We are located in a quiet seaside community. Local beaches, winery, general store, gas station, hiking, supermarket and churches are within ten minutes. Newport R.I. and Providence R.I. is a thirty five minute drive. Cape Cod, Ma is approximately a one hour drive. Our guest suite is an open concept with twelve hundred square feet. There are two private bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The spacious bathroom has laundry facilities. The full kitchen comes complete with all the cooking pans and utensils you would need. This suite is located on the second floor and comes with a private entrance. Host live on site and will be available for questions and or guidance of the local area.

This was the perfect location, removed from hustle & bustle, but close enough to drive to attractions. Lee's Market a few miles away is a GREAT stop for groceries, wine, etc. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals in. This is an excellent getaway for families of all ages pursuing summer’s fun on the beach and enjoying coastal serenity and natural beauty - Biking, surfing, swimming, fishing/shellfishing, boating, Kayaking/canoeing, and birding, or simply relaxing on the beach. A new bike path built by the state of Mass in 2020 in front of the street passes the beach, bay, and harbor leading to Gooseberry Island.
“The Let” offers activities such as kayaking, canoeing, shell fishing/fishing, or birding. Bring your own kayak or canoe and launch them at the Emma Tripp Landing on East Beach Road nearby. Our guests are welcome to use our kayaks and launch on the salt marsh in the backyard. Or simply walk in the backyard on the salt marsh or the shorelines for fishing crabs, mussels, oysters, scallops, and clams (locally called Quahog) (subject to state and local rules/licenses).
Ocean-going boats can be launched at two public boat launching sites/ramps nearby, at John Reed Road/Westport Bridge and at Gooseberry Island.
The 600-acre Horseneck beach reservation with a 2-mile beachfront offers one of the best surfing sites in the State of Massachusetts. Open to the public (fees).
The 611-acre wildlife sanctuary “Allens Pond” offers one of the most significant osprey breeding sites in North America with 100 nesting platforms and seven scenic mile nature trails that wind through beaches, ponds, marsh, coastal woodland, and meadows. Free to the public.

The house is located at 97 (Old) John Reed Rd, Westport, MA.
In 2022 a four-season sunroom was added. Starting 2025
the house has its new water storage and supply system. Portable water is brought in from a neighboring town. In-house water is no longer from a private well on site which has high tannins.

All you have to do is park the car and leave it! Our house is just steps to the beach. You can spend your days sitting on the beach, or walking the more than 2 miles of shoreline. We love to end the day with an outdoor shower and a cookout in the yard. Don’t want to cook? The Back Eddy restaurant is a 5 minute walk away. The highly rated restaurant sits on the Westport River, and Westport is attracting more foodies all the time for its cuisine.

Our house has wonderful bamboo floors, open floor plan, and great space for socializing and sleeping. You and your family will love staying at our great house!

If the opportunity is available, you might want to explore our wonderful region by car? There are a number of great choices close by. Take a ride to old Westport village, do your shopping at Lee’s market, or stop by the many open farmer’s markets along the roads. The Westport Winery and the Buzzard’s Bay Brewing Company are only minutes away. Wonderful trail walks are available close by at Gooseberry Island and the Allen’s Pond Wildlife Sanctuary.

Take a Ride or a Daytrip Too
If you would like to travel a little farther, the wonderful Sakonnet Vineyard in Little Compton, or the historic Padanaram Village in South Dartmouth are within 20 minutes. The malls in Dartmouth and Fall River offer a variety of shopping and restaurant options. If you would like to take a day trip, a ride to Newport with its grand harbor and historic mansions is a must. You can also take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard from New Bedford or visit Block Island from either Fall River or Newport.

Paul was so incredibly gracious and welcoming throughout. I could tell he genuinely wanted us to have a great time. On arrival the place was spotlessly clean and as advertised. The manual provided was very informative. This allowed us to settle in easily and be right on the beach which is a couple hundred yards away. The walk is on one road that has almost zero cars and over a short dune area. The beach is beautiful. Wide open water, sand for a mile or two in each direction. My wife jogged the beach every morning and I swam every day. The bike path also starts right here and is really nice. Throughout the week at the house we were incredibly comfortable. The HVAC system is perfect. I watched playoff baseball most nights on the 70 inch or so TV while plopped on the couch. Back Eddy is a short walk down the road for dinner or a drink which we did on Saturday night. Also my in laws came for two days and nights and were really impressed by the place and were very comfortable. We spent one day at the beach and one day touring local farms. The house, the location are really hard to beat. Can't recommend Paul enough as a host."

