Welcome to 'Sunapee Seasons'—overlooking Dewey Beach on Lake Sunapee and 8 minutes from Mount Sunapee, with each theme bedroom celebrating one iconic season in this ever-changing region. A wall of glass sliders wraps around the living room revealing a spectacular view of Lake Sunapee. The living room itself is updated, comfy, and a little bit funky. There are pops of gold and brass, not to mention a hand-painted mural by a local artist—surely the first of many selfie opportunities in town.

Here you'll also find the dining table. Pop open the sliders nearby for an "al fresco" feel... without any of the bugs. Beside that: the kitchen, with full-size appliances and a custom pine coffee bar with extra seating.

On the main floor you'll find the "Autumn" bedroom. It's the largest, but all three bedrooms are equivalent: with queen Helix Midnight hybrid beds (medium-firm), spa-grade linens, hypoallergenic bedding, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet storage. The apartment is one of three in this beautiful antique three-family home and is located on a quiet dead-end street within walking distance (.2 miles) of Sunapee Harbor and less than a mile from the town beach and five miles from Mount Sunapee.

The apartment is the entire upstairs of the home. It has a large kitchen with a dishwasher (which is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you'd need), a large living room, a smaller tv room, 2 bedrooms, a loft space with a futon, a full bathroom and a half bathroom.

It also features a large private deck with a BBQ so you can enjoy outdoor time. The home is located close enough to Sunapee Harbor that you can hear the Wednesday night band playing from the deck.

Our modern and charming home offers 2 acres of private space and the enormous backyard extends to a forest preserve (Don't miss fall foliage) overlooking Mount Sunapee.

Inside we have plenty of space and hand selected furnishings to accommodate families/ groups of up to 14. he space After renting vacation homes across New England for over 10 years, we decided to create what we thought would be the perfect four season getaway for our family as well as guests who want to rent it. We spent time curating the most important offerings like brand new memory foam mattresses, down comforters with duvet covers and high quality sheets and towels, comfortable lounging furniture, central AC, as well as modern entertainment options and a fully stocked kitchen for up to 14 people.

Feel free to utilize the two car garage and large driveway to park plenty of guest vehicles. Guest access the entire house and property is yours. All of the amenities you find are for you to use. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with coffee and tea, oil, spices, condiments, pots and pans, instapot, crock pot, food processor, waffle maker, toaster oven, traditional, French press and Keurig coffee makers, juicer, mixing bowls, baking sheets and much much more. All bathrooms are housed with hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as a stock of premium toilet paper. Indoors we have a shuffleboard and foosball, 4 Smart TVs, X-Men and NFL Blitz arcade games, Xbox and video Games, and a variety of books and board games for all ages. For families with children, we have all sorts of amenities including a crib, stroller, pack and play, crib sheets, jumperoo exersaucer, bottle warmer, baby bath tub, bouncer seat and lots of toys and books.

Interaction with guests: We provide keyless entry into our vacation home with a smart keypad lock so you do not need to make any special arrangements to pick up keys. Enjoy beautiful foliage in the fall season, and in winter, you can ski, skate, or snowmobile. We are minutes from Mount Sunapee Resort and a well maintained snowmobile trail abuts our property.

This house has 2 identical bedrooms with queen beds and walk-in closets, one on each floor. There is also an open area sleeping loft with 1 Queen bed and 2 twin-sized beds (bunk beds) with access to the second-floor bath. The master bedroom is on the second floor with private access to the second-floor bathroom and shower. The first-floor bedroom is adjacent to the main floor full bath with laundry. Our kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and features a breakfast bar. A 50-inch screen TV is centrally located in the great room with cable, a DVD player and a Playstation 3. In season there is also a bonus game room across the street equipped for video games and Foosball.

