This apartment has everything you'll need for a carefree summer retreat - sheets, comforters, pillows, towels, SLEEPS 3 ( 25 and older accompanying children under 18 please, no sweet 16 parties, no prom parties, no pets without prior express approval) The apartment is a simple beach house, clean, comfortable and safe...however please do not expect luxury accoutrements or fresh from the showroom appliances/fixtures.

This is a shared property, other guests may be staying in another private, detached apartment. THERE ARE COMMON AREAS USED BY YOURSELF AND OTHER GUESTS.
There are lines of sight from adjoining homes and businesses FROM some of the exclusive areas TO yours and vice versa. The laundry is used by all guest and staff. Expect that you might encounter other guests or staff in COMMON areas. The location is at the edge of town, on the main street and normally fairly quiet, but Ocean Beach is a bustling summer community. Expect to hear occasional noise from nearby homes, businesses and streets.

There is no smoking indoors. Smoking in outdoor areas only please. The rental will be cleaned after your stay, new guests may be arriving at 3 pm. Before your departure the garbage must be taken out on the appropriate day. We would appreciate your vacuuming, mopping floors, wiping down countertops, microwave, shower sinks and wc. Please remove all food from refrigerator and freezer. . Please take all of your soaps, shampoos and other items from the shower and bathroom area. Excessive messiness could result in a deduction from your deposit to cover additional clean up costs. START EARLY. CHECK-OUT IS 10 AM

Large turtle pond at west end of Fire Island Boulevard to right of bench. Nearby Sunken Forest is beautiful and a great group outing! 25min mappable sightseeing, dining, drinking & shopping walks to Cherry Grove a must!! Floyds for breakfast till noon!! 5min/$10 water taxi is a blast from in front of pantry! Beach pick-up volleyball is crazy fun! Lots of umbrellas, chairs, cabana, beach games and towels provided. Pizza shop and Pantry sandwiches & salad case for value eats!! Bistro for fine dining. - "No complaints! Paul, the homeowner, greeted us as we arrived and gave us a little tour of the space before leaving us to our own devices. My husband and I brought our two friends in from LA and we wanted to show them a good time! We were originally concerned it would feel tight with 4, but it was actually perfect. Close to the harbor, private, spacious and a sexy outdoor shower with suspiciously great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10! See you again soon, Paul!"

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

- "This was a nice spot for a short trip with friends. It was small, but for the short time it did the job. We made use of the outdoor space, which has a grill and a small table. For a larger group it would be uncomfortable, but for the three of us it was okay. We loved having the kitchen too, which was basic but got the job done. We would have loved to find salt, pepper, oil, or any other basics in the cupboards that would have saved us from having to buy those things, but I guess now we have souvenirs from FI (because at the prices they charge out here there was no way I was throwing out the oil I used once). The few board games that were there were also a nice touch. Overall we were pleased with our stay, as we loved being so close to the beach. We were further from the action of Ocean Beach, but with a short walk we could be right there."

Cherry Grove is a unique and quaint location. Accessible only by a ferry "The Grove" offers lushous foliage, miles of endless beaches, and elevated boardwalks. Our house is only a 5 minute walk from the ferry and heart of town where you will find amazing restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, pizza, grocery, and liquor store. Take the beach chairs and umbrellas that we provide and walk 2 minutes to the beach. It is the perfect location to be away from the loud night life but close enough to walk to should you desire. Our house is a duplex, however, you have the entire downstairs to yourselves! Inside the gate you will find a large outdoor patio that is great for sunbathing and unwinding with private (non-shared) hot tub, outdoor lounge chairs, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and table and chairs with umbrella. When you walk in through the sliding glass door you are met with a cozy living, eat-in kitchen space, and kitchen, all with brand new flooring. The living room has a TV with a fire stick for streaming. There is an air conditioner in this space.

This home is only 1.5 blocks from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as mere steps from Fire Island SUP Co. - a one-stop shop for watersports lessons and parasailing, paddleboard, and tubing rentals. Seaview is a short five-minute walk away, while Ocean Beach is only a mile from you, giving you even more options while out and about. Spend hot summer days at Sunken Forest a 23-minute walk away, where you can enjoy some shade and take a ranger-led walk through the trees and dunes. After a gorgeous day on the sand, take your pick from the dozens of local restaurants to sate your appetite. Steps away in the neighborhood is Schooner's Inn, a restaurant and bar near the ferry while Flynn's Fire Island is a two-minute walk from you. The space
We have eight Glamping sites and two tent sizes. Check with us to see what configurations are available for your dates. There are six platform tents that are 14 x 16 ft on 14 x 24 ft deck platforms (sites 2, 4, 5, 23, 24 and 26) . The other two sites are a 12 ft x 14 ft tent on a 12 ft x 22 ft deck platform (sites 22 and 25).

