On the second floor there is a queen bed in the master bedroom. 2nd bedroom features a twin bed and a full bed. 3rd bedroom has bunk bed- twin on top full-on bottom and a trundle bed with twins. On first floor is the fourth bedroom with queen bed and twin trundle bed. Sunroom has bar area and large sectional sofa that seats 7 comfortably. The views from this room are incredible. Middle living room has a love seat, two recliners and gas log fireplace. It's a nice area to read, relax or catch up with friends. On the 2nd floor there is a large game room with Foosball table, Wii gaming system, and large TV. There is a queen sleep sofa also. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house and all TVs have amazon stick and access to movie channels. There are games, DVDs, and an extensive book collection to enjoy during your stay. Kitchen is large and comes with all appliances including dishwasher, utensils, pots and pans. Large dining table that seats 6 with additional seating at kitchen bar area. All rooms have ceiling fans and first floor bedroom, sunroom, and game room are air conditioned. Outside patio area includes large table and gas grille. Beachfront lot is 150' and includes fire pit, and picnic table with umbrella. There are kayaks and paddle board available for guest use. Scenic views across the street from Lake Winnipesaukee in a great location (on a side street, "Scenic Drive"). The house is clean, open, and has lots of natural light. The house has new furnishings, appliances, flooring, mattresses, furniture, and kitchen amenities. Comfortable, spacious layout consisting of a large living/dining room, galley kitchen, 3 bedrooms, large foyer, and both an interior and exterior porch. There are waterviews and mountain views from the outdoor patio, living room, master bedroom, and porch. Sleeps 7 total. Bedroom 1 (sleeps 3) consists of three twin beds (one is a trundle bed). Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) consists of a queen bed. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) consists of a king bed and master bath. The house has two full bathrooms. The outdoor patio is a great place to relax with a fireplace, Weber grill, picnic table and view of the lake.

Location: Scenic Drive is a great side street to take a stroll. Nearby you have boating, swimming, sailing, hiking, skiing, sightseeing and shopping. Gunstock is ~10 minutes away, and Ellacoya State Park & Beach is a short walk/drive. Restaurants, marinas, boat ramp, and shops all nearby.

Beach/Water Access: There is no beach access directly across the street. Ellacoya State Park is a great beach option and is a short walk/drive down the street (0.3 miles). For boating, there are several marinas and ramps nearby.

Updated 3 bedroom unit with beautiful granite counters, custom cabinets, 2.5 bathrooms, screened in porch, and large outdoor deck. Minutes away from Gunstock ski resort, Weirs Beach, Ellacoya State Park, and Bank of NH Pavillion!
No motorcycles, snow mobiles, trailers, or pets allowed for renters. Boat slips and moorings are for owners but there is a day dock for drop off and pick up that renters/guest may use. 2 cars/2 parking passes per stay.

Gorgeous 4 bedroom (7 actual beds) 3 full bath home on Mark Island in the heart of Lake Winnipesaukee with all the modern amenities (AC, Heat, Filtered Drinking Water, and Full Septic System). The Mark Island oasis sleeps 10 people and is perfect for families with children! This home has it all! There are two docks that can easily fit 3 boats as well as a mooring ball for jet skis or smaller boats. The home boasts a large beach area and an aluminum raft perfect for swimming and sun tanning! There is a large deck adjacent to the home that features a gas grill and is perfect for refueling after a long day out on the water exploring all that Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer! There is another deck connected to the docks that is perfectly situated to relax with the sounds of the waves breaking along the shoreline. In addition, there is also a fire pit that will be sure to draw a crowd in the evening to unwind from a fun filled day of boating and swimming on the lake (Don't forget to pack marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate for S'mores!).
