This newly renovated, air conditioned, pet friendly Cottage is located on the same large private lot with a main house and overlooks a large grassy fenced yard. Perfect for lawn games or fetch. Cottage #4 was completely renovated for my personal use and never intended as a rental. Well a move to the West Coast changed all that. So…Cottage #4 has everything I love and wanted in a cottage, a big kitchen designed for a cook.. with great appliances, great pots and pans, good knives, big gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, redwood counters, and an old soapstone sink. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, large window and skylight. The bathroom is beautiful, but the outdoor shower is all you will use. There is a big screen porch overlooking a private yard and wooded wetlands. There is cable TV (flat screen), and high speed internet. Its a spacious cottage perfect for two people. Just 2 miles to the national seashore beaches and a a short walk to beautiful Fort Hill and views of Nauset Marsh. My past guests have all said how much they feel at home in the cottage...and never want to leave.

Our charming two bedroom cape cod cottage is nestled on a private culdesac, along with 10 other well maintained homes. The home was updated in fall of 2016 with new flooring and paint throughout the entire home, and addition of an outdoor shower. We have added a new heat pump system with AC and heating units for each room in 2024. Our cottage offers 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with a set of full size bunk beds. The Living Room has one queen size pull out couch that can sleep an extra 2 adults. Kitchen provides everything you need for preparing meals. Kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. Door from the Master Bedroom lead to new large deck with grill and outdoor furniture. Perfect for grilling family dinner while watching the sunset over the water! Large community yard right outside the door, plenty of space for kids to play outside!

The neighborhood is located on the cove, providing renters with the ability to access the salt water from right outside their door.You are welcome to use our kayaks and stand up paddle board! Neighborhood is off of state highway, two minutes drive/short bike ride :), to Orleans town center and Eastham beaches. Orleans town center offers endless amounts of restaurants, cafes, shopping, bike rental, marina, large Stop & Shop and many more. Access to Cape Cod's famous bike path is also available here.

The cottage is a few minutes from Orleans where there is Stop and Shop drug stores even a Wendy’s for a Frosty milk shake restaurants of different kinds where you can have the fresh catch of the day also in the other direction from the cottage is Wellfleet there is a boat pier grab quick dinner at the walk up stand fried clams fish or a delicious lobster roll sit on a picnic table as the sun sets there are little shops in the center, there is also finer dining then go take in a movie at there drive in just like the old days or even go to the flea market there it’s few days a week to look for treasures every time there’s something different to find go to historic Provincetown a half hour ride where you can find shops of all kinds we always go to the Army Navy store there are clothes men women and trinkets of all kinds everything is a short walk restaurants art galleries with many local art work a leather shop tee shirts candy and fugue everyone likes going whale watching the Wales come right around the boat sometimes but the boat is big a safe, fisherman's old pier where you can take out a charter boat and go fishing for the day, not long ago when I was younger i saw some fisherman bring in 1000 pound Tuna hanging on the scale it was caught off a small boat in the bay so you never know what you will catch or see here you will make memories that like us will last a lifetime at every turn there is something new you won’t see at home and if you’re up early like us take a quick ride to the Ocean and watch the sunrise play all day then head over to the bay side to watch the sunset and walk in between the sandbars when it’s low tide our families have been coming to the Cape for over 50 years and now we bring our children here to enjoy virtually untouched by today’s hustle and bustle so come spend time with us a vacation you will surely never forget

- "Nauset Haven is a wonderful little oasis that works perfectly for a quite lake getaway or a base to explore Cape Cod. The cottage itself is a great size and easily large enough for 2-4 people. It was well decorated such that you felt like you were in Cape Cod and well equipped with everything you need from the kitchen to the beach to entertaining kids. The location is perfect, being right off Route 6 and between the ocean and bay side of the cape. Easy to get to many key sites and towns across the cape. The lake really is the selling point though. It is one of a small cluster of cottages on the lake which share a small beach, swimming platform and boat doc. Row boats are available for free and kayaks for rent. Lovely swimming off the beach and great fishing both from the dock and row boats. Would definitely stay here again."