All sizes get the 8 ft extended rain fly creating covered porches with outdoor furniture 8 ft deep by 12 - 14 ft wide. The tents will have the mosquito netting option where the front and back sides roll up to allow airflow and light while keeping bugs out.

For bedding the, 14 x 16 ft tents will have two queen beds (memory foam mattresses). You may request up to six total guests in these tents with the addition of 2 Coleman Deluxe Camping Cots with covered foam pads for a small additional fee. The 12 x 14 ft tents will have one queen bed. You may request up to four guests in this size tent (up to 2 additional cots at no additional charge).

Every tent will come standard with clean bedding and sateen sheets (including the cots). There will be a dresser, a small makeup mirror and nightstands. Bath towels (not beach) will be provided. Two rechargeable LED lanterns will be provided. On the covered porch, two Adirondack style chairs and a large ice chest cooler will be provided. As with all campsites, there will also be a picnic table and charcoal BBQ grill available. Luxury packages are available where you'll find ice and beverages awaiting your arrival (call our General Store for more info). NOTE, the additional beds are cots not air mattresses and are comfortable.

Bathrooms and Showers are about 150 yards at Dune Station. There are mens and womens facilities. Showers are cold water. We provide bath towels soap, shampoo and conditioner.

LIfeguarded ocean beach is just over the dune boardwalk at Dune Station. Additionally, you access the Otis High Dune Wilderness at Dune Station, left to the east.

The 1 Bedroom "South Apartment" is located in our newly renovated beach house, perfectly located just seconds away from the ocean and only three blocks from the harbor in Fire Island Pines.

Our house is a modern, newly designed beach house with ocean views, perfectly located just seconds away from the ocean and only three blocks from the harbor in Fire Island Pines.

We are dog friendly! Our dog, Nina, is a 15 lb. white Havanese. She is completely hypoallergenic, so don't worry if you have dog allergies (as I do!). She is very friendly with other furry friends, but she is usually shy with humans. However, we are sure that by the end of your stay, you will probably be best buddies. She loves walks on the beach.

If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please let us know for pre-approval. During your stay, we just ask you not to leave your pet unattended in the house. Pets are not allowed on furniture. An extra cleaning fee for the whole stay will be requested.

Stunning Pines poolhouse features 1 large bedroom with queen-size bed, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with pool and hot tub just a few steps away from your front door. The poolhouse is available by the week, Wednesday at 2PM to the following Wednesday at 10:30AM

Stunning Pines poolhouse features 1 large bedroom with queen-size bed, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with gas cooktop, convection oven, 36" french-door fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.; it adjoins the dining/living room with seating for 4, full-size, very comfortable Carlyle pull-out sofa, curtained windows and doors, full bath with spacious glass-block shower that easily fits two, indoor laundry; Prices are listed by the week on our calendar. A third guest may stay on any night but Friday or Saturday for a $150 surcharge. Housekeeping, pool and utility costs are included. A dog or two is permitted, but we ask that you place a sheet on the sofa and bed if they are going to sit on either (sheets are provided). The pool is salt water, heated and large enough for lap swimming, there's an outdoor shower, hot tub, hammock, unmatched view of Long Island, the Sound, Atlantic Ocean and NYC lights at night from roof deck; the highest deck on the bay side of the Pines! Extras include cable, wifi, DirecTV, kayaks (!) and much more. Please note that the Pines is a gay community and the poolhouse is on the ground floor of a property that is enjoyed by gay men. We regret that guests under the age of 18 are not permitted.

This dreamy multi-level retreat offers three separate apartments, each one equipped with everything you and your friends could need for a stress-free and fun-filled vacation. We know privacy is important, and we understand how necessary it is to relax in your own spaces as well as spend time together on three private and furnished decks. Spend hot summer days at Sunken Forest a 23-minute walk away, where you can enjoy some shade and take a ranger-led walk through the trees and dunes. After a gorgeous day on the sand, take your pick from the dozens of local restaurants to sate your appetite. Steps away in the neighborhood is Schooner's Inn, a restaurant and bar near the ferry while Flynn's Fire Island is a two-minute walk from you.
