The space
This cottage is simple and spacious. Nestled in the back half of a one acre lot, full green yard and plenty of quiet. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk to Ditch Plains beach. Very close to Montauk Downs for golf and close to Montauk Tennis Courts. Cyclists enjoy wide paved roads to ride to Montauk lighthouse. Surfers - you know the drill - it's close for dawn patrol.

Guest access
You will have the back half of the one acre property to yourself. You access the cottage through shared driveway and house at front of property.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perched on a hill overlooking the ocean. All furniture and linens are white, clean, very beachy and modern. Located 1000 ft from the ocean beach. You will love the indoor heated pool and miles of ocean beach to swim, surf and explore. We allow pets, at $100 per pet, per night.

The space
You will love the outdoor shower off the master suite. Perfect for a refreshed feeling after your morning ocean swim right in front of your cottage.

Guest access
The indoor heated pool is perfect for everyone in your family. Especially the children. Say hello to John the life guard who carefully watches out for you and your loved ones. He will also supply you with towels and lounges for sunbathing outside the pool area. Playing shuffle board or having breakfast and lunch alfresco by the pool or on the beach makes our cottage a very desirable destination.

Other things to note
Take a short beach walk down to Gurneys Inn and have lunch or an afternoon cocktail on the beach.
Or walk up to the cafe and have an espresso to start your day. No pets allowed.
