You will have the entire cottage, deck and front yard to yourself. One parking space is provided close to the entrance in the front yard. We are at the end of a cul-de-sac with plenty of on street parking.

We have a medium size dog visible but separate in the back yard.
This is a quiet neighborhood. No parties, please.

I live on the property. However, the cottage and home do not share any walls providing privacy.