This large, Federal period residence was built in 1814 by Samuel Church, a local merchant who settled in Adamsville in the late 1700’s. The home changed families many times, but remains one of the most prominent homes in Adamsville. We purchased the property in the fall of 2016, remodeled the home, and began hosting families in the spring of 2017. While the home retains many of it's original features, the kitchens and bathrooms are brand new, as is the central air conditioning & heating system.

The space
Guests will experience what it is like to live in an actual Lighthouse. The views are stunning from every direction. There is a large lawn, perfect for family gatherings and a large patio for outdoor dining and entertaining. A beach immediately adjacent is ideal for fishing and sunbathing. The living room is super comfortable with ample seating. The Kitchen has all the modern conveniences and a utility room with a washer/dryer. Downstairs there is a bedroom with two twin beds (easily converted to a king upon request), and the bathroom with a shower. There is also a super fun outdoor shower. On the second floor there is a spacious master bedroom with a romantic iron bed and a balcony with seating to watch sunrise to the right and sunset to the left. There is also a half bath and what we call the "napping' room where one can read a book, watch tv or just nap!. From the "napping" room it's up a sturdy ladder to a bunk room. From the bunk room there is another ladder through a bulkhead hatch to the lantern room. A conservatory like space enclosed with windows offering breathtaking 360 degree views of Narragansett Bay.

Whether visiting family and friends, looking to experience all New England has to offer or simply looking to relax, the Bristol Lighthouse is an ideal place to stay. Close to the Mount Hope Bridge it is within easy access to Downtown Bristol, the quintessential New England waterfront Town steeped in History and fortunate to have a great many restaurants. Looking to be active, enjoy a bike ride to Warren , walk in Colt State park or play Pickleball on the Common. For a little more people interaction, cross the bridge and visit Newport, famous for its mansions, shopping and scenery. Newport is also know for hosting the Newport Folk Festival and Newport Jazz festival.

We have lots of big beach towels and there is plenty of room to store your rental bikes on the back porch. You’re a short walk to delicious coffee and treats at Grays Daily Grind and a short drive to all the surrounding beaches and sights. Keep in mind this is a rental and there are NO FOOD ITEMS IN THE KITCHEN. Please bring everything you need and remove all food items when you leave. We prefer an empty fridge for our next guests.

Located a few miles (7 min. drive) from the Westport River and Horseneck Beach… well known for it’s five mile stretch of ocean surf & sand.

The house is a fairly newly constructed 900 sq. ft. house with a large wraparound deck overlooking gardens, woods and Nature. It its filled with light from skylights and glass sliders. The entire home is furnished with unique pieces and artifacts from world travels.

Master bedroom en suite has an adjustable Queen bed, gas fireplace & Cable TV. Master Bath has a whirlpool tub & shower.

Upon request there is an additional single sofa bed available for an occasional overnight visitor. A full guest bathroom with shower is located in the same sun drenched area.

Laundry washer & dryer are located in this space as well.

The house design is “Open” with 15 ft. ceilings with fans and central air-conditioning. The “Great Room” includes the LR, Dining, and fully equipped kitchen areas. The double sided gas fireplace is located in the Great room & master bedroom which adds to the special ambiance and can be used year round.

Perfect vacation home for a couple… artists, writers, nature lovers and outdoorsmen would all be delighted to spend some time here.

Very private second floor space in Little Compton, close to the village of Adamsville. There is one bedroom with a queen bed. The home is accessed through an exterior set of stairs around the back of the home. The first floor is unoccupied, so you have this entire home to yourselves. The entire view from the deck is of woods and a historic cemetery. Little Compton is a small quiet town with multiple beaches close by. It is an excellent place for bike riding and we have many hiking trails.

Sakonnet Farm & Stay’s Cleaning Protocol

During the COVID19 Pandemic, we have modified our cleaning guidelines to include even more vigorous sanitization and disinfection practices. Kristin is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has assisted in keeping her surgical office open during this pandemic, keeping her staff and patients safe and healthy.

