The space
Private guest cottage on our property. Our home is right next door and we can assist if you need anything.

NOTE: 2nd sleeping area is a loft (accessed by ladder).

Guest access
Guest Cottage (upper level) is the primary space. In the lower level, we do have an extra twin bed and work space, laundry is also on the lower level. Parking is in the driveway.

Quaint guest house in beautiful Little Compton, Rhode Island. Idyllic location just minutes to beaches, boating and tennis courts.
Four bedroom home with well-appointed eat in kitchen; gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and granite countertops. Screened in porch. Living room with down couch's and large television . All amenities including a Weber gas grill, washer and dryer. One full bath on the first floor, and an outdoor shower. Two of the four bedrooms have window room air conditioners. One King sized Bedroom, one queen sized bedroom,a twin bedroom, and a large dorm room with two twin beds, and a queen bed. Limited to SIX guests! Sheets and towels provided. Nice size yard with teak table and hammock. Indoor-outdoor Ping Pong table on wheels. Garage full of bicycles for leisurely riding.
One friendly labradoodle on the property.
Cable TV and high speed internet. IPOD compatible stereo.
Down the street from Sakonnet Lobster Co., country farm stands and fresh fish market. Thirty Five minutes to Providence. Forty five minutes from Newport, with many attractions..mansions, Ocean Drive, and tons of wonderful restaurants, shopping and waterfront dining.
