Centrally located in West Haven, with the whole house being recently renovated and completely remodeled. There is also parking spots for our guests that can fit a few cars, backyard with outdoor furniture, umbrellas and fire pit.
There are 3 fully furnished bedrooms, sitting room and a full bathroom on the second floor. On the first floor there is one full furnished bedroom, a living room with dining space and a kitchen equipped with new SS appliances and utensils. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor along with a mud room.
Each floor offers comfortable, laptop- friendly space for remote working or learning.

There is a separate apartment in the basement for the property manager who lives there, he works a full time job during the week, and is available to assist with any issues, does not disturb the guests, has his own entrance in the back of the house.

Located across from Seabluff Beach, our four bedroom, three bath house has unobstructed views of the beautiful Long Island Sound! West Haven is one of Connecticut’s Best Kept Secrets (Shhhhh…don’t tell anyone!). Seabluff Beach has much softer sand, and space to spread out, than other beaches in Connecticut.

The house is in walking distance to three children’s parks, Prospect Beach House Deli, Tom & Pat’s Pizza, Jimmies Restaurant, and Turks Seafood. Bradley Point is also in walking distance, perfect for a summer stroll on the boardwalk!

We offer a comfortable open-concept living area, complete with full kitchen, 10 person table, and a living room with pull-out-sofa.

Two bedrooms have direct waterfront views, and two have partial water views.

The West Haven Train Station is 2 miles away, providing easy access on the Metro North to NYC. If you are looking for local nightlife, New Haven is 8 miles from the house.

Other things to know:

The house is located on Ocean Ave which is a main road. It can become busy, especially during summer months. We do not have a front or backyard. The main outdoor area is the beach! While we do accept dogs, they are not allowed on the beach. Your four-legged-friend should be comfortable 1.) being in a house while you are at the beach and 2.) walking on a leash in the neighborhood to do his/her business.

Noise levels: Our neighbors are cool, but please be respectful. The West Haven noise ordinance begins at 10:00 pm and is strictly enforced.

Smoking: This is a 100% non-smoking property. Evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Parking: There is ample parking! Please park either directly behind the house, or in the four designated spots across from the house. Street parking is only available to town residents.

The entire home is available to guests for use during your stay. The only place under lock and key is the supply /pantry room. The 2 car garage is available for guests’ use as well if needed . To access the garage doors during check in and check out, please go through the front door and into the basement for garage entry. There is additional parking spaces infront of the garage doors which can conveniently park 4 cars on the property . Please do not park on the street. There are city restrictions on street parking. Walk half a block to get to the beach. Down the beach not far is a playground, and not much farther than that a boardwalk and bike rental (though that place can be flaky about when they're open.) Not far from stop&shop, where we got our groceries and CVS. In the upstairs, there is a huge master suite that includes the bedroom (that has a TV/seating area), a private bath, and what appears to be a GIANT walk-in closet with a futon/couch. We noticed there's also a pack and play in there and it's the perfect sized room to have your baby in there (separate from your own room.) Our youngest is 8 so this wasn't relevant to us, but I thought it would be really nice for somenoe with a baby. Also upstairs is another bathroom and another room with a huge (maybe king) bed. Downstairs two more bedrooms--one full, one twin, and another full bathroom. Our party had 5 people (three kids), but the house easily could have accommodated several more. Check-in was easy as was check-out--no complicated clean-up, and you leave your towels and linens as-is. We would absolutely come back to this spot!"