We have just a couple of us that perform all our cleaning. We have discussed not cleaning if we are not feeling well ourselves, proper use of PPE, proper use of all chemicals, and disposing of all trash, cleaning supplies and biohazards appropriately.

Cleaning is defined by the CDC as “the removal of germs, dirt, and impurities from surfaces. It does not kill germs, but by removing them, it lowers their numbers and the risk of spreading infection.” Disinfection is defined by the CDC as “a process that eliminates many or all pathogenic microorganisms.” Sterilization is defined by the CDC as “a process that destroys or eliminates all forms of microbial life” - so this would be appropriate in health care facilities, not in homes.

We have changed our cleaning products to use products listed on the EPA’s list that are effective to this COVID virus. We are using these chemicals to clean and disinfect as per the directions on the individual chemicals.

We are paying close attention to high touch surfaces including door knobs, light switches, stair railings, remote controls, arms of chairs, appliance handles, toilets, and faucets. These surfaces will all be wiped with a disinfection solution.

We are asking our guests to turn on the HVAC air circulation upon leaving our home, and opening the windows when appropriate. Our cleaners will also do this if not done before they arrive.

All bedding will be changed between guests, including the quilt/comforter and mattress pad. They will be laundered at the highest recommended temperature before being returned to the home.

Virus particles do not live long on soft surfaces such as upholstery. Viruses in general do not live long on any surfaces that are porous, with holes or microscopic grooves.

We have put away most of our decorative pillows and extra throw blankets for our guest’s safety. If our guests use any of the spare blankets we have in the closet, we are requesting they leave them out on the bed so we know they need to be laundered.

This is a private spectacular ocean home situated abutting the Horseneck Beach State Reservation as well as Bakers Beach. The house is situated in a very private setting with amazing views of Horseneck Beach, The Elizabeth Islands, Rhode Island Sound and Buzzards Bay. On each side of this house are beach and sand dune as well as recreation road and reservation land. To the east is the Horseneck Beach Reservation with 800 acres of beach, sand dunes, and recreation bike path. To the west is about 500 acres of protected dune and beach. Our ocean temperature peaks at 74 degrees in August and are the warmest summer ocean waters in this region. The beach is approximately 200 yards from the house and walkability score is very high. You do not need your car to access the beach, Back Eddy Restaurant/Bar, the river, marina or dune and rec road areas. 2023 renovations include new Pella Custom picture windows, large scale Turkish porcelain tile flooring throughout, new toilets and fixtures, high end furniture and very comfortable beds with brand name mattresses. We have outdoor Ring cameras for building security that face the driveway and rear entrance path. The house has a vintage and renovated Viking Stove/and Viking Microwave and full set of new appliances including washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a high output Viking stove that requires attention when in use. Gas grill is included and our two-level deck system has some of the best ocean and dune views in this region. Water views from three bedrooms. Spectacular Primary Suite (Ocean Room) with private bathroom and yoga studio. Spectacular views include sunrise and sunset views from the home, fishing boats leaving and entering the harbor, distant Marthas Vinyard View. This is an ocean birders paradise.

Mark and Merri's house is located in beautiful Westport MA. and is close to supermarket, restaurants and dining, the beach, farms, banks, health food store. This listing is for a two bedroom, two bath 2nd floor apartment. Maximum two people. It is ideal for traveling nurses and grad students as we are a short distance to St. Lukes, Charlton Memorial and St. Annes, and UMass Dartmouth.

This 2nd floor apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, electric kettle. Dishes, coffee maker, pots and pans and utensils are also included. We provide a cleaner and require access to apartment for them to tidy up once a month for the duration of your stay. I was trained as a ceramic artist and my Westport River cottage reflects my creative sensibilities, both in the fully renovated interior and the gardens which I've further developed with each passing year.

The space
Three bedrooms. One (with a comfortable queen bed) features a river view thanks to french doors leading to the large deck. Four other guests will be comfortable in single and bunk beds along the light-filled bedrooms along the side of the cottage. Our renovation opened up all the spaces: gourmet kitchen, living/sitting area featuring a beautiful stone fireplace (that alas doesn't draft well enough to be used!), dining for 8+ facing the river, and a second comfortable sitting area (with cable tv ,Roku which includes Netflix, Hulu and Criterion channels and a sound system). The back deck is expansive, framed by lush gardens, and just steps from the river itself.

