The formal dining room is in the heart of the home (also located on the Main Level) and welcomes up to 10 comfortably, with plenty of elbow room for enjoying family dinners. The carriage doors in each living room can open (upon request) to create an amazing indoor/outdoor space, when the weather permits.
High ceilings with a grand foyer staircase leads up to two large bedroom suites (located on the Upper Level), plus an open 3rd bedroom area with a stellar windowed cupola. One bedroom suite has a wood-burning granite fireplace with a walk-in closet, and a half bath (toilet & sink). The second bedroom suite features a large closet, plus a full bath (shower, toilet & sink). All three bedrooms have queen-sized beds complete with luxury linens and comfy, fresh pillows. Both bathrooms are outfitted with luxury towels and some basic toiletries that you may need during your stay. Note that the 2 bathrooms are located on the second story, on the bedroom level.

Our Cleaning Practices:
Prior (and after) your visit, we bring in a professional cleaning team that not only thoroughly cleans every room/space, but also disinfects all surfaces and touch points. We also provide you with essential cleaning products, laundry detergent, and disinfectants for you to use during your stay. The sheets, bedding (comforters, duvet covers, blankets, pillow protectors, mattress pads) and towels are washed at 205 degrees w/ bleach (note that this is 7 degrees shy of 212 degrees boiling point), so any potential bacteria/viruses are potentially eliminated during the wash process. The sheets and duvet covers are also professionally pressed at high heat, and each bed will be prepared and ready for your arrival. Note that we use TWO layers of pillow protectors, in addition to the pillow cases for your added protection and cleanliness.

We can also provide an additional cleaning service DURING your stay, if you'd like (the additional cleaning fee will apply), just let me know and I would be happy to make that arrangement. The dishes/glassware/silverware will be washed at a high temperature in a 3 hour dishwasher cycle. The refrigerator will also be cleaned and disinfected. The floors will be cleaned with hot water and vinegar. The bathroom sinks/toilets/shower will be bleached clean and disinfected.

We have stocked the carriage house with some basic toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage/recycling bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. so you should only need to bring your food and clothing : )

This large bedroom looks over our beautiful back yard. Set in rural Redding you will love the peace and quiet . The 40 foot upstairs room is divided by sliding wood doors that gives you a work or eating area while somebody else sleeps or watches the smart TV.
We are only a little over 1 hour from NYC but with out any noise.
There is a tennis court and basket ball court behind house. We are walking distance to a scenic waterfall. also 5 minutes by car to Huntington state park with its miles of walking trails. Located 12 minutes from Bethel ...18 minutes from Danbury and 21 from Fairfield

— NO SMOKING: We have a very strict no-smoking policy (strictly no use of cannabis, e-cigarettes, tobacco, or anything alike). Any traces of smoking inside the property will result in a penalty of $1,000.

— PUT TRASH IN BAG: Unbagged trash is extremely hard to take out and will be subject to an extra cleaning fee of $100.

— PET RULES: Please pick up waste from pets. Damage caused by pets will be subject to replacement costs. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on the property.

— NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Maximal number of guests allowed is 3. $500 fine against the rule. Cops will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Groups of visitors and party-size visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply.

— QUIET HOURS: 8 pm to 8 am. Keep outside noise low during this time, and please move conversations inside. The home is located in a family setting and is only suitable for families, business professionals, and quieter groups. Please be respectful of the owners and the neighbors. Loud, late-night disturbances will be fined $500 accordingly.

— Exterior security cameras monitoring in place.

TVs (75 & 65 inch) and propane BBQ grill. This one of a kind property is located close to town, beaches, restaurants & Westport train station 15 minutes away. No pets permitted, sorry:). Summer rentals will include propane and electric fee.
