in front of the driveway! Your shared outdoor area will come with a small table and chairs! Inside you have a private spacious living room that comes with a Queen sized Murphy Bed that can be stored away for more space! A Queen sized Pull-Out Sofa bed that can sleep 2, and a 4K 43" Roku TV Connected to reliable internet! The kitchen is equipped with a stove-top, oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, pots and pans.

The bathroom was made to impress! Light a candle and relax in the marble tub with a snack or drink! As always we store clean towels after each guest. And if there is anything missing, please contact us 24/7 so we can assist you at any time.

The property is on a canal. There is plenty of parking. There are two bedrooms: one bedroom has a full bed and the second Bedroom has a queen size bed. There’s a small living room and a kitchenette kitchen which offers small kitchen, table and chairs, a hot plate, refrigerator and microwave. There’s a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

Please note that you are able to park in the driveway, and the apartment is in the front of the house ( the first door on the left). You have your own entryway and complete privacy. A key code is necessary to enter the apartment. There are no keys, just the key code. You also have access to Wi-Fi.

Other things to note
Please note that the outdoor lights come on automatically and the heat is fixed. If you feel you need less or more heat, please contact the Host.

There is NO SMOKING in the apartment, there is a $200 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell. Smoking outside is permitted, but ask that you are clean about the the ashes and butts.

Make-shift kitchen includes fridge, hotplate, microwave, and large sink, with cooking and eating utensils.

Living space and bathroom on main floor have radiant heat under tile. Upstairs bedroom and stairs are hardwood, so there is no carpeting. TV has Fios cable and Amazon Firestick.

Guests will use a separate entrance. The apt and the home are connected by a door which is secured shut during your stay.

There is a separate, back sliding door entrance that is easy to access.

Other things to note
We ask that you clean all cookware, appliances and utensils that you use.
We have a good-natured cat named Jake. who you may spot roaming our yard. If you are allergic to cats our place may not be a great choice.
