Houseboat located in the beautiful Kittery/ Portsmouth Harbor

The "Reef" is a newly built 50' houseboat docked at Badgers Island Marina located in Kittery, ME on the Piscataqua River.

The houseboat features a queen bed in both bedrooms . The Master bath has a head and sink while the Main bath has a shower, head and sink. The Galley features a refrigerator, sink and stovetop as well as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and a full set of dishware/utensils.

Also in the Galley is a dinette with seating for 4 as well as the bartop that has seating for 2.

In the salon , 32" flat screen TV and Bluetooth speaker.

On top of the houseboat is a beautiful outside deck where you can enjoy your view of the river while dining at the patio table that offers seating for 4.

On site at the marina is a washroom facility with 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom and coin operated washer and dryer units.

On the marina’s pier there is a full sized grill, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, etc…

Ice is available for purchase and there is free parking.

All linens and towels are provided for a $40.00 fee.

No pets are allowed - no exceptions.

No smoking is allowed at any time on the boat, including the outside decks.

Please note that the boat does not leave the dock.

This quaint houseboat is located at a small privately owned Marina on Sagamore Creek just 2 miles from downtown Portsmouth. From the Marina you can rent kayaks and paddleboards or bring a small skiff that you can tie up next to the houseboat. Explore the creek and back channels of the seacoast area where you'll find bald eagles, hawks and other wildlife. Great bird watching right from the back deck.

Two single beds in a loft that overlook the open concept living area. The kitchen has 2 burners and a counter top oven (InstaPot), apartment size fridge and microwave. You will occasionally feel movement as it is a boat. And it does not leave the dock.

Next door to the Marina is a restaurant and bar featuring your favorite seafood. Within walking or biking distance is another restaurant featuring homemade ice cream. Keep going and you'll get to the beautiful Wentworth by Sea Hotel just a mile from the Marina. There you'll find various dining choices, or spoil yourself with a spa treatment.
A quick 2 mile drive (or bike ride) will take you into historic downtown Portsmouth where you'll find shops, restaurants, music and theater.

- "We were visiting Portsmouth for a family wedding abd stumbled across this listing. Since we like boats, we thought we'd give it a try. Like any boat, this was small and compact, but we loved sitting on the deck and looking over the water with our morning coffee. Both bedrooms were comfortable, but the upper berths, reachable by a ladder, would be challenging for the infirm. The small kitchen was more than enough for breakfast and coffee. We really liked our stay. "

This Vintage Camper is a newly renovated relic in downtown Dover. You can walk to Henry Law Park in 6min or any downtown restaurants & shops under 10min. There's updated plumbing, electric and fresh paint. It has a dining nook, full-size bed, toilet, and mini kitchen. There's an outdoor grill, fire pit, and outdoor hot water shower– unlike boondocking, this vintage camper rests in a private, fenced-in glampyard oasis with water, electric and convenient parking.

The space
The full-size bed easily converts to a couch while the dining nook easily converts to a twin bed. So if you are 2 travelers who are single or 2 friends, it may be tight but you have 2 sleeping options! The kitchenette has a sink, toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and the essentials for a home-base retreat. The bathroom has a toilet and door for privacy. The outside grill is great for a burger or whipping up breakfast over a cast iron pan.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire side yard– fire pit area, camper, outdoor seating, grill, outdoor shower, games. We often use the firepit too.

Other things to note
This camper experience and glampyard is on the same property as our home. We have 2 teacup chihuahuas we keep to the house and our fenced-in front yard. They are nice and like to interact with people walking by or walking up.