Anything and everything we needed was already explained and provided for ahead of time, but when a minor question arose he was right on top of it. We were so impressed by the high quality of this host. The house has every single thing you could possibly want or need. The place is so beautiful--inside and out. Every single room has views of the lake, right up close so even if you're not doing anything but gazing out the window you're mesmerized by the activity of nature and how it plays out on the lake. Inside the photos don't even quite do it justice. Everything is pretty much perfect. In perfect condition. You sink into the furniture in the livingroom as if it were designed just for you and yours--for conversations, watching movies, playing games It feels homey and comfortable but also is great quality and in pristine shape. The diningroom table is spacious and a spectacular spot for gathering for meals. Little aesthetic touches are tastefully placed around the house--nothing--not one thing--is tacky, corny, or hokey, as in many rental places though there are light-hearted touches referencing the area. The kitchen has everything needed, is fun to cook in, has wonderful extras like spices and extra paper towels. Even the trash can is thoughtfully placed, new, and lined--with lots of extra trash bags. The bathrooms are great--upstairs in a Jack and Jill adjoining the loft and the amply sized upstairs bedroom (which looks over the lake from an entire wall of windows). Comfortable beds upstairs and downstairs. The washer/dryer is helpful and simple to use. The deck is glorious. The dock is beautiful and steps away. The check in and out was seamless, with a modern but intuitive to use electronic lock system--motion-sensitive light above the front porch, which made it a no-brainer to make your way inside after being out in the dark night. The place is so convenient to anything at all you need. At the same time it is totally remote and quiet except for nature. There are some neighbors on the same road and they seemed quiet and respectful. The guest book and introductory emails did not leave out any details. We immediately settled in upon setting foot inside the house and in fact extended our stay--such a superb experience and place to be (while our house in New London was undergoing construction). Unreservedly recommended. Hope to stay again!"

Newly renovated spacious townhouse with a stunning view of Lake Sunapee nestled in the hills of Granliden. In summer, take a small walk down to the beach to use Granliden's complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, canoe or even their adorable little sailboat. In winter, take a quick 10 minute ride to Mt. Sunapee or 45 minutes to Okemo for a great ski vacation. The mountain is now owned by Vail so the Epic Pass makes it easy to hop mountains even with Stowe which is an hour and forty away.

The entire townhouse has just been completely renovated. We added a brand new bathroom and entertainment area in the basement. Five flat panel TVs were added to make comfy movie night in almost every room.

The townhouse has three floors:

1st Floor - Front bedroom with a trundle bed (sleeps two), full bath, brand new kitchen, wood burning fireplace, dining and living room areas, 60" flat panel TV. Extra large glass slider opening up to a deck for grilling and entertainment.

2nd Floor - Master bedroom with a king bed (w/balcony and water view), middle bedroom with two twin beds and a loft with a queen bed. Front bedroom has two double beds and two cots if needed (w/balcony). Fully renovated bathroom.

Basement - Pool Table, foosball table, dart board, couch/entertainment area with flat panel tv, board games and table/chairs. Half bath and laundry facilities are also newly added.

In addition to the lakeside facilities, Granliden is also home to one of the oldest golf courses in the State of New Hampshire. People first took up golf clubs at Granliden and played a few informal holes around the original summer boarding house. In the early part of the 20th century Alex Findley was hired to design a 9 hole layout for the new Granliden Hotel. In the nineteen-twenties, the course was redesigned by renouned golf course architect Walter Travis.
Currently the community boasts two true clay courts, and two Nova Pro-Clay courts that have the feel and play of clay courts but are less effected by the weather and are playable almost immediately after a rain. The Nova Pro-Clay courts are also illuminated for play after dark!

The swimming pool is located adjacent to the Nova Pro-Clay tennis courts. The pool measures 30 feet wide by 60 feet long, is heated, and open during the summer season. Across the street from the pool is a playground area that has a variety of swings and climbing structures and monkey bars suitable for children, a picnic table and a bocce court.

This 9 bedroom, 6 bathroom former bed & breakfast is full of New England charm. The extra wide staircase is an original feature to the barn and leads to a second living room with couch, cozy seating, reading nook and two large Yogibo beanbag chairs which kids love. A 70" Smart TV is mounted on the wall, with breathtaking vaulted ceilings, skylights, shiplap and cupola. A full tiled bathroom with marble vanity, tub and shower serves two of the three upstairs bedrooms.

The primary features a king bed, wall mounted 50" Smart TV, walk-in closet, sliders to a private deck with lake views and beautiful ensuite with pocket doors. The bathroom is outfitted with a deep soaking tub, marble double vanity and tile shower with built in bench.

