Shower needs some adjusting before you get to the right temperature. It is located right next to a train so expect an occasional one passing by which is sometimes a bit longer than you want it to be. Frequency is low though so no reason to complain. All in all we were very pleased with our 4 day stay and would certainly recommend it."

3) This apt is located in a quiet luxury complex, so we have strict quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM. To ensure the comfort of our guests, this apartment is equipped with NoiseAware decibel detectors - if you have any questions, please let us know.

There were enough towels and bedsheets. There is also a cleaning service if one requires the same. The unit is aesthetically furnished. The king bed was sooo comfy! The Hyatus representative was well-mannered, polite, and communicative. Overall, our stay was happy, safe and comfortable!"

This is an open area studio, there is not a separate bedroom. This 4+ acre hay-farm property is bordered on 2 sides by the reservoir. No-cost early check-in and late check-out is available much of the time, just ask. Please note, regardless of where you park (on our paved driveway or on the designated grassy area so you are closer to the studio) you will need to walk 40 or so feet across lawn to access the Studio).

11) Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

Dining area is close to yet separate from kitchen and living room, including separate lighting. Being a visual artist I also enjoyed using different combinations of the lighting while enjoying the books, on and off the picturesque shelves. It must also be added that the Flat screen TV was well placed and set up for multiple applications and sources with a voice control, really out ranking the average hotel room. 1) We ask that you carefully review our rooftop and common area rules: A) The rooftop and other amenities are limited to Hyatus guests in your party and at most 2 outside visitors unless granted explicit prior approval B) Rooftop hours are strictly enforced and are from 8 AM to 11 PM C) While guests are welcome to enjoy the rooftop and amenities, guests cannot host events for outside visitors or any event with more than 4 people. Building rules are strictly enforced by on-site staff.

2) Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking or noise violations are subject to a $500 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

For guests that are staying longer: Guest prep prepares the room prior to your stay with toilet paper, clean linens, etc. However that is it. The price does not accommodate for hotel services to send people in every day to clean after you and others which is why it is of the utmost importance that you clean after yourself immediately. After the initial preparation, any further toiletries, washing of linens and cleanliness is your responsibility. This is both for your sake and the sake of others in the event you are in a shared apartment.
Should we find that you are not being clean or should you request refills of initials toiletries of kleenex, soap, etc, you may be charged for it.

Note on Laundry Room: There IS a washer and dryer on the premises, however, it is in a dark and dank and old basement in the far back room. If you are brave, you are welcome to use it. It was cleaned prior to the start of the school year, however, no guarantees on the students keeping up on that cleanliness! Also note that you will have to bring your own soap.

Other things to note
The Springfield Room crashpad is in one of the apartments of a 3 family colonial home. There is parking in the rear of the home. Usually parking is available in the back, however, as there are only 3 spots available, if They are taken, you will then have to find a garage or alternative parking. There is free parking on the next residential street right down the hill.

Food - we have an oven, refrigerator and basic cooking utensils and dishes there, should you wish to prepare food. If you use the common areas though, you must clean up after yourself immediately so that new guests checking in or guests already staying there do not have to deal with your mess.
If we have to clean your mess in the common area, an additional charge will accrue. Thank you for your understanding, this helps make it a much more pleasant stay for everyone.
Also: We are in the process of doing work on the exterior of the property - small things like painting, new railings, etc...so if you see things that are in need of painting or in the middle of painting, etc... that's what's going on! Thank you!
