This is a very charming and stylishly updated unit that is perfect for families or large groups. This unit is a 1st-floor unit located in a 4-family private home with its own private entrance. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room. It is located in a quiet, safe, and historic neighborhood. The unit can comfortably fit 12 people (1 Queen, 3 Full, 2 Twins, 1 sofa bed).

A few additional details--

Central Manhattan (Times Square, Madison Square Garden, etc.) is accessible by bus + subway, train, and car from the house. By car - 30 minutes, train - 25-30 minutes, bus + subway - 50 minutes. The train option is probably the least costly because by car you would need to likely pay for parking. The Metro North train ride is approximately $6-7 and the train stop is 15 minute walk from the house. Alternatively, you can Uber to the train station (~3-minute Uber ride).

The unit is free of clutter and maintained in immaculate condition. The fridge is empty and sparkling.

In addition to the driveway, plentiful/free/unrestricted street parking is available. The Samsung washer and dryer are accessible to guests. Lastly, this home has a patio/backyard at the rear of the home with table and chairs. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day touring the city!

To ensure that our cleaners have ample time to clean between bookings, we kindly ask you to please check out no later than 11 am. However, we understand situations can happen and so here are the late check out fee pricing:

Late checkout fees: Checking out beyond the checkout time is unacceptable since we have cleaners who we hire and they bill us hourly to get the unit ready for the next guests. Checking out late will incur significant late fees starting at $100 per minute after a 5 min grace period. Check out is at 11 am sharp and so starting 11:05 am the late fees will accrue.

The space
We have several Deli's nearby, supermarkets less than 5 minutes away by car, the Chase bank is on the same block, tourist places super close, and the Saw Mill Riv Pkwy cart that connects you in less than 10 minutes to New York City. We live in one of the best areas of Yonkers.

We live in a very quiet place, we do not make noise or disturb, so that you have the best possible stay. If you stay more than 4 nights you can use the kitchen, we have pots and cutlery, microwave, refrigerator, etc.

Guests can use the yard with prior notice. We have a gas grill, table, chairs, everything in the picture. An additional fee will be charged for the use of the gas, which is a minimum of $10

We offer different types of accessible breakfast, which you will find on the menu in the room

We have a laundry room in the same unit, which only our apartment uses. The machines are operated with $0.25, $1.50 for the washing machine and $1.50 for the drying machine. If you do not have coins, we can change them for you. The laundry room can only be used from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm

This is a small little studio in a great convenient and safe location in the Lincoln Park area of Yonkers. Right off 1 87, it is easy to find. Just across the street from the police station and from Empire Casino. For public transport info, see under ‘getting around.’ Close to restaurants and shopping malls. Great for nurses and medical residents as it is near many hospitals- Montefiore, St Joseph’s, St John’s, Lawrence etc. Close to Sarah Lawrence College. Note: No early check in.

Private700+ square foot apartment in the peaceful, historic Park Hill neighborhood of Yonkers, yet still close enough to enjoy all the excitement of New York City. This large, sun-drenched apartment is situated in a beautiful 1920's English Tudor home. It has its own private entrance down the driveway, white door. It offers one and a half baths. The queen bed has a comfortable 12" memory foam mattress and the spacious living room has a large sectional, board games and a 55" LG smart TV.

My place is where I Iive, 30 min away from NYC by train or Public bus/metro transfers takes you in 60 min but more affordably with the 7 day unlimited metro card for 33 usd.

I offer the entire home or the option to share it with me for a cheaper price. Airport transfers and private daily car rentals are available for day trips. My home is your home a bit away from a noisy city. Please keep in mind that this is where I live when not rented, so do expect to see my personal clothes and charm.

35 to 40 mins if you take the Major Deegan Expwy. You don't want to drive. Take the Metro-North, a 10-minute walk, or ride on an electric scooter to Metro-North.

Relax by yourself or with your family at this peaceful place to stay. It is a very tranquil and secure area. Only a 30-minute drive to Times Square Manhattan, 10-minute drive to Ridge Hill Mall, one of the best shopping centers in Yonkers, and a 15-minute drive to Cross County Mall and Empire City Casino. Close amenities include banks, supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats, gas stations, pharmacies, Saw Mill South County Trailway, and bus transportation to the rest of Yonkers and New York city.

The space
The living room is a comfortable, tidy place to relax, with a 42’’ TV that includes an Amazon Firestick and free streaming apps, allowing for full entertainment. The living room also includes a comfortable sofa bed to enjoy for watching TV or accommodating an extra guest. There is also a dining table that can seat four guests, there is good illumination, and there are side tables equipped with USB charging next to the sofa. There are also board games on the shelves under the TV.
The kitchen has a spacious French door refrigerator that is capable of making ice, and an electric stove. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances. The bathroom has ample space, is well illuminated and comes with a bathtub. The bathroom has amenities such as lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, towels, and more.
The bedroom also has ample space, with two closets and a dresser. There is a desk with a comfortable chair, and the room is well illuminated. There is a comfortable queen-sized bed, with pillows stuffed with soft feathers, and overall has excellent decorations.

The guest has free parking, monitored by security cameras, the patio space, the thermostat to adjust the temperature with a maximum of 72 degrees, and full access to the living space.
