When you stay here you will occupy the Private 3rd floor, so you must be able to climb two sets of stairs, and carry your own luggage. You enter through the front door, pass through my living room and up to the suite where you have a King bed, bath, and sitting room. I'll be home to greet you and get you oriented. - "Easy to rent was as shown loved the location. Heating system was an issue. Maintenance responded quickly but still col in condo." - "We enjoyed staying here. It is super close to the Pell Bridge so it was easy to get to Newport and surrounding spots. This unit doesn't face the water directly, but walking out to the parking lot allowed us to take in the sunrise. The rooms are spacious with plenty of closets and drawers if you need them and plenty of electric outlets. The dining table was extra large so six people would be comfortable sitting together. There are basics in the kitchen, but if you plan to do a lot of prep/cooking, you might want to bring your own sharper cutlery, salt/pepper and foil or storage bags for leftovers. I gave the "accuracy of listing" four stars instead of five because I think the pictures are of a different unit in this complex, not this exact unit. Also, from the pictures, you can tell it is a two-story unit, but the description of the listing doesn't say that the kitchen and main living area are on the second floor. Overall, we liked staying here."

- "My family and I attended a wedding in Newport and were so happy with how easy it was to hop on the bridge and get into downtown Newport. The house layout was so open and comfortable. Jo had everything we needed and helped make our stay so enjoyable. The water view from the master bedroom and balcony around sunset is something we won’t forget. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer! We didn’t get to use the outdoor shower but the backyard seemed like the perfect spot to spend the summer. We walked down to Sunset beach on our last day and found it so peaceful. I highly recommend this beachy getaway if you’re looking to explore Jamestown or Newport! There were lots of local restaurant, coffee and hiking options close by."

- "I rented this place for my family because I couldn't find a place in Newport, but I'm glad I did. It's in a quiet place, by the water. The staff are so pleasant and accomodating. There's ample parking. It's walking distance to some restaurants. You walk by the water so it's nice. If I'd go back to Newport, I'd probably stay at this place again." - "Received a call while we were driving that the location was overbooked. They rebooked us in a location down the road, which, while bigger didn't have the restaurant and bar on site."