- "The perfect place to rejuvenate and relax after these two long years of lockdowns from COVID-19. As soon as I got out of the car it felt like coming home. Kathy was there to greet us and catch us up on events. Pam visited in the evening for a chat and to make sure we were comfortable. This home is perfect for two, with ocean views and sounds. Coast Guard beach is my favorite place on the Cape and this is as close as you can get. Down the short hill and across the road. The cottage is well supplied and the king sized bed is extremely comfortable. The view is beautiful. The yard is artfully designed with wildlife abounding. The turkeys are a treat. Bird song and ocean sounds and views, It doesn’t get any better. Thank you Kathy and Pam for a wonderful vacation."

A great location on the waters edge of Orleans town cove.

Enjoy the inner waterways of the National Park in a Kayak from the 50 foot dock only a few steps from the door. This is a popular location for Kayaks as you can access Nauset and Coast Guard beach or the Salt Pond at the National Park visitor's center easily.

The cottage has views of the water from all rooms, a private back yard to relax in the hammock by the water or enjoy cookouts or cocktails. Watch the lobster and fishing boats go by or catch fish of your own from the dock.

This is a great house in a great setting close to all the major attractions on the lower cape. It's only a few minutes to the National Seashore, or the bay side beaches by car. Close to great golf courses in Brewster, Chatham, and Truro. Cape Cod Rail Trail parking is less than 1 mile away. Also, only a few minutes to Orleans and Wellfleet center with lots of restaurants, and shopping.

House has new updated kitchen, large screen TV, Internet, washer and dryer, fireplace, Webber gas grill, and outdoor shower.

The house includes (2) great one person sea kayaks, 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas, lots of boogie boards and beach toys. House is located directly across from bald eagle nest with spotting scope in house.

Renters are not allowed to moor their boat at the dock. Dock space is for owners only.

The kitchen setup was perfect for us. We had cooked some light dinners (pasta,. burgers, and quesadillas) and the kitchen even had a pasta strainer something that I frequently find missing in rentals. The coffee was also provided. Beds were comfortable and the TV was as advertised and we were able.to.watch local channels or setup our Netflix account easily. Campground Road dead ends into the stairs to the beach. This area of the beach is private for the homeowners and guests that live/are staying in the neighborhood. Our neighborhood is made up of quiet little homes and cottages leading to the stairs to the beach

Wake up to the sound of seagulls overhead and take your coffee out to the blue slate patio, or even stroll a few feet to Campground Beach and watch the tides roll in or out.

Spend the day splashing in the waves, float on rafts in the sun, or explore the tidal pools for hours. If the tide is high enough, you can dive right in from the steps leading down to the sand! Sunsets are absolutely amazing from your little slice of heaven right here on Cape Cod. Don’t worry, the house is only 150 actual walking steps from Campground Beach stairs to your patio so you can come and go as you please, no shoes needed. When you are done in the sun, step into your outside shower to cool off your tan and wash the salt out of your beach hair. Dinner on the grill couldn’t be easier on your gas grill served either on the outdoor patio furniture, or take it down the beach with you picnic style.

Our 420 square foot cottage is nicely laid out with a master bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen on the first floor and an open living space upstairs which houses the additional sleeping area. The master bedroom has a new queen mattress outfitted with soft linens, duvet, and a closet and bureau with plenty of room for storage. Upstairs you will find two comfortable twins on one side of the stairs and a beautiful full sized bed on the other. Two full size dressers keep your clothes stored nicely away along with your other treasures.

As soon as you walk through the door at the Edgewood Cottage you feel at home. This is where you kick off your shoes and stroll down to the sand with your favorite beverage and breathe in the salty air Cape air. Relax. Our Campground Beach cottage is the perfect place to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Enjoy bay breezes from the screened-in patio steps over from Kingsbury Beach, a private, family-friendly oasis on Cape Cod Bay. A sandy path will take you to swim at high tide and enjoy the almost endless sandbars at low tide. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and experience some of the most breath-taking sunsets. A 1-mile bike ride will have you on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a short drive will bring you to renowned Coast Guard or Nauset Light Beaches, and many great restaurants.

Enjoy modern comforts in this updated home, including central air and brand new furnishings throughout. Downstairs features a living room with ample natural sunlight, comfy seating, and an internet-connected TV to keep you entertained. An indoor dining area opens up into a modern kitchen, with counter seating for two, gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all of the cooking essentials you’ll need. There is also a full bathroom with shower, and a home office with a desk, queen-sized bed, and large closet.

Upstairs features two large bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two full size beds. Both bedrooms feature expansive closets and dressers, as well as seating areas and modern decor. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs, including a tub/shower combo with whirlpool jets.

