I have two listings that cover a description for all 15 rooms. Only the common details are included here. Prices per night are between $30 and $40, depending on the room. You will not know which room you're asking to book until I message you back with more info based on your dates. This isn't a normal Airbnb. I do extra screening in order to maintain a quiet, secure household. I rent to longer-term guests because they typically decide to stay once they live here for a bit. Please be patient.

Start-dates more than 15 days away will be declined until we get closer to the date. I keep the calendar open so people wanting to begin as a guest within a few days can see a long-term open calendar. Sorry about this. Minimizing the vacancies in between guest stays keeps prices lower. Since all pricing has increased in recent years (utilities, etc), this is key.

Included: sheets, pillows, blanket and a towel. Includes fast wifi and laundry room, paper goods, trash bags, pots/pans, dishes, flatware, glasses, and coffee maker (in addition to larger kitchen appliances).

There is no work from home between 9am and 5pm weekdays except when approved by the host prior to check-in through Airbnb messaging.

All listings in the house have a 2 week minimum with a 2 week cancellation clause. Both males and females live here (most of the time, men). If you're uncomfortable with a mixed gender living arrangement, please do not request to book here. It's not fair to those who live here. They are all kind, respectful, friendly people.

Common areas are cleaned professionally periodically. You still need to clean up after yourself while you live here and when you leave. We add a $60/hour cleaning fee when you move out if necessary. This has happened approximately 5 times with 500 guests in over 15 years.

Guest access
You'll have access to your private bedroom. No one will go in there without your permission, except in an emergency. You'll share the aforementioned common areas.

During your stay
As the host, I'm at the house every day but I don't live there. I've had 15 listings for 14 years on Airbnb. I provide clean, quiet, safe, budget accommodation for a fair price.
