This newly renovated, air conditioned, pet friendly Cottage is located on the same large private lot with a main house and overlooks a large grassy fenced yard. Perfect for lawn games or fetch. A private patio area that's great for morning coffee or enjoying the catch of the day. A large circular driveway and separate parking areas with room to bring your boat or kayaks. Cottage #4 was completely renovated for my personal use and never intended as a rental. Well a move to the West Coast changed all that. So…Cottage #4 has everything I love and wanted in a cottage, a big kitchen designed for a cook.. with great appliances, great pots and pans, good knives, big gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, redwood counters, and an old soapstone sink. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, large window and skylight. The bathroom is beautiful, but the outdoor shower is all you will use. There is a big screen porch overlooking a private yard and wooded wetlands. There is cable TV (flat screen), and high speed internet. Its a spacious cottage perfect for two people. Just 2 miles to the national seashore beaches and a a short walk to beautiful Fort Hill and views of Nauset Marsh. My past guests have all said how much they feel at home in the cottage...and never want to leave.

Our charming two bedroom cape cod cottage is nestled on a private culdesac, along with 10 other well maintained homes. The home was updated in fall of 2016 with new flooring and paint throughout the entire home, and addition of an outdoor shower. We have added a new heat pump system with AC and heating units for each room in 2024. Our cottage offers 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with a set of full size bunk beds. The Living Room has one queen size pull out couch that can sleep an extra 2 adults. Kitchen provides everything you need for preparing meals. Kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. Door from the Master Bedroom lead to new large deck with grill and outdoor furniture. Perfect for grilling family dinner while watching the sunset over the water! Large community yard right outside the door, plenty of space for kids to play outside!

The neighborhood is located on the cove, providing renters with the ability to access the salt water from right outside their door.You are welcome to use our kayaks and stand up paddle board! Neighborhood is off of state highway, two minutes drive/short bike ride :), to Orleans town center and Eastham beaches. Orleans town center offers endless amounts of restaurants, cafes, shopping, bike rental, marina, large Stop & Shop and many more. Access to Cape Cod's famous bike path is also available here.

The cottage is a few minutes from Orleans where there is Stop and Shop drug stores even a Wendy’s for a Frosty milk shake restaurants of different kinds where you can have the fresh catch of the day also in the other direction from the cottage is Wellfleet there is a boat pier grab quick dinner at the walk up stand fried clams fish or a delicious lobster roll sit on a picnic table as the sun sets there are little shops in the center, there is also finer dining then go take in a movie at there drive in just like the old days or even go to the flea market there it’s few days a week to look for treasures every time there’s something different to find go to historic Provincetown a half hour ride where you can find shops of all kinds we always go to the Army Navy store there are clothes men women and trinkets of all kinds everything is a short walk restaurants art galleries with many local art work a leather shop tee shirts candy and fugue everyone likes going whale watching the Wales come right around the boat sometimes but the boat is big a safe, fisherman's old pier where you can take out a charter boat and go fishing for the day, not long ago when I was younger i saw some fisherman bring in 1000 pound Tuna hanging on the scale it was caught off a small boat in the bay so you never know what you will catch or see here you will make memories that like us will last a lifetime at every turn there is something new you won’t see at home and if you’re up early like us take a quick ride to the Ocean and watch the sunrise play all day then head over to the bay side to watch the sunset and walk in between the sandbars when it’s low tide our families have been coming to the Cape for over 50 years and now we bring our children here to enjoy virtually untouched by today’s hustle and bustle so come spend time with us a vacation you will surely never forget
