A wall of glass sliders wraps around the living room revealing a spectacular view of Lake Sunapee. The living room itself is updated, comfy, and a little bit funky. There are pops of gold and brass, not to mention a hand-painted mural by a local artist—surely the first of many selfie opportunities in town.

Here you'll also find the dining table. Pop open the sliders nearby for an "al fresco" feel... without any of the bugs. Beside that: the kitchen, with full-size appliances and a custom pine coffee bar with extra seating.

On the main floor you'll find the "Autumn" bedroom. It's the largest, but all three bedrooms are equivalent: with queen Helix Midnight hybrid beds (medium-firm), spa-grade linens, hypoallergenic bedding, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet storage. This floor also has a full bathroom with a rain shower head and river rock tiles, plus guest cleaning supplies and a stacked washer/dryer.

The apartment is one of three in this beautiful antique three-family home and is located on a quiet dead-end street within walking distance (.2 miles) of Sunapee Harbor and less than a mile from the town beach and five miles from Mount Sunapee.

The apartment is the entire upstairs of the home. It has a large kitchen with a dishwasher (which is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you'd need), a large living room, a smaller tv room, 2 bedrooms, a loft space with a futon, a full bathroom and a half bathroom.

It also features a large private deck with a BBQ so you can enjoy outdoor time. The home is located close enough to Sunapee Harbor that you can hear the Wednesday night band playing from the deck.

Our modern and charming home offers 2 acres of private space and the enormous backyard extends to a forest preserve (Don't miss fall foliage) overlooking Mount Sunapee.

Inside we have plenty of space and hand selected furnishings to accommodate families/ groups of up to 14. he space After renting vacation homes across New England for over 10 years, we decided to create what we thought would be the perfect four season getaway for our family as well as guests who want to rent it. We spent time curating the most important offerings like brand new memory foam mattresses, down comforters with duvet covers and high quality sheets and towels, comfortable lounging furniture, central AC, as well as modern entertainment options and a fully stocked kitchen for up to 14 people.

Feel free to utilize the two car garage and large driveway to park plenty of guest vehicles. Guest access the entire house and property is yours. All of the amenities you find are for you to use. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with coffee and tea, oil, spices, condiments, pots and pans, instapot, crock pot, food processor, waffle maker, toaster oven, traditional, French press and Keurig coffee makers, juicer, mixing bowls, baking sheets and much much more. For families with children, we have all sorts of amenities including a crib, stroller, pack and play, crib sheets, jumperoo exersaucer, bottle warmer, baby bath tub, bouncer seat and lots of toys and books.

Interaction with guests: We provide keyless entry into our vacation home with a smart keypad lock so you do not need to make any special arrangements to pick up keys. Enjoy beautiful foliage in the fall season, and in winter, you can ski, skate, or snowmobile. We are minutes from Mount Sunapee Resort and a well maintained snowmobile trail abuts our property.

This house has 2 identical bedrooms with queen beds and walk-in closets, one on each floor. There is also an open area sleeping loft with 1 Queen bed and 2 twin-sized beds (bunk beds) with access to the second-floor bath. The master bedroom is on the second floor with private access to the second-floor bathroom and shower. The first-floor bedroom is adjacent to the main floor full bath with laundry. Our kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and features a breakfast bar. A 50-inch screen TV is centrally located in the great room with cable, a DVD player and a Playstation 3. In season there is also a bonus game room across the street equipped for video games and Foosball.

We were so impressed by the high quality of this host. The house has every single thing you could possibly want or need. The place is so beautiful--inside and out. Every single room has views of the lake, right up close so even if you're not doing anything but gazing out the window you're mesmerized by the activity of nature and how it plays out on the lake. Inside the photos don't even quite do it justice. Everything is pretty much perfect. In perfect condition. You sink into the furniture in the livingroom as if it were designed just for you and yours--for conversations, watching movies, playing games It feels homey and comfortable but also is great quality and in pristine shape. The diningroom table is spacious and a spectacular spot for gathering for meals. Little aesthetic touches are tastefully placed around the house--nothing--not one thing--is tacky, corny, or hokey, as in many rental places though there are light-hearted touches referencing the area. The kitchen has everything needed, is fun to cook in, has wonderful extras like spices and extra paper towels. Even the trash can is thoughtfully placed, new, and lined--with lots of extra trash bags. The bathrooms are great--upstairs in a Jack and Jill adjoining the loft and the amply sized upstairs bedroom (which looks over the lake from an entire wall of windows). Comfortable beds upstairs and downstairs. The washer/dryer is helpful and simple to use. The deck is glorious. The dock is beautiful and steps away. The check in and out was seamless, with a modern but intuitive to use electronic lock system--motion-sensitive light above the front porch, which made it a no-brainer to make your way inside after being out in the dark night. The place is so convenient to anything at all you need. At the same time it is totally remote and quiet except for nature. There are some neighbors on the same road and they seemed quiet and respectful. The guest book and introductory emails did not leave out any details. We immediately settled in upon setting foot inside the house and in fact extended our stay--such a superb experience and place to be (while our house in New London was undergoing construction). Unreservedly recommended. Hope to stay again!"

Newly renovated spacious townhouse with a stunning view of Lake Sunapee nestled in the hills of Granliden. In summer, take a small walk down to the beach to use Granliden's complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, canoe or even their adorable little sailboat. In winter, take a quick 10 minute ride to Mt. Sunapee or 45 minutes to Okemo for a great ski vacation. The mountain is now owned by Vail so the Epic Pass makes it easy to hop mountains even with Stowe which is an hour and forty away.