It is conveniently located to Mt Sunapee Ski Resort - 12 minutes away. Check in was extremely easy and all communications were easy and detailed. There is a great family game room and pantry stocked with anything you might need or want for snacks. There are a few restaurants in the area. We ate at Wildwood Smokehouse- not to be missed. The location of the house is excellent. Across the street is the River Walk trail that has interesting rocks, waterfalls, and a covered bridge that lead you to the harbor, restaurants, shops, and ice cream in the summer time. In the winter time, it is your "private" sledding hill. The harbor is where you can launch a boat or take the lake cruise. You can also walk to the town outdoor basketball court, baseball/soccer field, and an outdoor ice skating rink in winter time.

You will be offered beach guest parking pass so you can enjoy either the local Dewey beach or Georges Mills beach. The Dewey beach is a really nice local beach with warm clear calm water in the summer time. It features life guard, snack bar, kayak and paddle board rental, picnic tables, and a playground. There are also plenty of other area beaches. Sunapee State park beach is a few minutes drive away.

A short-drive (7-minute) to the Sunapee ski resort that also has summer adventure camp with zip lines and all sorts of fun activities.

- "The scenic location and cleanliness of this home was fantastic. As is the case with most things, we did have a few hiccups settling in. When we first arrived, there was an issue with the basement toilet and one of the queen beds did not have sheets on it. The cleaning crew was there within the hour to remedy the situation (and came the next day with a basket of treats). We thought there was an issue with the plumbing (there really wasn't -- my son had the shower on the wrong setting) and a plumber was sent out within the hour. The next day, the power when out in one of the bathrooms which tripped the other s and again, an electrician was sent out immediately. The coffee maker gave our coffee an unusual taste and Corey the property manager delivered a brand new one. We can't say enough about how responsive and apologetic everyone was. I definitely recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting Sunapee. We really appreciated your efforts!!"

During your time at Topside, we provide an activities guide for some ideas of "what to do" in the region. In the summer, enjoy a 2 minute stroll to the harbor and taste from the award-winning seasonal restaurants, while sitting on the town patio watching boats come and go. Walk or drive the 1 mile to private Dewey Beach for swimming and all forms of small boating. Or, bring your own boat to launch right in the harbor and park your trailer in our convenient driveway! For hikers, trail runners, or bikers, over 100 miles of a trail network system starts right out our driveway. In the winter, a 10 minute drive brings you to one of the most guest-centered ski mountains in New England. The “We Are Sunapee” experience excels in offering ski and riding instruction at The Learning Center. There are trails for all levels of skiers or riders, with excellent ski lodge accommodations.

Other things to note
Topside is a second story, separate suite in our house. There is parking for 2 vehicles. The access is via private exterior stairs leading to the treetop deck. The kitchenette has a two burner range top, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, dining set for 4 guests, and basic non-perishable foods. It is a perfect space for a couple, family with school-age children, or a girls or guys weekend get-away. For sleeping after an active day in Sunapee, there is a queen sized bed, a pull out love seat couch, and a single-sized air mattress. The space is not suitable for children under age 10. We live in the main part of the house and are available to answer questions, but are non-intrusive in your stay. We have dogs and love dogs, but please contact us to discuss dog guests; we have a few questions that will help determine if your pet will enjoy being a guest at Topside. We are a completely smoke-free property, including all buildings and grounds.

The space
A wall of glass sliders wraps around the living room revealing a spectacular view of Lake Sunapee. The living room itself is updated, comfy, and a little bit funky. There are pops of gold and brass, not to mention a hand-painted mural by a local artist—surely the first of many selfie opportunities in town.

Here you'll also find the dining table. Pop open the sliders nearby for an "al fresco" feel... without any of the bugs. Beside that: the kitchen, with full-size appliances and a custom pine coffee bar with extra seating.

On the main floor you'll find the "Autumn" bedroom. It's the largest, but all three bedrooms are equivalent: with queen Helix Midnight hybrid beds (medium-firm), spa-grade linens, hypoallergenic bedding, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet storage. This floor also has a full bathroom with a rain shower head and river rock tiles, plus guest cleaning supplies and a stacked washer/dryer.

By now the vaulted ceilings may have pulled your attention upstairs. That's where you'll find the "Summer" and "Winter" bedrooms, as well as another full bathroom—this one with a skylight, alcove bathtub, and a selfie mirror with Edison light bulbs.

