Our location is also surrounded by trees and nature, lots of birds during spring and summer time. We are one block from the harbor, great beaches and great food. Our space has a warm feeling with a modern barn style look.

Our Beautiful Harbor View Suite located in Scituate Harbor. Our one bedroom queen apt. is bright and sunny with amazing views from every window. It is spacious (700sf) apt.with separate bedroom, kitchen, living area with queen sleeper. (Not suitable for small children).
Just steps away from great restaurants, pubs, shops, beach and anything you may be needing during your stay. Minutes away to public transportation. We also have a private separate studio (Beach Garden Studio)

The space
The suite is located on the top floor (14 stairs) of our completely renovated barn, seperate from our home in an independent, free standing structure.
A brand new space with amazing views of the harbor from every room.

A large open great room, kitchenette, TV., wifi, a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom.
A very easy walk to the marketplace and a number of great restaurants. 8
You will find everything you need within a 5 minute walk.
The space is not suitable for small children.
We also have a studio space (Beach Garden Studio) that is available to rent.

Guest access
Our guests have private entrance to the suite and access to laundry in the basement. Also to the beautiful private garden patio behind the building with amazing views of Scituate Harbor and a wonderful breeze on most summer days.

The space is not suitable for small children.

We are not a “Getting Ready Venue” for Bridal Parties.

You will have to climb 14 stairs to access the apt.

This little slice of Cape Cod is located in front of the ocean. The cottage is newly designed, comfortable, great for cooking outside & inside & truly is a home away from home. Enjoy a private patio, sip some wine, grill BBQ or use a fire pit to enjoy the beautiful nights. The place is within walking distance to various restaurants, cafes & shops. In front of the house is a quaint beach & the historic Scituate lighthouse, both worth the walk. Enjoy some of what coastal MA does best!

*Our cozy hideaway is a newly renovated space with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and large TV in living room. The comfortable queen size bedroom accompanies a large walk in closet and desk area. It has its own designated parking space, fenced in private courtyard for hanging out after a day at the beach. The elevated porch is perfect for your morning cup of coffee.

We will allow families with multiple children, its a perfect space for a family to have kids in living room and parents in bedroom! So much larger than a hotel option!
