- "The place was really cute, All the kitchen stuff seem brand new, the place was really clean, my only complaints would be the person upstairs who likes to blare their music from 7:30-11 every night and the entrance to the building smelled strongly of dog urine in the mornings. The bed also a little harder than what I like but that seems pretty standard in NY."

- "Check-in was a nightmare as the unit was not ready for occupancy. Arrived to find unmade beds with no available sheets, an unflushed toilet, and a generally unacceptable unit. Management was unresponsive to all attempts to contact them. Would strongly advise against staying here."

- "The place was nice, in a great area, and concierge was wonderful. Front door was open when we first checked in. Not good for the owners!!!! It’s a huge building and could have been robbed. Pain in the butt management company. They sent forms to sign requested ID and CC images, which we sent. They then requested them again. Then requested a third time. I told them I was not filling out that form again so they sent a link to just submit ID and CC. THEN, they requested my husband’s ID and CC again. NO WAY!!! We threatened to cancel. Dryer didn’t dry the clothes, took ALL day!!No fab to get in gym, etc.No blanket for the pullout that they knew we were using. We requested one and it took them until the third day to bring it. Only five towels for 6 daysLiving room air conditioner made wheel of fortune clicking constantly.Twin beds instead of the queen posted in website. Parking was a nightmare. We had a memorial to go to and valet never brought our car. We ended up going to find it ourselves and took it. We were late for our own father’s memorial. Property managers need to explain parking to guests, since most of us don’t live in a busy place like NY. Dirty dishes. "

The space
This one bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house, converted from the attic of the house, and it takes up the entire 3rd floor. The apartment is a walk-up unit, accessible only through stairs.

**If you have difficulty using stairs, this place may not be a good fit for you. **
**Ceiling become lower around the edge of the unit. If you are tell or 6 feet+, you may find the ceiling not high enough.**

The apartment is newly renovated, and is suited to 1-2 people to stay.

The apartment has a workspace in the living room, with a new 32" Sumsang monitor and a fast wireless network.

2. Walk to a bus stop near the unit (3 mins), take the bus to Metro North Railroad Station located at Scarsdale Village (10 mins on the bus), express train to New York City.
3. Uber/Lyft/local Taxi to to Metro North Railroad Station located at Scarsdale Village (less than 5 mins), express train to New York City.

Guest access
The entire apartment and its entrance is accessible to guest(s).

Private entrance is located at the back of the house with a key pad. Each guest will be provided with an unique key pad access code before check-in.