Outside there's a wraparound deck with adirondack chairs, outdoor side tables, and a commanding view of the lake.

The 1st floor of this newly renovated townhome has a million-dollar view that looks out onto the golf course and to Mount Sunapee in the distance! Walking in there’s a huge mudroom for all your swim, ski and golfing gear. There’s a gorgeous kitchen, large table, comfy living room and deck on this floor as well. Upstairs you’ll find 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a loft. Just 15 minutes to Mount Sunapee and all the activities it offers. During the summer enjoy the lake, pool, golf course and more!

The space
Two of the bedrooms upstairs are oversized with king sized beds and large closets. The middle bedroom has 2 comfy twin beds and a closet. Another flight of stairs up you'll find the loft with a trundle bed with 2 mattresses, bean bag chairs and a TV. There's a full bath on the first floor with a tub and a full bath on the 2nd floor with a shower and double sinks. On the deck you'll find cafe chairs and table and a hammock to sit in - a great place to sit and enjoy the view! There's a good amount of space in the home to spread out and get comfortable!

For reservations from July 3rd to September 4th there's a 7 night minimum put in place by the community.

The Sweet Spot at Sunapee is located in a quiet family friendly community. The space
We know you are going to love this Sunapee Slice of Heaven! The house is nestled amongst tall trees which assures privacy and quiet. The deck off the living area is large with comfortable chairs, eating area and a grill. A powered awning offers protection from the sun. In the winter enjoy family time, cuddled on the spacious couch with a propane-burning stove for ambiance.

The house offers an exceptionally comfortable open concept living, dining and kitchen area. If you are a cook, you will love our fully equipped kitchen! The sunroom is the perfect spot to feel the first rays in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a book. An office area can be used as an extra sleeping area, or dedicated workspace. There is a half bath on the first floor, and full bathroom on the second floor. Three comfortable bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed, offers a sleeping space for everyone. Games, books and toys along with a pack and play, makes our home feel like your own for the little ones.

Our private dock and sandy-bottom beach are accessed across the road from the house. Bring your own boat to tie up at our dock or use our paddle boards and kayaks!

A 10-minute walk brings you to Sunapee Harbor, the best destination for seasonal restaurants, Farmer's Market, historical and educational findings, shopping, and natural wonders (ask about how to find the hidden waterfall on the Sugar River!)

The space
This is your hidden gem value place to have a relaxing and fun stay for either short-term or extended time period!

The location of the house is excellent. Across the street is the River Walk trail that has interesting rocks, waterfalls, and a covered bridge that lead you to the harbor, restaurants, Sunapee museum, shops, and ice cream in the summer time. In the winter time, it is your "private" sledding hill. The harbor is where you can launch a boat or take the lake cruise. You can also walk to the town outdoor basketball court, baseball/soccer field, and an outdoor ice skating rink in winter time.

You will be offered guest parking pass so you can enjoy the local Dewey beach, Georges Mills beach, or Burkehaven boat ramp. The Dewey beach is a really nice local beach with warm clear calm water in the summer time. It features life guard, snack bar, kayak and paddle board rental, picnic tables, and a playground. There are also plenty of other area beaches. Sunapee State park beach is a few minutes drive away.

A short-drive (7-minute) to the Sunapee ski resort. It also has summer adventure camp with zip lines and all sorts of fun activities.

Lots of area trails, water holes, farms to explore. And also check out John Hay Estate at the Fells.

For rainy days, check out local Abbott library, Montshire Museum of Science, McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center, or Pirate Mini Golf/Escape Room in Claremont with plenty of local charm.

This house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, offering a lot of space to spread out and flexible sleeping arrangements!

There are two bedrooms upstairs, one w king bed, one w a queen bed. The queen bedroom has an extra foldable twin bed. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one w queen bed, and the other w two twin beds. The king bedroom upstairs and the queen bedroom downstairs both have adjustable height desks for your work life balance.

There is a living upstairs and a living room downstairs. Both couches can be pulled out. You can watch two different movies at the same time!

Two full bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a washer and a dryer. The upstairs bathroom has a tub if you may have little ones.

