The forward stateroom has a double bed as well as the aft cabin. The galley is well equipped with fridge, keurig and microwave. The dinette seats up to 4 guests. Head (bathroom) includes shower, toilet and sink. The cockpit is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a peaceful waterfront evening or morning sunrise. Marina offers bathrooms and showers if you do not want to shower on the boat.

Welcome to our newly renovated RV, permanently situated on a working sheep farm just outside the village of Catskill and 15 minutes from the Amtrak station in Hudson.

Inside you will find a light-filled and airy, tastefully decorated and well-stocked space that defies expectations. This place feels BIG for an RV! Everything is brand new, from the furnishings to the decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, full size fridge, and well-stocked with basic cooking supplies. Bedroom is queen-sized with luxury sheets and down pillows. The living room sofa also pulls out to a queen-size bed, allowing for up to 4 guests total.

The outside offers an amazing combination of privacy and convenience. You have two recreation areas exclusively for you: a wooden deck with seating area, plus a creekside picnic table and firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.

While we live on the property in the main house, the RV and house are nicely separated by barns, giving you total privacy. You also have a personal parking area for up to 2 cars.

So many natural riches right outside your doorstep. Take a hike to the on-property cave (yes, we have a cave!), have a look at the sheep grazing in their paddock, or read a book by the tranquil creek. Everything is set up for s'mores by the campfire.

On rainy days, cozy up by the electric fireplace with some games or classic DVDs on the built in entertainment system, or access the internet via high-speed wifi.

The sheer variety on the property is remarkable; you have water, woods and rolling pasture all in one spot. Plus we are only 20-30 minutes from Catskill mountain hikes. In the winter this means skiing at Wyndham or Hunter.

Guest access
The entire RV is private to you. While you are welcome to explore the farm grounds and watch the sheep from outside their paddock, we ask that you do not enter any of the barns, paddocks, or main house for safety and security reasons. This is a working farm and for that reason we need to protect the safety of our animals and staff. Please do not pet or feed the sheep or enter their paddock for any reason.

In the warmer months, hikers and nature lovers will enjoy exploring the nearby Hudson's, Catskill Park, and Kaaterskill Falls, all of which are within a 30-minute drive. Rail Explorers is about 40 minutes away.

During the autumn season, the breathtaking foliage in Catskills makes it a perfect destination for all to enjoy. You can take in the stunning views on our private 96 acres of land, or explore the nearby parks and mountains that offer equally stunning views.

Our property is situated in nature and is a haven for animal lovers, with resident water fowls like ducks and geese happily enjoying our serene pond. You might also cross paths with our friendly pet dogs and cats who occasionally roam the outdoor area. Thus, since the property is surrounded by nature, sometimes animals or other critters/insects are unavoidable. If you're comfortable with these animal and critters and appreciate the charm they bring to our space, we'd love to host you. This Park Model RV Rental units sits on a spacious site and has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed. In the living room, you'll relax on your reclining loveseat. A blow up full size mattress is also provided. It comes with linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, microwave and cable TV.

You can sit on your deck and enjoy your morning coffee, or have dinner cooked on your gas BBQ grill provided.

The winter months offer a different kind of beauty, and our lodge is the perfect place to stay for skiers and snowboarders. Located just 30 minutes from Hunter and Windham Mountains, you'll be able to hit the slopes and enjoy all that the winter season has to offer.

In the warmer months, hikers and nature lovers will enjoy exploring the nearby Hudson's, Catskill Park, and Kaaterskill Falls, all of which are within a 30-minute drive. Rail Explorers is about 40 minutes away.

During the autumn season, the breathtaking foliage in Catskills makes it a perfect destination for all to enjoy. You can take in the stunning views on our private 96 acres of land, or explore the nearby parks and mountains that offer equally stunning views.

- Bed 3: Double sized bunk bed
- Bed 4: Dinette Converts into bed if needed

There is a kitchenette with stove top, microwave, and small oven. Please keeping your meal preparation to light cooking as this kitchenette isn’t comparable to that of a house. :) Basic cooking/dining ware included.

Our Camper can technically fit up to 8 people, but we think it may be the most comfortable for up to 6, and thus set the limit as such. If you have larger groups of people coming, we encourage you to take a look at our other 3 listings as we have 4 RVs onsite.

Located In upstate New York is this hidden gem. This camper was old school, now turned new. With a full renovation to give it a Scandinavian look in the front, and a cozy cabin feel in the bedroom. This will give you a unique experience different from the normal camper your used to!

We are now offering kindling firewood with fire starter and matches. Feel free to reserve your own firewood.

The space
Set in Catskill, NY, just 2 hours from NYC, Nearby you'll find plenty of natural wonders, including North–South Lake's numerous hiking trails, spectacular overlooks, and historic sights; and the 260-foot Kaaterskill Falls, the highest cascading waterfall in the state.

Our camper, offers a full bed with fresh linens; a well-equipped kitchenette with stove, mini-fridge and cooking utensils; a private bathroom with hot shower and fresh towels, a private outdoor space complete with fireplace, Adirondack chairs and picnic table, plus nearby trails so nature is always in reach.

Upon booking we will send you a map with GPS locations of all local spots and attractions!

Private road and parking area. Also there is a small fireplace. *Note it is a small parking and outdoor area.

Other things to note
*Please read before before booking!!!*

-The CANCELATION policy is STRICT. If you wish to cancel, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking. Then I will issue a full refund. If you cancel after 24 hours you will only receive your cleaning and pet fee back.

-The camper is small it may not be best for thick and curvy people.

-The average height clearance inside the camper is 6' 2".

-The bed is a full size it might be small for some couples.

-A/C is available May1st-October1st. The A/C is placed in the dining area, it may be a little tight.

-Hot water gets very hot to the touch, please use carefully.

-The shower stall is a camper size so it's small.

-There is a house nearby, on the property. Its uphill from the camper and covered in fencing vegetation so still private.

-In the summertime there is bugs! We do spray non toxic deterrents but sometime they don't work well.

The space
During their stay, guests will stay in a brand new 2020 Airstream, anchored to Treetopia Deck (a 300 square foot covered deck complete with outdoor kitchen and seating area). Experience "camping" like you've never before!