The entire townhouse has just been completely renovated. We added a brand new bathroom and entertainment area in the basement. Five flat panel TVs were added to make comfy movie night in almost every room.

The townhouse has three floors:

1st Floor - Front bedroom with a trundle bed (sleeps two), full bath, brand new kitchen, wood burning fireplace, dining and living room areas, 60" flat panel TV. Extra large glass slider opening up to a deck for grilling and entertainment.

2nd Floor - Master bedroom with a king bed (w/balcony and water view), middle bedroom with two twin beds and a loft with a queen bed. Front bedroom has two double beds and two cots if needed (w/balcony). Fully renovated bathroom.

Basement - Pool Table, foosball table, dart board, couch/entertainment area with flat panel tv, board games and table/chairs. Half bath and laundry facilities are also newly added.

In addition to the lakeside facilities, Granliden is also home to one of the oldest golf courses in the State of New Hampshire. People first took up golf clubs at Granliden and played a few informal holes around the original summer boarding house. In the early part of the 20th century Alex Findley was hired to design a 9 hole layout for the new Granliden Hotel. In the nineteen-twenties, the course was redesigned by renouned golf course architect Walter Travis.
Currently the community boasts two true clay courts, and two Nova Pro-Clay courts that have the feel and play of clay courts but are less effected by the weather and are playable almost immediately after a rain. The Nova Pro-Clay courts are also illuminated for play after dark!

The swimming pool is located adjacent to the Nova Pro-Clay tennis courts. The pool measures 30 feet wide by 60 feet long, is heated, and open during the summer season. Across the street from the pool is a playground area that has a variety of swings and climbing structures and monkey bars suitable for children, a picnic table and a bocce court.

This 9 bedroom, 6 bathroom former bed & breakfast is full of New England charm. The first floor offers an open kitchen, dining and gathering area with ample seating, wall mounted 65" Smart TV, gas stove and fully stocked kitchen. Our dining room table seats 8 with plenty of space at the huge granite island for 4 more.

Large sliding doors face the lake and boasts 12' ceilings throughout. First floor bedroom with full size Pottery Barn bunk beds and 7 drawer dresser, 32" Smart TV sleeps four. A full tile bath is just off the bedroom. First floor laundry off the front door mud room. Easy access to the garage for storing skis and equipment just off the kitchen.

The extra wide staircase is an original feature to the barn and leads to a second living room with couch, cozy seating, reading nook and two large Yogibo beanbag chairs which kids love. A 70" Smart TV is mounted on the wall, with breathtaking vaulted ceilings, skylights, shiplap and cupola. A full tiled bathroom with marble vanity, tub and shower serves two of the three upstairs bedrooms.

The primary features a king bed, wall mounted 50" Smart TV, walk-in closet, sliders to a private deck with lake views and beautiful ensuite with pocket doors. The bathroom is outfitted with a deep soaking tub, marble double vanity and tile shower with built in bench.

The two guest bedrooms upstairs are identical in size. One has two twin beds, the other with a queen bed. Each has its own set of nightstands and dressers with ample closet space and 32" Smart TV.

*No Direct Lake Access from the property - As residents, we are provided with passes to Dewey Beach (3 min drive) which is a private beach for Sunapee residents/guests. They have free kayak and paddle board rentals, a diving pad, basketball court and food stand.
**Parking - While our driveway can accommodate more, there is a 4-car maximum for a 4-bed STR. Parking is not permitted on Fernwood Point Rd or West Shore Rd. Neighbors will take note of cars parked along the roads or any more than 4 cars in the driveway.

- "What a great experience! This unit was exactly as pictured. So clean and all the extras were covered from the kitchen utensils, pots and pans and all bathroom amenities. It is conveniently located to Mt Sunapee Ski Resort - 12 minutes away. Check in was extremely easy and all communications were easy and detailed. There is a great family game room and pantry stocked with anything you might need or want for snacks. There are a few restaurants in the area. We ate at Wildwood Smokehouse- not to be missed. An eclectic little bar/restaurant with an amazing smoked meats menu and incredibly friendly staff. I would definitely return to this rental. Looks like it would be equally as fun in the summer!"

The location of the house is excellent. Across the street is the River Walk trail that has interesting rocks, waterfalls, and a covered bridge that lead you to the harbor, restaurants, shops, and ice cream in the summer time. In the winter time, it is your "private" sledding hill. The harbor is where you can launch a boat or take the lake cruise. You can also walk to the town outdoor basketball court, baseball/soccer field, and an outdoor ice skating rink in winter time.

You will be offered beach guest parking pass so you can enjoy either the local Dewey beach or Georges Mills beach. The Dewey beach is a really nice local beach with warm clear calm water in the summer time. It features life guard, snack bar, kayak and paddle board rental, picnic tables, and a playground. There are also plenty of other area beaches. Sunapee State park beach is a few minutes drive away.

A short-drive (7-minute) to the Sunapee ski resort that also has summer adventure camp with zip lines and all sorts of fun activities.

Lots of area trails, water holes, farms to explore. And also check out John Hay Estate at the Fells.

For rainy days, check out Montshire Museum of Science or Pirate Mini Golf/Escape Room in Claremont with plenty of local charm.

This house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, offering a lot of space to spread out and flexible sleeping arrangements!

There are two bedrooms upstairs, one w king bed, one w a queen bed. The queen bedroom has an extra foldable twin bed. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one w queen bed, and the other w two twin beds. The king bedroom upstairs and the queen bedroom downstairs both have adjustable height desks for your work life balance.

There is a living upstairs and a living room downstairs. For both living rooms, the sofa can be pulled out, and w smart TV setup. You can watch two different movies at the same time!