Family summer cabin full of fun on the Westport River. This 3 bedroom cabin includes a private pier with 10x10 shaded eating/sitting area and deep-water dock for boat and swimming, private beach, kayaks, large deck with comfortable seating, stone fire-pit, gas grill, outdoor shower and more.

The space
Indoor: Our summer cabin includes a cozy living room with panoramic views of the river and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which includes a couch and tv with DVD player. Each of the three bedrooms has its own window air conditioning unit. There is one half bath and a fully-enclosed outdoor shower.

Outdoor: In addition to direct river access, some fun outdoor features of our cabin include a private backyard garden with a playhouse/library, a ping-pong table and access to yard games in the garage, an outdoor stone fire-pit, hammock, deck seating for lounging and dining, 2 kayaks, a small private beach and a private deep-water dock with a seating area and swim ladder.

This rustic summer cabin is perfect for a large family, but would be tight for more than four adults. It is a great place to unplug and enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful Westport River.

This is our family vacation home. It has been in our family for several generations and we love it dearly. We expect all of our guests to treat the cabin, property and contents with the upmost respect. We require full replacement of any broken or damaged items. NO pets and NO smoking.

Mark and Merri's 2nd floor summer rental has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a full size fold out couch in living room, and second small fold out couch in bedroom 2, with two full bathrooms. Maximum is 6 people. Outdoor spaces are shared - you will see Merri outside gardening and tending her chickens. You are welcome to use barbecue and outdoor patio space. You have two private entrances. We follow the covid-19 cleaning policy set up by AirBnb and the CDC.

What makes our space unique is that we are a short distance from town, which includes a supermarket and restaurants and only a few short miles to the beach. The only shared spaces are outdoor areas and laundry room. Your privacy and safety are important to us. We offer self check-in for all guests.

The space
This home has been lovingly restored, but it is a very old and historic house. We keep on top of them but there is the occasional spider that makes its way into a corner, and the floors are not all level. The old pantry hasn't been updated and you can imagine the winter's worth of home-canned goods lining the wide shelves. We find this history charming but you should not expect a brand new home. There is also no AC, there is always a lovely breeze though!

The home sits on 14 acres which you are free to explore. However, the fields are being farmed so we ask that you not disturb the crops. There is an outside seating area and firepit for enjoying the evenings and beautiful sunsets.

Other things to note
The house is fully stocked with linens for the beds (including blankets for any unseasonably cool nights), bath towels, washcloths, hand towels etc. You may want to consider bringing your own beach towels.
There is no air conditioning, but fans in most rooms and a constant breeze.
There are collections of soap and shampoo in the bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and some small appliances, but if there is anything essential for your cooking/coffee you may want to bring it. (There is a coffee maker.) There are staples like salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, if you use the last of something please replace it or let me know to get more.
There is a charcoal BBQ, you may want to bring/buy your own charcoal, but we have lighter fluid and lighters.

The Area
The Bayside Restaurant is at the end of the street and is only a two minute walk from our front door. Across the street, you'll be able to walk to the Allen's Pond Audubon Society trail and the rocky Westport Town Beach. Horseneck Beach and Gooseberry Island are a short drive (or bike ride) away.

The area is full of quaint villages to explore from Little Compton to New Bedford. There are countless farms with farm stands on the road to buy fresh vegetables or farm fresh meat from.

I personally love Fall and Winter. There are many great walking trails and the beaches are breathtaking at this time of year.

The space
This peaceful, 2000 square foot, three bedroom summer house with a spacious window seat and outdoor front porch overlooking expansive hay fields sleeps up to seven people on 3 queen beds and 1 twin bed. It is located just a 5 min drive from Horseneck State Beach (public beach access, which stretches 5 miles along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean).

The house features a large 800 square foot living area with multiple seating areas for reading, playing games and visiting. In addition to the one full bathroom, there is an outdoor shower for use after a wonderful day at the beach. There is also a sunny, stone-walled garden for outdoor meals, reading, and relaxing. This great family house is the perfect respite from your busy world. It is available for rent for one(1) week, or for as many weeks as you are interested in throughout the summer season. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.

