4-bedroom home sleeps 12. On the second floor there is a queen bed in the master bedroom. 2nd bedroom features a twin bed and a full bed. 3rd bedroom has bunk bed- twin on top full-on bottom and a trundle bed with twins. On first floor is the fourth bedroom with queen bed and twin trundle bed. Sunroom has bar area and large sectional sofa that seats 7 comfortably. The views from this room are incredible. Middle living room has a love seat, two recliners and gas log fireplace. It's a nice area to read, relax or catch up with friends. On the 2nd floor there is a large game room with Foosball table, Wii gaming system, and large TV. There is a queen sleep sofa also. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house and all TVs have amazon stick and access to movie channels. There are games, DVDs, and an extensive book collection to enjoy during your stay. Kitchen is large and comes with all appliances including dishwasher, utensils, pots and pans. Large dining table that seats 6 with additional seating at kitchen bar area. All rooms have ceiling fans and first floor bedroom, sunroom, and game room are air conditioned. Outside patio area includes large table and gas grille. Beachfront lot is 150' and includes fire pit, and picnic table with umbrella. There are kayaks and paddle board available for guest use. The waterfront also features your own private 40' dock with stairs and swim ladder leading into the water. The dock will accommodate up to a 26' boat There also is a mooring available. Scenic views across the street from Lake Winnipesaukee in a great location (on a side street, "Scenic Drive"). The house is clean, open, and has lots of natural light. The house has new furnishings, appliances, flooring, mattresses, furniture, and kitchen amenities. Comfortable, spacious layout consisting of a large living/dining room, galley kitchen, 3 bedrooms, large foyer, and both an interior and exterior porch. There are waterviews and mountain views from the outdoor patio, living room, master bedroom, and porch. Sleeps 7 total. Bedroom 1 (sleeps 3) consists of three twin beds (one is a trundle bed). Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) consists of a queen bed. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) consists of a king bed and master bath. The house has two full bathrooms. The outdoor patio is a great place to relax with a fireplace, Weber grill, picnic table and view of the lake.

Location: Scenic Drive is a great side street to take a stroll. Nearby you have boating, swimming, sailing, hiking, skiing, sightseeing and shopping. Gunstock is ~10 minutes away, and Ellacoya State Park & Beach is a short walk/drive. Restaurants, marinas, boat ramp, and shops all nearby.

Beach/Water Access: There is no beach access directly across the street. Ellacoya State Park is a great beach option and is a short walk/drive down the street (0.3 miles). For boating, there are several marinas and ramps nearby.

Updated townhouse with gorgeous lake views! Our unit is walking distance to the inground pool, sandy beach, basketball, tennis, and kayaking! There is something for all ages. Updated 3 bedroom unit with beautiful granite counters, custom cabinets, 2.5 bathrooms, screened in porch, and large outdoor deck. Minutes away from Gunstock ski resort, Weirs Beach, Ellacoya State Park, and Bank of NH Pavillion!
No motorcycles, snow mobiles, trailers, or pets allowed for renters. Boat slips and moorings are for owners but there is a day dock for drop off and pick up that renters/guest may use. 2 cars/2 parking passes per stay.

Gorgeous 4 bedroom (7 actual beds) 3 full bath home on Mark Island in the heart of Lake Winnipesaukee with all the modern amenities (AC, Heat, Filtered Drinking Water, and Full Septic System). The Mark Island oasis sleeps 10 people and is perfect for families with children! This home has it all! There are two docks that can easily fit 3 boats as well as a mooring ball for jet skis or smaller boats. The home boasts a large beach area and an aluminum raft perfect for swimming and sun tanning! There is a large deck adjacent to the home that features a gas grill and is perfect for refueling after a long day out on the water exploring all that Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer! There is another deck connected to the docks that is perfectly situated to relax with the sounds of the waves breaking along the shoreline. In addition, there is also a fire pit that will be sure to draw a crowd in the evening to unwind from a fun filled day of boating and swimming on the lake (Don't forget to pack marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate for S'mores!).

