Renting out each bed rooms in a 3 unit apartment. Unit has its own entrance. inside unit are 3 bedrooms with 40" smart TV on wall in each bed rooms, 2 baths, living room with 65" smart TV, large eat-in kitchen, laundry room. 4 cars parking in driveway. Its a must see. Looks so much better in person

- "This lower level apartment was too cute! Just be careful on the stairs. There are "grip pads" (not sure what they are really called) on the stairs but they slide too. Other than that, I, along with my family and friends that came to see me while I was in town, were VERY impressed by this cute hidden gem. I had a small gathering on the large patio that moved into the apartment later. There is plenty of space/seating and they have extra folding chairs in the apartment. If you happen to run into the tenants upstairs, they all seem super nice. In conclusion, great location, really nice appliances, lively colors, nice cookware set, dishes/utensils (only needed to get a whine bottle opener) and great response time from the agent when needed. Hopefully this place will be available again on my next trip back home."

- "First, I'll begin by saying that Michelle was such a gracious and communicative host. With every question I asked, she responded quickly and with answers. Prior to my trip, I told her about an event I was in town for, and she left a handwritten note welcoming me to her property and included the event; I appreciated that personal touch so much! I also loved the candies and treats left for us. The apartment was huge and unassuming! I was not expecting it to be so large. The kitchen is filled with modern appliance (I didn't use them, but it was nice to have the option). The bed in the master bedroom was comfy, and everything was spacious. Great care has been put into this listing by Michelle. The bathroom was clean and equipped with everything needed for the stay. Michelle provides a thorough binder with everything one needs to know while staying. Overall, the stay was wonderful and just what I needed. It would be fantastic for a larger group (it was just my partner and me)."

- "This place was VERY nice. The decor, comfort, convenience…you name it. I don’t know what is standard in these places, but there were towels, wash clothes, shampoo…, and coffee. When I had question the host was available and responded quickly. If I’m back in the area I HOPE I can book this place again." - "The apartment had everything we needed for our short trip. Bedrooms were cozy and had soft beds, big closets, and their own TVs. The bathroom was amazing!! Double sinks and included rain-like shower head. - "We are definitely making this our new home away from home. The towels are fluffly, the toilet paper is thick, the hard wood floors and charm of the apartment is nostalgic and calming. The teens loved having their own rooms and we all enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Better than any hotel by far. There are air conditioners is every room, so each person could choose their desired temperature for sleeping. Plus the parking right in front of the house is so practical when you have suitcases or groceries."

Welcome to my eclectic studio apartment nestled in the heart of downtown! If you're looking for a unique and vibrant place to stay during your visit to Waterbury, look no further. Clean, comfortable, and charming studio apartment above my private tattoo studio. This former restaurant and bar boasts a spacious kitchen and open living area. Funky decor makes for an inspiring space. Walking distance to hospital, UCONN, Palace Theater, dining, bars, museum and more. Extra half bathroom available!

Airbnb assigns certain listings “categories” based on factors such as proximity to other locations. This listing has been assigned a “golfing” category. While this apartment does not boast any golfing amenities, we are in a very central location close to several golf courses! I have no control over this category assignment, I chuckled when I saw it, but if you’re coming to the area to golf you will be a short drive from a few nice locations. Enjoy!

Please also note, the entire area is currently undergoing a huge facelift. The buildings on literally every side of mine are being renovated and demolished respectively. Because of this the area does appear very chaotic. There is construction everywhere and you will often see crews out on the road at this time.
