The location was wonderful, close to the old port and a lot of restaurants. My only suggestion is that the pans be replaced. The non stick pans had some scratches on them. In a neighborhood where people walk their pets at all times. Friendly staff. Finally a place where they don't simply let you bring your pets, but they welcome them with water bowls, you are able to use the elevators with them and come as go as you please without annoying other guests, as several other guests bring their pets as well. Yes, they do charge a fee per stay, but worth it to not feel "allowed" but welcome. Walkable distance to dining, transportation and market options. Also walking distance to Old Montreal and the Downtown. Bathroom with great shower, hot water and it includes toiletries. And the parking is connected to the lobby and rooms via the elevators, so definitely worth it even if there's a cheaper option close by. My one complaint is that the room we were give was above a club and some of the noise was auditable until the club closed around 2 AM. We were able to find parking just around the corner of the building where we didn't have to move our car which was a huge plus, because parking was something we were worried about and not having to go park in a garage. Customer service was just a text or call away and someone came by our second day to see if we needed anything and to make sure all was well. We ended up requesting the late check-out which was very easy to do and responses were prompt. Overall we loved everything about Pierce Boutique Apartments and hoped it was a longer stay."

- "I researched many places to stay in downtown Montreal and hope this review may help others. My reasoning for visiting Montreal was for an interview at the US Consulate. I chose this hotel as it’s proximity to the consulate was within walking distance( less than 10 min) and the reviews were the most positive. The rooms are huge, it’s like having your own apartment. Having a full kitchen and kitchen table was such a unexpected blessing. The beds were comfortable, clean and pillows were fantastic. The breakfast was nice. Although we are all gluten free, and could only eat some of it, they had a nice selection of bagels, breads and cereals, deli meat and cheese, yogurts and fruit. The location is ideal. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, churches and methods of transportation. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. The staff is friendly and helpful and the pool and gym area was really well kept and spacious. We visited as a family of 3, but would definitely come back and stay here with the rest of our 3 kids. They sent a notice about possibility of noise from construction next door, but to be honest we didn’t notice or hear nothing to disturb us in any way. The rooms were very quiet and we all had very restful sleeps. Would highly recommend! "

This is a full clutter free 4 1/2 appartment with 2 closed bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom with everything youll need to have a home away from home.
The Kitchen is equiped for long stays. If youre a 5 star chef, you may think theres a couple of things missing. If not, i'm sure cooking wont be a problem and if you think something is really missing let me know! Maybe I can find one for you to use.

If you plan on being 6 in this space please be extra conscious about keeping the noise aspect to an acceptable level. This is NOT a party place.

The apartment is very ornately decorated, with lots of little touches all over the place - there are high ceilings, elaborate wallpaper and lots of light in the morning and afternoon.

There are 3 closed bedrooms - ranging from a huge double bedroom with private living space.

A second smaller room with a beautiful garden view and plenty of closet space.

To a third, quite small room with a small desk and view of what is a cute front patio in the summer.

The main living room is very comfortable, has a beautiful garden view and lots of comfy sofas, as well as a small dining table and large spinning coffee table.

The kitchen has a large fridge and is very well equipped!