Our family most enjoyed starting the day with blueberry pancakes (from the local farm stand) on the front porch. Then we pack up for the beach - the energetic among us decide to jog there. We enjoy Horseneck Beach, rated best beach in New England ((website hidden)_England_Beaches), kids playing the surf, adults beach combing down to the harbor mouth. Snack bar for hot dogs or ice cream. Come home to wash off sand and salt in the outdoor shower before heading up the country road to Woods Creamery, the best ice cream around (Moose Tracks, our favorite!). Come back to the house, dinner on the porch, fresh fish caught that day, and watch the sunset over the field with the swallows swooping overhead. If it is Saturday night, the family heads down toward the Point for the community square dance, a tradition since the 1930's.

Westport Point is known for its local charm. No franchises are allowed in the region, but the area has many quaint shops and restaurants, and independent businesses support a local agricultural and beach community. Stop by the Westport River Winery for a tour, pick up fresh lobsters at the local fish store for dinner, go shelling on the beach, enjoy antiquing, or just relax on the porch of the house and enjoy the great summers for which Westport is known.

Our beautiful New England cottage near the ocean in Acoaxet has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, an outdoor shower, traditional porch, gas BBQ and big backyard. The cottage is close to the beaches in a beautiful location. It is quiet, relaxed and surrounded by wild birds... just a short drive away from amazing restaurants and the sights of South Massachusetts.

The space
Our lovely Cottage is a quiet and relaxing spot close to the ocean. The Cottage is a traditional New England beach cottage but with all the modern amenities. There is no need to fight the Cape traffic this year... come down to beautiful Westport instead! Less than 90 minutes South of downtown Boston, you have a slice of heaven in Westport.

Our Cottage in Westport is a lovely large space to host family holidays, extended family holidays, holidays with friends, and peaceful holidays just for you!

We are 1 mile to the famous and beautiful Elephant Rock Beach Club (members only late June - September- we can support you to buy a two week renter pass direct from the club) and 3/4 mile from the Nubble/the Town beach. Spindle Rock Sailing Club is 0.4 miles from the house.

There are 4 bedrooms, comprising of a large master bedroom with a kingsized bed (180cm wide), another bedroom with a kingsized bed (180cm wide), a room with two single bunk beds, and a room with a queen sized bed in. The two kingsized beds can be turned into twin rooms when needed. Just ask for this if needed. We like the house to be as flexible as possible!

The house has an HVAC air conditioning system, so you can cool down on the hot days! As part of this system we also have heating for the cooler days of Spring and Autumn too!

There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. There is a large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, which is perfect for entertaining! The kitchen has all you would need including a large stove, a microwave and a dishwasher.

There is also a large porch area with a Weber BBQ, table with chairs and rocking chairs to enjoy as you wish.

The classic New England experience of the outdoor shower is also available to you. Perfect for a post beach hose down, or simply an outside bathing experience!

The house is is set in a lovely large plot of garden, with plenty of room for games of baseball/cricket/rounders/soccer with the kids or just generally running around! There is lots of birdlife, with songbirds often coming right up to the porch. We see lots of hummingbirds through the summer, coming to the Rose of Sharon as well as a range of rare birds throughout the year including Ospreys overhead! Whales and dolphins can be seen off the coast too! It is a beautiful area for wildlife.

July and August are obviously beautiful beach holiday times in Westport. Local residents favour the peace, warmth and wildlife of April, May, June, September and October. But really every month is amazing!

We are members at the local private beach club Elephant Rock Beach Club- but you will need to buy a guest pass from the club to access this. Ask me for more details! The rules for gaining a guest pass have recently changed so it is important you ask me about your group and the price if you are interested in getting a pass (please see the ERBC Westport MA website for more details). There are many other delightful beaches you can enjoy for free!

The local area has many fresh fruit and vegetable stands, as well as ice cream factories. There is also fish and lobster fresh off the boat and a boutique supermarket in Central Village.

Our bedsizes... two of our beds are brand new orthopaedic super kingsized beds, these can be made into twin beds on request (please let us know in advance of your stay). We also have one Queen sized bed. The Queen sized bedroom has its own bathroom adjacent to the room. There is also a bunk bed made up of 2 single beds.

