Magnificent private back country estate on 4 beautiful acres has all you need to enjoy greenwich living at its best. 5 bedrooms, 4 and half bathrooms provide plenty of spaces for family. Formal living room with french slider doors open to the pool as well as from the family room with billiard table. Cozy Gourmet kitchen with breakfast counter and spacious dining room are equipped for large entertaining. In addition to the elegant primary suite, there are 4 bedrooms on the second floor and a common area with a TV.

The home is professionally staged. Our homes are professional cleaned before and after each guest leaves. We also go in to the home after each stay to repair any damage, touch-up paint, dry clean or replace any linens.

Pool is heated by gas and is to be paid for by the tenant. There is a $500.00 fee per stay more than 7 nights and less than 28 days or $1000 per month for any stays longer than 28 days. Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Depending on the weather we may keep the pool opened longer at tenants request but must be closed by Oct. 15th. We do start opening the pool May 1st.

All guest staying over 28 days will be billed for their own electric and cable/internet & oil usage.

Swing set, soccer net and playhouse outside to be enjoyed by children ample room for outdoor play.

We have a gas grill for your use and outdoor furniture as well.

We have a washer and dryer in the basement and an exercise bike.

We also have portable and full size cribs, high-chairs, baby gates etc available to rent.

- "Nice hkme" - "Large rambling home on a beautiful property. Private. Quiet. Lots of places to lounge together and hideout alone. Well-appointed kitchen - everything you could want with the exception of a blender. Wi-Fi and TV's a little tricky. Not all of them worked and some of us couldn't connect to Wi-Fi at all during the stay, despite having the latest model phones and laptops and doing several hard resets on the router. That said, both the host and the caretaker were super responsive to every request. You'll need to bring your own soap for the bathrooms, we only found one bar of soap in the entire house upon arrival. The same goes for shampoo and any toiletries you might want like cotton, q-tips, and first aid supplies like bandaids and alcohol. The grounds are clean and well-maintained on the property and the area is spectcualr for walks and hikes. It's a good idea to bring a guidebook with you."

The house had plenty of space for us and was pretty much stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We were perfectly located near Greenwich Avenue which has some really good, and local, restaurants to try. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs on this property, but there is an elevator that easily gets you between floors if anyone has trouble with stairs. The elevator is also he only access to the top floor attic/gym. The outdoor space on this property is about as good as you can ask for with bridge, docks, ponds and creeks. You can't go wrong booking this property and if/when we do return, we will definitely be booking this one again."

The main floor is an open concept with an eat-in kitchen which leads to the living room and family room. The main floor powder room was just completely renovated. There is a dining room that can hold 8-10 people. Off of the kitchen is a guest suite with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. There is also laundry facilities on the first floor. Right off the living room is a screened in porch overlooking the pond in the backyard.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a master bathroom that was completely renovated. The next bedroom has a double bed. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds. The two bedrooms share a full size bathroom. There is also a dedicated office upstairs as well that can fit a queen or twin air mattress which are provided.

The basement just went through a gut renovation. In this space you will find a bar and lounge area for adults, a TV room, bathroom, and a kids play area.

In addition have a beautiful space with wifi private so one can work without interruptions. The view from windows offers beautiful pines and flowering spring bushes when in bloom..A peaceful and quiet space. The space is 2 bedrooms, 1 private full bath (not entire house) and 1 compact kitchenette with two electric burners, that is accessible through the staircase from the garage. Kitchenette also has a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Catch and release fishing for additional $30 per person per day

Guests are free to walk around the property to take in views of the lake
The wooden deck/patio at the back of the main house is for the owner only and off limits to guests. However, guests can use the rest of the backyard including the bench and the picnic table to take in the views of the lake. The private dock on the lake is now open for relaxation on the water and also for Kayaking
There are cameras installed around the exterior of the property only. No changes/tampering allowed to the cameras
