Welcome to Science Park, the planning precinct of the Yale University campus primarily devoted to physical and biological sciences. We are neighboring with Wooster Square Park which hosts the famous and brilliant Yale University.

There is so much to do in the neighborhood and around. The options vary from science, history, culture, nature, food and drinks, music and of course the most famous and delicious pizza - one bite, you know the rules!

There is a great coffee shop right down the street, Fussy coffee and a local bodega right down the block as well.

We are just a few minute walk to the downtown area, where you can find all the action!

We are located only half a mile from campus and the walk there is gorgeous and clean. Most of the homes in the area are Yale student housing and we are located directly near the yale Business school.

Please be advised that our property is a multi-family unit, and the unit you will be staying is located on the first floor. There is neighbor upstairs. This unit is street side and there may be traffic noise throughout the day.

Just overall pieced together unprofessionally- needs professional attention/ repair. One of the blinds broke while trying to get more sunlight in the room as the room is very dark. The owner sent a bill for new blinds which I would have gladly agreed to if they weren’t so compromised to begin with. The owner left treats on the counter upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise."

This is an old building. To set your expectations for this particular old building, many things have to be made especially for this building as modern items do not always fit historic structures. You may find doors that do not fit precisely, or perhaps window screens that had to be hand made and do not fit as well as brand new screens do, and things along that nature. During your stay, these old properties often have new things that come up that need a repair. We simply ask that if that happens to you, that you let us know so that we can resolve it.

As it is an old building, we also have it treated regularly for rodents and bugs, however, that does not mean that there is a magical barrier that absolutely prevents you from ever seeing a rodent or bug.

Mail/Package: If you wish to receive a package and to ensure the security of your mail and packages, we kindly request that you refrain from having deliveries or mail sent directly to our property address. Instead, we recommend setting up a P.O. Box for any mail or packages you may expect during your stay. Setting up a P.O. Box provides a secure and convenient alternative, helping to protect your deliveries and personal information.

Snow: maintenance comes to plow within 24 hours after snow has stopped. They do not dig out your car however, so if you are staying at a time there is snow, we recommend perhaps parking your car in a paid garage where you will not have to remove snow and ice from your car.

WiFi: Our apartment offers WiFi with speeds up to 150.5 Mbps download and 133.6 Mbps upload. Great for HD streaming, video conferencing, and gaming on multiple devices simultaneously.


If you are staying during the winter, we recommend bringing warm clothing as the properties are old, do have heat, however, in the event that it is not warm to your expectations.

There are 3 parking spots behind the property. The first spot is reserved for the first floor tenant. The other spots are first come, first serve. There is also free residential street parking as well.
There are also bus stops all over the place, plus Uber, Taxis, etc. and also a New Haven Bike share station is only blocks away. I personally prefer to walk though. Note: It's typically not recommended to walk anywhere in New Haven at night no matter where you are, many people do, including myself, however, that is not the recommendation.

During your stay
This is a private room in a 3 bedroom apartment used solely for Air bnb. I will not be there, however, I will be available via messaging, in the event of an emergency and you are unable to get a hold of me, you can always reach out to Air bnb as well. Thanks again and enjoy your stay!!
