All of our rooms in Montreal have their own washrooms, in both the dorms and privates. When we are allowed to be open, come and visit the Rendez-Vous bar at reception. We also offer a guest kitchen, plenty of seating in our lobby area, and a laundry service. And best of all our staff know all the places to visit.

- For check-in, make sure to bring a government piece of ID along with a credit card in the name of the guest staying. The credit card won't be charged, this is only for incidentals.
- Front desk hours and check-in hours are from 7 am to midnight, if you are checking in outside of these times please reach out to the property 24 hours ahead of time.
- Cancellation policy: if you cancel more than 24 hours ahead of check-in (3 pm) you will be refunded the full amount, if you don't show up or cancel within the 24-hour window the first night will be charged. All refunds will be done through Airbnb.