If anyone in your group has mobility issues, do let me know so we can make the cottage as accessible as possible for you. It is a one-level home, and pretty well set up for ambulatory issues. My father is disabled so we have handrails for entry through the main-doors, but let me know what your needs are and we can chat everything through before you arrive.

Chaffee Cottage, circa 2006, was designed from an 18th-century cape and has all the modern-day amenities, such as central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor shower, high-speed wireless internet and cable HDTV.

Various beaches are nearby in both RI and MA. Access to the Westport River is available in Adamsville.

The space
Located in the Adamsville neighborhood of historic hamlet of Little Compton, the cottage is less than a mile from the Atlantic ocean as the bird flies, and just a two-mile drive along winding country roads and beautiful pastoral settings to the nearest beach. There are several more beaches within a fifteen-minute driving distance of the cottage, including (but not limited to) Horseneck, Goosewing, South Shore and Elephant Rock beaches. You'll find beautiful country roads, pristine beaches, rolling pastures, antique shops, wineries and nature preserves - all within biking or driving distance. Tiverton Four Corners with dining, shopping, and antiquing is just a few minutes away.

The ground floor of the cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with comfortable seating and a TV, a light-filled sunroom ideal for reading or relaxing, a bedroom with two twin beds (that can be pushed together to make a king), a full bathroom with washer and dryer, and an equipped office for those who may need to work while away. The gracious property is ringed by a classic Rhode Island stone fence. Just behind the house is an outdoor sitting and dining area with a grill. An outdoor shower is nearby.

We are dog friendly at Chaffee Cottage and our golden doodle, Rhodie, calls it his own when he is there. We do, however, reserve the right to consider each request on an individual basis. We ask our guests bringing dogs to please be aware that there is a $100 fee per pet/week applied.

We have recently become the new owners of Chafee Cottage and are excited to carry on the tradition of hosting guests. The cottage has 60+ 5-star reviews in its previous listing before we bought it and we hope you will enjoy it as much as past guests have.

The dock at Richmond Pond is private property and prohibited for use of any kind as is the north lot adjacent to the rental, which is private and marked with "No Trespassing" signs.

Atlantic Beach Club rules: Booking includes use of our Atlantic Beach Club East membership and is subject to the following: HOURS-Memorial Day to Columbus Day, Sunday–Thursday 9AM to 7PM, Friday and Saturday 9AM – 8PM. Swim at your own risk, no lifeguards on duty, NO DOGS on beach club property at any time, no grilling, no fires, no smoking, no camping, no glass bottles or containers, no fireworks/firearms. The provided pass ($30 replacement fee if lost) and bathroom key allow your party listed on booking to walk in-(no vehicles, no additional guests) utilize bathroom/outdoor shower facilities and beach path. The Knoll is our home and is not an investment property. We require a few favorable and somewhat recent reviews/references for booking. We offer Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out time frames for guests so we can make the best of our short season.

Dogs are not allowed as one of the owners of this house has had a tracheotomy and is very allergic to animals and dander. The health risks for this individual are significant if animal dander is present. We do respect formal service dogs for people with special needs with advanced notice. Emotional support dogs are not allowed.

Walkability is very high and you can walk to beaches, river, marina, rec road, reservation lands, and The Back Eddy Restaurant. Within a short drive is Westport Winery, Sakonnet Vinyards, various farms with retail stores or farm stands, Lees Market, Westport Lobster Company, Oyster Bar, Boat Yard, Historic Westport Point Village, Buzzards Bay Brewing Company and about five additional restaurants. Providence restaurants, and water fire events are a 35 minute drive from the house and Boston is situated approximately 1 hour 15 min drive.

Although you probably won’t want to leave the Knoll, a 10 minute drive will take you to Central Village which offers Lees market, Village Pizza, shopping for the ladies as well as all essentials. Partners village store is a great place for breakfast or lunch as well as shopping in the small book and gift store. On the way home, buy the freshest seafood at the Westport Lobster Company. There are also local farm stands which offer fresh, local produce.

We are booking one-week reservations staring mid-June and ending towards the end of August.

A must do is a visit to historic Westport Point, a pristine colonial village and home to the Westport fishing fleet.

Per town ordinance there is a seven day stay minimum and no parties allowed.