Island Property: RENTERS MUST HAVE OWN BOAT TO ACCESS.
Lovely Home with large deck and beautiful Views of the Lake. The house is on Big Barndoor Island on the Leeward side. Calm water and great fishing in front of the dock. Our house sleeps eight comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms, one full bath and a half bath on the first floor, The second floor has a half bath between the master and the loft. The loft has a king size bed and an additional bedroom with bunk bed and queen. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for your stay, along with linens and towels,. At the water there is a dock that can accommodate 1 boat up to 26’or two smaller boats. There is a firepit to relax and enjoy the views. The island is a very short 10 minute ride to Wolfboro. We are looking to rent from Saturday to Saturday throughout the season.

The sandy beach provides the perfect spot to launch your kayak, wade into the water or to watch boats go by on Lake Winnipesaukee. Swim to the anchored raft for sunbathing in the afternoon. The adjacent lagoon and the channel between Mink and Mark Islands provide the perfect calm waters to kayak and paddleboard. Enjoy boating to many outstanding lakeside restaurants in the towns of Meredith, Gilford, Laconia, Alton, Wolfeboro, and Center Harbor.

The open concept main house has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, plus a queen-sized pullout couch in the office. This is where you'll gather to create your meals in the full-sized kitchen and enjoy them in the screened-in dining room. The separate sleeping cabin has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bath and a kitchenette with a coffee maker and small refrigerator.

** The island is only accessible only by boat, so renters will need to provide their own transportation to and from the property. The dock can accommodate up to a 26’ boat. Boat launch and parking is available at local marinas.

The property rents during the summer from late June through early September with one week minimum stays from Sunday to Sunday (with some flexibility to rent Saturday to Saturday if the schedule allows). Spring and Fall rentals require three day minimum stays. Please see our calendar and rate schedule for details on availability, as we keep this up to date.

Smaller pets are welcome but are subject to owner’s approval.

- "The cottage is a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Everything you need is available for staying on an island. We enjoyed kayaking and paddling. Only thing missing was drinking water." - "We spent a week at the house with our kids and grandkids. Property set up was perfect to provide our adult children a private space with the grandkids and the main house had plenty of room to all gather. Deck and beach area was lovely to be able to relax and read, while the ilittle ones spent time in the water with a wonderfull view of the lake. It was a great space to sit and have your morning coffee! Easy access to the lake and the dock was spacious enough for our boat. Location on the lake was great and could travel to many key destinations around the lake pretty easily. One thing I would suggest is to add a dispenser for bottled water so guests could bring a single large container vs several smaller gallon jugs. Much better for the environment too! Overall, great time was had by all!"

Family cottage for the last 50+ years. Large deck and large open concept kitchen. Rare large deck at the water’s edge with lots of seating. Great location in protected cove with deep 40 foot dock. It is a 10 min boat ride to Wolfeboro. See the lights from Wolfeboro at night. Great walking path in the center of the island approx 1.5 miles long. House sits on 2.5 acres with a total of 376 feet of lake frontage between two lots, very private. Three season porch has two pullout couches a favorite sleeping spot with knotty pine walls. Close to loon sanctuary. Since it is an island home - you must have your own boat or rent to get to and from the island. There are no motorized vehicles on the island (about 60 houses) - very tranquil and quiet. Prefer to rent > 1 week at a time but feel free to send me a message we can work something out depending on the dates. High speed internet, Direct TV, with a desk space as well you can work from home here. This is a cottage my family uses as well so you will find everything well stocked - not the typically barren vacation rental with cheap furniture and minimal silverware.

PERFECLY located straight across the from quaint Wolfeboror made fun trips into town very easy. The property is tucked nicely into a very calm cove that made it great for afternoon lounging and swimming. The house was exactly as advertised with close-up views of the lake. Our favorite part was the lakeside deck!!! The lake is beautiful with breath taking views and amazingly homes around every corner and on every island no matter how tiny. Important heads-up and tip: The lake does have MANY unexpected rock shoals that are not as well maked as many people may be accustomed. I strongly recomend using a navigation app at all times. I found Navionix to be very accurate. I ran with it on the dash at all times. There are many local hikes available. We did the waterfall hike at Castle in the Clouds which I highly recommend. Our host Mike couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! We would definitely stay again!"