The space
The first floor offers an open kitchen, dining, and gathering area with ample seating, 65” wall-mounted Smart TV, a gas stove, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our dining room table seats 8 with plenty of space at the huge granite island for more.

Large sliding doors face the lake and boasts 12' ceilings throughout the first floor. First floor bedroom with full-size Pottery Barn bunk beds and 7-drawer dresser sleeps four. A full tile bath is just off the bedroom. First floor laundry off the front-door mud room. Easy access to the garage for storing skis and equipment just off the kitchen.

The extra wide staircase is an original feature of the barn and leads to a second living room with a couch, cozy seating, and two large Yogibo beanbag chairs, which kids love. A 70" Smart TV is mounted on the wall, with breathtaking vaulted ceilings, shiplap, and a cupola. A full-tiled bathroom serves two of the three upstairs bedrooms.

The primary suite, located upstairs, features a king bed, 50” wall-mounted Smart TV, walk-in closet, sliders to a private deck with lake views, and a beautiful ensuite with pocket doors. The bathroom is outfitted with a deep soaking tub, double marble vanity, and tile shower with a built-in bench.

Summer: Swim, kayak, fish, or simply sit on the dock and soak in the picturesque lake views. Walk down to the harbor for a boat cruise, the farmer’s market, coffee, lunch, dinner, ice cream or to listen to a live band. A short drive takes you to Dewey Beach, Sunapee State Beach and Mount Sunapee Resort, a mountain biking and aerial challenge course in the summer.

Fall: Foliage hiking at its best! There are countless trails in the area including The Fells Estate, beautiful Winslow State Park and the famous SRK Greenway. Visit the charming town of New London (just a 12 min drive) for wonderful dining and shopping options.

Winter: Curl up on the sofa by the fireplace after an adventurous day of skiing at Mount Sunapee Ski Resort (a Vail Resort on the Epic Pass). Visit Dexter’s Inn for a variety of groomed snowshoeing trails.

Other things to note
This is a seasonal rental with a one month minimum. A dedicated workspace and 150 Mbps WIFI connection for zoom calls and streaming on multiple devices make this home perfect for remote workers.

A monthly minimum provides flexibility in how you plan your stay. Stay for the entire season and work remotely. Stay for a week or two and come back on the weekends. Take Fridays off and come up for extended weekends. Its your preference!

A monthly boat slip is available upon request for an additional fee and can accomodate up to a 20 foot boat. Boat rentals are available at Goodhue Boat Company.

The house is ideal for mature adults, families and their children. We have neighbors who are full-time residents and we care about ensuring the area remains quiet and peaceful for them. This modern rustic studio suite features hickory log furniture throughout, king bed and full size memory foam sofa bed.  The kitchenette is fully stocked with all the amenities to eat in.  The bathroom boasts a sanctuary of its own with pebble stone shower surrounded by subway tiles and your very own bidet toilet!  The shiplap vaulted ceilings and plush Adirondack style furnishings evoke relaxation after your day of adventures.  Common washer and dryer located on property.  Later this winter, the Lodge will offer a common indoor lounge area featuring contemporary and classic family games along with a TV.   Outside you'll find a semi-private patio complete with rocking chairs and a seasonal outdoor pool with views of Mount Sunapee!

Upon arrival, you'll notice The Guest House tucked away on your right, available for rental in addition to the Main House. Continue towards the lake and enter the circular driveway with space for 4+ cars.

Entering the home, you'll find:

- A large mudroom area for shedding your gear.
- 4 bedrooms:
- Master bedroom: Full bath, king bed, private balcony.

The Harbor House is easy walking distance to Sunapee harbor and nearby restaurants/bars. We have 9 bedrooms, 6 full baths, 2 flat screen TVs with built in Roku (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) and traditional cable channels, gas grill, wrap around porch & yard.

Although our listing show sleeps 16, this is a limitation of the Airbnb website. Our house actually sleeps 20 in beds, plus two babies (Pack 'n Play crib x2).

The space
The Harbor House has plenty to do, even if you get bad weather. We have 2 TVs, a fireplace, library, board games, grill, covered wrap-around porch, and more.

Guest access
Entire house and grounds, except a couple closets.

Other things to note
Please note that the house is very old and does not have central AC. There are window AC units in many rooms, but fire code prevents us from putting one in every single bedroom.
