Inside the apartment you will find that up to six guests can sleep comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe closet, and a workstation. The secondary bedroom has a full-size bed. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed, available upon request and will be set up prior to your arrival.

Upon arrival, you will access your unit through a private entrance located at the back of the house. You will be able to self-check in with a smart lock and your personal code will be sent via email. There are two parking spots available in the driveway to park your vehicles. If additional parking is needed, please get in touch with me.

During your stay, you will be able to use and enjoy the backyard, including a large pavilion, outdoor furnishings, fire place, and life sized games.

The yard is not fenced in but feels private and that was nice for the dog. Nearby neighborhoods are urban but the street the house sits on is not very busy and neighbors were friendly. Sharice was a great communicator!" - "Beautiful, clean and filled with sunlight, the 2nd and 3rd floor 3-bedroom oasis in New Rochelle was perfect for my friends and I to spend a week outside of NYC close to the action but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Half hour drive from Manhattan without traffic. This was the perfect place!!! Sharice is a wonderful, friendly and super-helpful host. Self check-in was a breeze. Parking on the street was doable but if you're coming back late at night you may wish to consider renting the driveway for ease of finding a spot as some streets in the area get cleaned 4-8am during the week (be sure to check where you park). Other than that we had no issues during our stay!!! Brand new kitchen had everything we needed and included coffees, teas, and a bunch of oils and spices for when we cooked. Beds were all comfortable, loved the desk & chair in my room for when I had to work remotely, and the coordinated throw blankets on each bed were a beautiful touch. Loved watching the squirrels (both grey & black) as well as all the birds outside the kitchen window. There was also an at-home spa service we didn't have time to take advantage of, but it looked like a wonderful option to treat yourself during your stay. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!"

The space
My house is a recently renovated multi family building with three levels and a basement. I live in the first floor unit (first level + basement) and the second floor unit (second level + third level) is for my guests.

The second floor unit (guest unit) has its own private entrance. The second level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and 1 eating area; the third level has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the second level and another flight of stairs to get up to the third level. The stairs are shared among guests.

This private bedroom is located on the third level. This bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, office desk/chair, mini fridge, closet space, wifi, smart 55” tv, cable tv (Youtube TV), deadbolt lock, toiletries, iron, iron board, hair dyer, foldable desk, foldable chair, heater, toiletries, towels, hampers, extension outlets, standing mirror, and an air conditioner— please request one upon booking.

Guest(s) will have private access to their bedrooms and shared access with other guests to the common areas: kitchen and two bathrooms. The stocked kitchen is there for you to whip up your favorite meals or drinks, your room is there for you to eat, kick back relax and binge watch your favorite shows, and the bathrooms are there for you to freshen up whenever needed. I also provide weekly cleanings services of the common areas to sanitate and maintain a level of cleanliness for my guests. If there is anything else you might need, don't be shy, ask me!