The walk-out basement connects to the driveway, making it easy to unpack and store your things after a day at the beach. The basement includes a modern washer and dryer, as well as a small, portable ping pong table.

Outside, you’ll find a newly renovated yard with firepit, outdoor dining area, Weber propane grill, hammock and NEW custom-built outdoor shower. You also have access to a large shed that includes beach chairs and beach toys, as well as additional room for storage.

Off of the first floor, there is a screened-in porch with dining table for six and a bench for relaxing and listening to the waves.

There is ample parking in the driveway.

Towels and linens are provided as well as a starter kit of detergents and coffee.

Kingsbury Beach is a 2-3 minute stroll away...with easy access (no stairs) to the shoreline. A lovely screened porch, double outdoor shower, new appliances, comfy beds and should you need it, central air, made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We are located on a private dirt road. Enjoy privacy with easy access to route 6. Your cottage is equipped with a flat screen TV (Netflix, Prime, etc.) and WIFI, Large 4-burner stovetop (no oven), microwave, double sink, kitchen is equipped for cooking! Easy parking, no steps. Large 20x16 deck with firepit and gas grille. Bird bath and feeder - lots of birds!

Guest access
You will enjoy the one floor plan of the renovated barn with private parking. The row boat and canoe are available for the pond May, June and September and October.

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a NEW QUEEN size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!

The space
This property is listed on the National Register and part of Eastham's Historic Downtown. The main house is almost 200 years old! This property has been the post office, a farrier shop and an asparagus farm.

This cottage used to be a barn, complete with a two-seater outhouse and hay loft. It has since been converted to an open studio space with a lofted sleeping area. The property sits on an acre of gardens, flowers and unique trees that were all lovingly maintained by the previous owner. The farrier shop burned down long ago, but the foundation remains and is now a great outdoor space for grilling and is equipped with a small fire pit.

Guest access
Guest have private parking, access to the outdoor patio with gas grille & fire pit near lovely gardened grounds. There is also a basement space for storage (beach chairs, bikes etc) The cottage has a binder with recommendations of activities, restaurants, and things to do.

Laundry is available for an additional charge and is located in our house

It is a short bike ride to many beaches, but if you are not interested in biking you will need a sticker to enter a beach or pond parking lot with a car. They sell daily passes at the gate of the beaches (oceanside or bayside), but not at the freshwater ponds. If you want to get a weekly sticker good for the bay and ponds you need to go to the sticker shack near the Eastham Town dump.

We are located on Route 6 so there is traffic noise. We have created a tranquil and peaceful environment inside this space, but if you are a very light sleeper I don't you to feel misled.

Cottage #6 is a small studio that features knotty pine walls, local art and eclectic classic Cape Cod Charm. Great for a person or couples (NOTE it ONLY SLEEPS 2 ADULTS). It has a very small porch on the back, a bedroom area, that is furnished with a queen size bed. Next to the bedroom area is the kitchenette, gas stove and under-counter refrigerator. The kitchen has a table with two chairs. Small bathroom with shower. Guest fee is an Airbnb fee they collect.

The space
The cottages are rich with history and one of the first cottage communities on the Cape. One will notice the reclaimed wooden in the roofs that were rescued from wooden signs and billboards that were on the State Route in the early years.

Cottage #8, also known as Littleneck Cottage, is part of one of several cottage communities on Cape Cod. It is conveniently located a short seven minute drive to both Coast Guard Beach and the center of Orleans. For those looking to be active, the cottage is less than five minutes from the Cape Cod Rail Trail - great for bike riding, walking, and running.

One comfy queen bed in your bedroom, with your own private bath with shower. Outside shower also available! All off the beaten path located in the peaceful woods of Eastham on a quiet sandy lane; 10 minutes from Orleans, 30 minutes from Hyannis, and 30 minutes from Provincetown. An easy walk or bike ride 1/2 mile to Thumpertown Beach, 3 miles by car or bike to Coast Guard or Nauset Light beaches.
Relax on the warm sand with a good book, kayak Nauset Marsh. Quick hop to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking.
At the end of the day, walk the 1/2 mile to Thumpertown Beach and enjoy the magnificent bay sunsets.
Smell the pine, watch the birds, and enjoy true peace and relaxation! You will not find a more lovely home than this one! Built in 2017 and equipped with environmentally friendly tankless water heater and new energy efficient appliances. Very clean and tidy!
Massachusetts Audubon Society and the National Seashore visitors center at Salt Pond are 5 minutes away -- lectures and guided hikes, along with National Seashore Park Ranger programs on the beach. Or go shopping in Provincetown! And don't forget to stop at Nauset Ice Cream for a home- made dish of their very own! It's a 10-minute car ride to Orleans for grocery shopping and many fine restaurants and galleries, and a short bike ride to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Cape Cod bus service a short walk from the Four Points Sheraton.

