The house has water views from most of the rooms with a great kitchen, dinning area, living room, office on the first floor. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the lake and the bathroom has a jacuzzi/whirlpool tub.
A large deck offers a panoramic view of the lake. The lower level has the 4th bedroom, kitchenette and full bath. There is a beach and dock on the property which is shared with neighboring cottages.

- "We had a wonderful weeks stay at the property. We found it to be as described. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries.The water was refreshing and the yard was wonderful for playing yard games. The gazebo on the lake deck is a wonderful spot to enjoy. Inside is comfortable with plenty of space for people to spread out if they wish or gather together. We made use of the office as one of our guests had to work from home a couple days. We also used the gym- such a nice view to look at while on the treadmill. Beds are comfy. The extra fridge in the laundry room was an added benefit. We all agreed we would love to stay again."

Great alternative to hotel living , whether it be a business trip , reunion , wedding , family visit , or just a weekend away from it all , this is the place.

This beautiful newly remodeled cottage is located on Lake Beseck in picturesque Middlefield, Ct. The views of the lake are serene and produce an immediate feeling of tranquility.
Betty's Boat House sleeps 4. This is the smaller cottage of 2 attached units. If both cottages are rented together, the property sleeps 12.

The space
This property is direct lake front with 2 private docks for guest use. One is a boat dock and another is a floating dock that you can swim to. There is a sandy public beach across the lake that guests also have access to. The space is entirely newly remodeled and furnished with everything you need to feel at home including a complete kitchen. All linens, towels and paper goods are provided. Also provided are gas grill, floats and chairs.
This property is cleaned and disinfected after each guest by a company certified in Coronavirus disinfecting . The cleaning rate reflects this extra service.

Clarke's Landing is newly built 2 story house with heat and air conditioning! It is a family home and has all the amenities that you would have at home.Everything is NEW! It includes cable and WiFi internet, new quality linens, paper goods, shampoo,spices, beach towels, chairs , floats and coffee. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom with shower that opens to a deck with seating area and gas grill. The kitchen is complete with everything you will need to make yourselves right at home. It has a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, blender,cake pans, salad spinner, etc. The dining table seats 8 and the living room has a gas fireplace and new comfortable sofa and cable TV. It opens to a deck with table and chairs and umbrella. The bathroom with shower can be accessed from inside the house or directly from the deck for guests. There is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer also on the first floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and loft bedroom. The first bedroom sleeps 2 in a king bed and has a private bathroom with shower, bedroom 2 has a queen bed that sleeps 2 and shares a guest bathroom. The loft area is at the top of the stairs and is listed as bedroom 3. It has 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds that sleeps 4 and shares guest bathroom with shower. Affectionally referred to as the "Lake House", this is a beautiful waterfront property with a large deck overlooking the lake and positioned on a two acre private lot. The house has water views from most of the rooms. With three bedrooms this house is perfect for a quiet couples retreat or a family gathering.

Our beach and dock is shared with neighboring cottages. We have a championship golf course, ski resort and more nearby.

The space
We have a large open kitchen overlooking the a huge deck and the lake. Just about all rooms have water views. Our Master has a balcony overlooking the lake and a full bath with a jacuzzi tub. The two additional bedrooms upstairs share a full bath across the hall. We recently added a bedroom suite on the lower level, it's like a private hotel suite with a hotel style kitchenette, full bath, sleeping and sitting area.

Guest access
The places that are not accessible is the garage, basement, closet in the master bedroom suite. We have an infrared sauna room which is not assessable, we are however considering making that space available in the future.