GUEST VERIFICATION:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- "This lakeside home was the perfect place for our family summer getaway. Clean, well-appointed, and just as appealing as the pictures promised! We enjoyed the views, the spacious deck, cooking delicious meals, and games galore – ping pong, arcade games, cornhole. The beds felt new and ultra luxurious. Due to the natural setting, this property has a number of stairs down to the dock. We spent hours swimming and kayaking in glistening lake waters, and active groups will appreciate the paddle boards, innertubes, and kayaks. Although there is plenty to do by the lake, we also enjoyed some of the local attractions. Don’t miss Sawyer’s ice cream, shopping and dining in Meredith and Wolfeboro, and scenic runs and hikes. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in and departure were straightforward and clearly communicated. Quiet Island property with walking paths in center of island, Cabin is spacious with 2 large lofts, plenty of sleeping for family and friends. Boat access only. Great swimming area for small kids and pets. Unfortunately we are not handicap accessible, there are 60 stairs between the water and the house, resulting in spectacular views from the deck.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway at this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse located in the highly sought-after Samoset community. Tucked within a private, beautifully maintained setting, this home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests—perfect for families, couples, or small groups.

Guests have access to Samoset’s fantastic amenities, including a shared outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a stunning sandy beach area on Lake Winnipesaukee, just a short walk away. Spend your days swimming, boating, or exploring nearby towns, restaurants, and local attractions.

Whether you're here for summer lake days or a cozy fall escape, Samoset is your home away from home in the Lakes Region.

Important Rules from the Samoset Condo Association:

- Please be aware of the following rules and restrictions enforced by the Samoset Condo Association:

- No pets, motorcycles, trailers, or boat docking are permitted by renters.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during these hours.

- Each unit is limited to two parking spaces. If you anticipate needing more than two, please contact us in advance to discuss possible arrangements.

By booking, renters agree to comply with all Samoset Condo Association rules. Any violations will be the responsibility of the renter.

Guests have full access to the townhouse as well as all shared community amenities, including:

- Private lake access

- Outdoor swimming pool and courts for tennis, pickleball, and basketball

- Community fire pit – perfect for relaxing evenings

- Clubhouse featuring ping-pong tables and convenient restrooms

Parking: Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles (no assigned spots). Please note that trailers and motorcycles are not permitted.

This is a spectacular one of a kind island property with stunning 270 degree views looking at nature and Mt. Washington and also only a short boat ride from Glendale Public Docks (where we have parking passes for you). You get to enjoy a sunset and sunrise every morning and night, which is just wonderful. The beautiful post and beam cabin was build in 1985 and ties it all together. The big porch gives lots of space to have great family BBQ’s and lots of space for everyone. We have two kayaks for the perfect 20-30 minute kayak around the island, which is an amazing way to wake up with some coffee (there are cup holders). The only catch is, you must have a boat to access the property.

When you request to book please mention:

1) Why boat are you planning to use to get to the island?
2) What is the age range of the guests in your group?
3) Have you lived or rented on island properties before?

This really helps us make sure we can accommodate your group.

Please ask any additional questions you might have. The newest upgrade to the home is a new tile bathroom finished in the spring of 2024.

There are three bedrooms in the main post and beam home.
Sunset room: King size bed with a great view of the water and sunrise from bed.
Sunset room: King size bed with a great view of the water and sunset from bed.
Loft: Queen size bed and twin bed. There is a fan here to help keep you cool at night.

This 3 bedroom 1 full bath home requires a motor boat to access and is approximately 7 min by boat from Wolfeboro or Alton. Rustic elegance awaits you with all of the amenities of a mainland home! Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer, dryer, WiFi and more! Western exposure provides some of the most beautiful scenery, afternoon sun, and amazing sunsets! A large dock accommodates two small boats or one larger boat such as a pontoon. Lots of deck space for sunning and a small beach for walk in access to the lake. This is a completely NON SMOKING home. One well behaved dog considered.

I love it here!! There's so much traffic during the summer, it's a great way to stress yourself out lol!! there is one bathroom and one bedroom. There is a Walmart and tons of places to go around here.