Everyone is enjoying each other’s company while relaxing in the hammock and sitting around the deck watching the friendly competition going on in the bocce court, or the crazy game of badminton happening at the nets. See what is growing in the guests garden this year or take out one of the kayaks and paddle around the bay. You take a deep breath and breathe in that salty Cape air, breathing out the tensions and feeling the stress leave you like the tides. Splashing around on the flats at low tide will keep the kids entertained for hours as well.

The two-bedroom cottage has all the creature comforts. The first bedroom has a comfortable full bed for two. The second bedroom houses a bunk bed consisting of two single beds and the sunroom has a trundle bed that pulls out into two more beds. Like most daybeds, the trundle may not be the most comfortable for a full-sized man of six feet tall and 250 lbs., but one or two smaller adults, teens, or children that fit in a normal twin bed would be just fine.

The full-sized kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal but even so, who wants to cook when you are in one of the best vacation areas on Cape Cod? Dog-friendly and perfect for two, the cottage is centrally located in Eastham. An ideal spot – near the National Seashore, Minister’s Pond, and Arnold’s. Biking, hiking, whale-watching, and enjoying our fabulous restaurants all while having a beautiful place to relax and recharge at night.

Did you know that during the warmer summer months, male blue whales sing at night?
Our Whale Song on Minister’s Pond will have you singing throughout your visit to the Cape. This adorable, clean, cozy, studio with outdoor spa shower is one dog friendly ($50 fee) and just steps away from a private beach on Minister’s Pond.

The cottage features a private patio area with a gas grill, a large yard with hammock, outdoor dining area, room for badminton, and sunny lawn for sunbathing too. The spa shower is huge with a rain shower head, as well as a handheld, with spa amenities included. Please note that the shower is an outdoor shower. There is not an indoor shower option at the Whale Song. Inside you will find a comfortable queen-sized bed, a water closet (toilet and sink room), a kitchenette for your cooking needs, and a Roku tv to watch your favorite streaming show or movie. The shared area would be the beach area of the pond where we have a fire pit, lounge chairs, and a canoe available.

The cottage is within walking distance to Arnold’s and mini-golf, the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike path), and the Salt Pond Visitor’s Center. Bike Rentals are just around the corner and the National Seashore beach shuttle parking lot is about a mile away walking or you can just take the Nauset Loop bike trail and head directly to Nauset Light Beach itself.

WHAT’S NEARBY
This adorable cottage is just a little over a mile from the Cape Cod National Seashore Information Center, the perfect place to start a journey down the outer banks. Check out Maguire Landing Beach for fun on the Atlantic Coast or First Encounter Beach on the Cape, famous for having the most beautiful sunsets on Cape Cod. This beach is excellent at low tide when there is an expansive sandbar that goes out into the bay and at high tide when the water comes rushing in to 100 feet off the parking lot. And when you've worked up an appetite, check out Joeys Joint as well as Laura & Tony's Kitchen, both within five miles of this home.

The space
Located in the National Seashore, Cape Cod, Massachusetts on Cable Road, 3/10ths mile easy walk to Nauset Light Beach, 2BR-one queen size bed; two twin beds, no-smoking cottage with screened-in porch, living/dining, updated shower bath, outside beach shower. There is a $300 pet fee per pet, limit two pets. A pet can be a medium size dog (up to 40 lbs, 18 kg). No cats or other animals.

Guests can expect a tranquil, private environment yet ready access about 20 minutes away to Orleans to the south for major shopping and restaurants. Wellfleet, to the north, is a quaint old harbor historical town with more amenities and eating establishments such as PB Boulangerie Bistro, 15 Lecount hollow road South Wellfleet. All are convenient from US Route 6.

Trash collection: Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Place bagged trash in the Seaside Disposal wheeled dustbin. Be aware of foraging animals when packaging trash. Wheel dustbin to the end of the drive at Cable Road by early morning on the day of collection. Return the bin after collection.

