Summary:
Picturesque camp in the middle of a forest. Enjoy the isolation and quiet at your tent, or experience all that the Berkshires and Taconics have to offer. Because you cannot drive to the tent, many "extras" are included with no extra charge: linens, cooking tools, plates and utensils, bug spray, cleaning supplies, and more. (Please don't buy a styrofoam cooler...you can borrow ours!) We live on the property, so please text with any questions and we'll be happy to help you. Dogs are welcome, and lead is provided.
Campers should catch a concert at Tanglewood, less than 20 minutes away in Lenox, MA. A quick 6-minute drive will get you to Queechy Lake, a great destination for fishing or boating! The lake contains rainbow trout, brown trout, bluegill, small and largemouth bass, and many other species. Harvey Mountain State Forest and Beebe Hill State Forest are both within 15 minutes of the campsite. The Space:
Hidden forest campsite, perfect gateway to the Berkshires and Taconics!
Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with farmers, ranchers, and other property owners to offer unique outdoor accommodations on beautiful private land. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.
Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided (you’re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.
If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!
Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. Line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag supplied at the camp (or another appropriate plastic bag) prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. We got this idea from bathrooms used on NASA spaceships, and we've used the Tentrr Loo countless times ourselves- don't worry!
Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.
Tentrr Extras:
These are other amenities, services, or activities that may be provided by your CampKeeper for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to add these to your booking so that we can process payment. Availability of any Extras are not guaranteed and must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
Locally Sourced Hot Breakfast Ingredients - $10
2 eggs from our neighbor's chickens, my own freshly baked bread, butter, local milk for coffee, and a thermos of coffee.
Other Things to Note:
Woodland creatures are best left alone, and, most likely, if you're pretty quiet, you'll see quite a few of them. It's usually 10-15 degrees cooler in the woods, so bring along some warmer clothing. Please, take only pictures, leave only footprints! NEW FEATURE!!! Outdoor shower with warm water! We've worked hard to build this, and we hope you enjoy it!

Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your reservation confirmation on Airbnb. Your CampKeeper is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable). Enjoy a peaceful getaway in this cozy camper for two. Camp set on a beautiful piece of property privately owned. At just 6x12, the camper is designed for maximum comfort. TV/Roku, fire ring, covered picnic area and a pool. All included are bed linens, pots,pans, cooking and eating utensils, cups, plates, one burner stove, Kurig, grill, outdoor led lighting, Coleman lantern. Two camp chairs. Camper is fully electric. Phone charging stations. Private porta potty tent outside. No shower.
The space
The camper is set far back on the edge of our 2+ acre property on a nice flat grassy lawn and nestled up next to the trees for shade and privacy. The property also has a built in pool available for day or night swim.
Guest access
Guests may use the pool area and the space surrounding the camper for outdoor grilling, and outdoor games or activities.

RV guests have access to the RV and the private patio, grill (with side burner) and hot tub. No one else has access to this section of the property during your stay. This is one of the many reasons that the RV is soooooooo cozy!!!
Other things to note
The hot tub is available year round, so if the RV is listed as being available, so is the hot tub. Please note the hot tub cover does NOT have a lock on it.
This is an RV trailer and space is tight. While the RV has a fridge and freezer, it is not a "full-size", more of a mid-size. The RV does have a television.
We do not have laundry facilities on site, but Universal Laundromat in Ravena, is a 2 minute drive.
RV guests may park in the dedicated driveway by the trailer. It is large enough to accommodate two vehicles or a vehicle with a boat trailer.
If you'd like your pooch to have a mani/pedi while they're visiting, let me know in advance and we can schedule some spa time for your dog! Please note the RV does not have a fenced yard for your dog.
