Little Bluff is a quaint rustic Cape Cod cottage. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is set back from an 80 foot bluff overlooking the picturesque bay known as Black Fish Creek. This bay is tidal allowing for swimming and kayaking in warm water at high tide and exploring the sand flats at low tide. The cottage has a patio for barbequing and a terrace on the bluff
for enjoying the view. Pets are welcome. Cottage is ideally suited for three. Parking is available for one car only.

This rustic summer cottage installed on an historic ship Captain's property in the 50's is what you picture when you dream of a holiday on Olde Cape Cod. Located at the end of a long clam shell driveway this home is situated marsh side on Blackfish Creek. Owls, Hawks, Egrets and Blue Herons abound. One of the thinnest sections of the Cape in South Wellfleet affords you bay and ocean breezes. We do not have air conditioning but we do have fans if needed. Newly renovated Kitchen and Bathroom (2017). Additional outdoor shower for the naturist in you and within 1.5 miles of Maguire Landing Beach and just 2 miles to both White Crest Beach and Marconi Beach. This 2-bedroom cottage is nestled on a wooded hillside overlooking a salt marsh in the Indian Neck area of Wellfleet. Wildlife abounds around the cottage, with regular sightings of rabbits, foxes, turtles, wild turkeys, and many types of songbirds. There are several other small cottages nearby on the hillside.

There is a large deck with a dining table that seats six, four Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill, as well as a fully-enclosed outdoor shower with hot water.

The open-plan living space has two sets of sliding doors that open up onto the deck, providing ample natural light. There is a small but well-equipped kitchen, renovated in winter 2023. Appliances include a full-size refrigerator, electric range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor. In the kitchen, you'll also find an AquaTru countertop reverse osmosis drinking water system that provides ultra clean water for drinking and cooking. A counter height table with seating for four is between the kitchen and living area. Two additional chairs are in the hallway closet.

The comfortable living area adjacent to the kitchen has a spacious sofa and two armchairs, along with a TV equipped with basic cable and a Roku device to connect your preferred streaming services. Three skylights in kitchen/living area provide extra light and open up to help cool the house throughout the day (there is air conditioning too!). Behind the cottage you’ll find an extra-large hammock surrounded by towering pitch pines.

The house has mini-split AC/heat units in each bedroom and in the main room to keep you comfortable on particularly hot or cold days. New luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in bedrooms in 2022; Pella sliding patio doors installed spring 2023.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