Massachusetts passed legislation, effective January 1st, 2019, to tax short-term (less than 31 days) on vacation rentals like they do now on hotels, motels, bed & breakfasts, etc . Virtually every other state makes the same levy. The tax is 12.45% applied to the rental and fee charges. Airbnb will collect this tax before guest arrival. It is due and payable before occupancy.

The cottage has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a small kitchen equipped with the cooking and grilling essentials, and a living room with futon and smart tv. The bathroom has an indoor tub/shower and there is also an outdoor shower. The yard has a charcoal grill, fire pit, outdoor dining table, and hammock. There are beach chairs and yard games in the smaller shed behind the cottage that you are welcome to use.

The bay beach is an easy walk or bike ride away (about 3/4 of a mile). The nearest ocean beach is about 2 miles away. There are a couple of coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, bike rental shops, and convenience stores within a quick walk from the cottage.

Please note, while the cottage does have both a bed and a futon, this listing is strictly for 2 adults. Sleeping accommodations allow for 2 adult guests who need separate sleeping areas to enjoy the cottage together, but we absolutely cannot accommodate more than 2 adults. Please also note, the living room does not have a door, there is a screen that can be used if privacy is needed.

The space
Wake up to the sound of seagulls overhead and take your coffee out to the blue slate patio, or even stroll a few feet to Campground Beach and watch the tides roll in or out.

Spend the day splashing in the waves, float on rafts in the sun, or explore the tidal pools for hours. If the tide is high enough, you can dive right in from the steps leading down to the sand! Sunsets are absolutely amazing from your little slice of heaven right here on Cape Cod. Don’t worry, the house is only 150 actual walking steps from Campground Beach stairs to your patio so you can come and go as you please, no shoes needed. When you are done in the sun, step into your outside shower to cool off your tan and wash the salt out of your beach hair. Dinner on the grill couldn’t be easier on your gas grill served either on the outdoor patio furniture, or take it down the beach with you picnic style.

Our 420 square foot cottage is nicely laid out with a master bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen on the first floor and an open living space upstairs which houses the additional sleeping area. The master bedroom has a new queen mattress outfitted with soft linens, duvet, and a closet and bureau with plenty of room for storage. Upstairs you will find two comfortable twins on one side of the stairs and a beautiful full sized bed on the other. Two full size dressers keep your clothes stored nicely away along with your other treasures.

Eastham Escape

You'll be within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean at this two-bedroom Eastham home, a comfortable Cape Cod cabin with a private deck, a firepit, and a wonderful location close to downtown, a bike path, and Nauset Light Beach.

Beautifully secluded on a spacious property lined with trees, this single-level home sits just two miles north of Eastham Town Hall. You'll be down the street from a local bike path, one mile west of Nauset Light Beach and the Three Sisters Lighthouses, and two miles north of Coast Guard Beach.

Step inside to take a break from the summer sunshine and be greeted by central air conditioning, WiFi, and wood-paneled walls that offer coziness and character. Leave your beach bag by the door as you take a nap on one of the sofas, make a bit of progress on a puzzle, or watch a DVD or cable show on the flatscreen TV.

The cottage is down a long driveway and is set back from the road, making the home and property quiet and peaceful. The cottage sleeps 6-8 people: bedroom 1 downstairs has a queen, bedroom 2 downstairs has two twins, bedroom 3 upstairs has a queen, and the living room upstairs has a sleeper sofa. There are new Midea AC units to keep the house cool even on those dog days of summer that are stored during the other seasons. All linens are provided for a seamless stay!

There is a large, southern-facing, fenced-in backyard with a deck, an outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs, new Weber grill, and an outdoor shower so you can fully embrace the outdoor serenity while you are here. Across the street is the Sandy Meadow Open Space, a town conservation property with a gentle mile-long looping trail.

Less than a mile from the house is Sunken Meadow Beach - grab the provided beach chairs and head down for a quiet day on a bayside beach! The house is also near the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 25+ mile paved trail up and down Cape Cod perfect for biking. Or hop in the car for a less than ten minute drive to Marconi Beach, Nauset Beach, and Coast Guard Beach if the ocean-side is more your vibe. Each bedroom has a new window AC unit that is installed May - September. There is also one in the upstairs seating area. With these and the fan in the kitchen, the house stays very cool and comfortable during the summer! There is an effective heating system to keep warm during the cooler months.

Linens are provided for you during the summer season - sheets, blankets, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels are all included for your stay. Linens are not provided for stays October - April, however, I would be happy to recommend a rental service!

Located on a private cul-de-sac, just 7/10 of a mile from sandy, family-friendly Cooks Brook Beach on the Bay Side and approx. 1.7 miles from Nauset Beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore. Also located less than one mile from the Bike Trail. This is a unique find due to this spectacular location! This is a non-smoking, pet free home.

Reserve time at your home away from home where you can relax off the beaten path, but close to everything you'll need. Our professional cleaners pay close attention to all details as they disinfect and clean the cottage before and after your stay.

Two adult mountain bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, books, games and movies are available for your use. The cottage has a great heater, so Spring and Fall are very comfortable and the cottage is maintained as if it were a full-time private home.

This well equipped cottage is the perfect escape; you could spend the entire time reading in the screened-in porch, relaxing in a hammock, or outdoors playing games like bacci ball or corn toss. But if you'd like to venture out, talk a walk down the street to the bay beach for a swim or a beautiful sunset. At night, grill up some seafood, or bring in dinner from a local restaurant within minutes of the cottage, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, and gaze at the stars.

This cottage is a true find due to its' quiet location and private setting so close to everything one would look for or need in a vacation rental on the Cape.

We do not provide linen and towels for our guests due to quick turn-arounds and cleanliness factors.
We do provide plenty of pillows and blankets for your use.

We do not provide propane for the gas grill.
You are welcome to use whatever propane is in the tank but if it runs out or is empty upon arrival, you are welcome to exchange the tank at a nearby location like Cumberland Farms or the Shell Gas Station.

Firewood is available in bundles at nearby stores like Cumberland Farms and the General Store (next to Ben & Jerry's and Dunkin Donuts) just across Route 6.

What we love most about this place is its location and its charm. Eastham still has the feel of old Cape Cod…far enough out to have less of the hustle and bustle and more of the charming towns and nature. With access to both bay side beaches and National Seashore beaches without getting in the car, your relaxation choices are endless. When back at your home base, you will have both the privacy and convenience to keep the relaxed vibe going. Perfect for a couples get away or a family of 3 or 4!

The space
The main house offers beautiful decor throughout with a charming nook section featuring a cozy queen size bed with a memory foam mattress that is perfect for relaxing after your many adventures. The full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer are opposite the bedroom and complete this romantic main house layout.

The bunk house features a twin bunkbed and sitting area and is well appointed with games and books and an air mattress for additional sleeping options. Perfect for letting the kids have some fun without keeping everyone
else up all night!

The wooded yard provides plenty of privacy and the peaceful quiet you need for relaxing and making memories by the fire or on the deck complete with canopy and mosquito netting. Don’t forget to make use of the outdoor shower to rinse off. It wouldn’t be the Cape without an outdoor shower to enjoy!

Come slow down, watch the sun set, bring your bike and your walking shoes, and enjoy your stay!

Guest access
The whole place is yours. One of the features that makes this pace so unique is access to the detached bunk house. The kids will love their own independent Bunkhouse and you will love letting the kids have some fun without keeping everyone else up all night! There is an intercom system for ease of communication between buildings. Please realize that the bunk house is detached and you should be comfortable with your kids sleeping in a separate building.

Other things to note
This is a seasonal cottage and is not heated. Should you be staying in the spring/fall, there are space heaters available and they do a fine job keeping things comfortable

Relax and enjoy the simple life in this small, bright, clean cottage. Bike to the beach that is about a mile away and spend the day, come back and enjoy an outdoor shower, bbq, then unwind outside by the solo stove or on the back porch swing.

The space
Walk in the front door to this small but mighty space. One large room with a queen bed, dining table with 2 chairs. 2 swivel sitting chairs, kitchen and bathroom. The vaulted ceilings and natural light make this space feel bigger. A porch is off the back of the cottage with a large porch swing-bed and two lounge chairs are on a crushed stone patio by a relaxing water feature are in the back of the cottage as well. Along the side we have a bbq grill and picnic table walk to the front and enjoy an evening fire in the solo stove in one of our Adirondack chairs.

We have 2 beach cruisers and 2 kayaks that are locked in our shed that you are welcome to use. Please lock up the bikes when you use them with the lock provided. Dogs must be pre approved. Only 1 dog is allowed and must be leashed when outside. Also you cannot leave your dog alone if they bark and disturb the neighbors as we are a close community. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
