This cottage is on a dead end driveway offering privacy and an authentic lake house experience in an eastern exposure camp with ample docking and parking for your party. Nestled in at Coleman Point, your boats are protected from most weather on Winnipesaukee. This all season cottage has 3 bedrooms , 2 baths, a detached and very quaint bunkhouse and a sleeper sofa. The 30 foot porch (with electric awning) faces the lakefront, sun deck and fire pit for your enjoyment. The firm sandy beach and crystal clear water will amaze any newcomer to Winnipesaukee.

The Chalet is a detached residence, separated from the owners primary residence (250 feet away) for excellent guest privacy. Enjoy the true feeling of a lake/mountain destination for a week-long family get-a-way or a relaxing couples weekend. The unit comes fully appointed with complete kitchen/appliances, large washer/dryer, two TV's, linens, wifi, and gas grill. If cleanliness is a concern, be reminded that this is a brand new residence and is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. The owners are on property for advice/assistance only when requested. Please also note there is a recorded property security camera for the non-rented space focused on the driveway and parking area. The house has new furnishings, appliances, flooring, mattresses, furniture, and kitchen amenities. Comfortable, spacious layout consisting of a large living/dining room, galley kitchen, 3 bedrooms, large foyer, and both an interior and exterior porch. There are waterviews and mountain views from the outdoor patio, living room, master bedroom, and porch. Sleeps 7 total. Bedroom 1 (sleeps 3) consists of three twin beds (one is a trundle bed). Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) consists of a queen bed. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) consists of a king bed and master bath. The house has two full bathrooms. The outdoor patio is a great place to relax with a fireplace, Weber grill, picnic table and view of the lake.

Location: Scenic Drive is a great side street to take a stroll. Nearby you have boating, swimming, sailing, hiking, skiing, sightseeing and shopping. Gunstock is ~10 minutes away, and Ellacoya State Park & Beach is a short walk/drive. Restaurants, marinas, boat ramp, and shops all nearby.

Beach/Water Access: There is no beach access directly across the street. Ellacoya State Park is a great beach option and is a short walk/drive down the street (0.3 miles). For boating, there are several marinas and ramps nearby.

- "We had another great time staying at this condo. We stayed during Christmas vacation last year and had a great time skiing. This year, the weather wasn’t great for skiing but there are several activities in the area from hiking to Funspot. Our kids are young so we needed a short but not too challenging hike, so we chose Rattlesnake Mountain (Holderness, NH). I highly recommend it. It’s about 20-30 minute hike and the views are wonderful once you reach the top. When you reach the bottom take a short drive to Walter’s Basin for some refreshments and take in the beautiful view of the lake. The best part was coming home to peace and quiet and beautiful lake and mountain views from the condo. The owners are great to work with and very accommodating. This is a great deal for all of the vacation options."

Gorgeous 4 bedroom (7 actual beds) 3 full bath home on Mark Island in the heart of Lake Winnipesaukee with all the modern amenities (AC, Heat, Filtered Drinking Water, and Full Septic System). The Mark Island oasis sleeps 10 people and is perfect for families with children! This home has it all! There are two docks that can easily fit 3 boats as well as a mooring ball for jet skis or smaller boats. The home boasts a large beach area and an aluminum raft perfect for swimming and sun tanning! There is a large deck adjacent to the home that features a gas grill and is perfect for refueling after a long day out on the water exploring all that Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer! There is another deck connected to the docks that is perfectly situated to relax with the sounds of the waves breaking along the shoreline. In addition, there is also a fire pit that will be sure to draw a crowd in the evening to unwind from a fun filled day of boating and swimming on the lake (Don't forget to pack marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate for S'mores!).

The interior of the home features a beautiful kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender (for those of us that enjoy an adult beverage), and toaster. The kitchen overlooks the lake and there is a large dining table perfect for the entire family that features not one, but two picture windows that overlook the majestic lake front and beach area! There is also a large family room with a flat screen television, pull out sleeper sectional, and cozy stone fireplace perfect for evenings at the lake!

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with queen size beds and built in closets. One bedroom also features a treadmill and weight bench for those looking to continue their fitness regime even though they are living on "island time". The first floor also has a shower/ bathtub, single sink vanity, and toilet (the house has a septic tank!). There is also a laundry room with a fully functioning washer and dryer as well as a second refrigerator (perfect for overflow from the main kitchen).

The second floor features a spacious guest room with a queen bed and a double bunk perfect for the kids! There is a guest bathroom right next to the guest room, with a single sink, toilet, and shower.

The master bedroom is also located on the second floor and features a king Temperpedic bed (brand new) with flat screen television. Lovely Home with large deck and beautiful Views of the Lake. The house is on Big Barndoor Island on the Leeward side. Calm water and great fishing in front of the dock. Our house sleeps eight comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms, one full bath and a half bath on the first floor, The second floor has a half bath between the master and the loft. The loft has a king size bed and an additional bedroom with bunk bed and queen. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for your stay, along with linens and towels,. At the water there is a dock that can accommodate 1 boat up to 26’or two smaller boats. There is a firepit to relax and enjoy the views. The island is a very short 10 minute ride to Wolfboro. We are looking to rent from Saturday to Saturday throughout the season.

******This is an island property that requires the renters to have a boat to access the property.******* The property has a dock on the northeast side, and a dock and swim platform on the southwest side. Everywhere you look is a view of Lake Winnipesaukee.The main cottage is just under 1,000 square feet. There is a main bedroom with a queen bed and a half bathroom. The family room overlooks lake Winnipesaukee toward Mink Island. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, water cooler, and over looks the lake toward Timber Island. A deck wraps around the entire cottage and also connects the cottage to the water closet, and to the bunk house. The water closet is a building that has a sink, shower, toilet, and a washer and dryer. There is also an outside shower so you can get even closer to nature lol. The bunk house has two sets of twin beds, a daybed, and a TV. Outside the bunk house is its own deck with two chairs and a table. Great place to have a morning coffee. There are four kayaks, swim mats, floats, paddle boat that are available.
Linens, towels, purified water, paper towels, toilet paper are all included.

The separate sleeping cabin has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bath and a kitchenette with a coffee maker and small refrigerator.

** The island is only accessible only by boat, so renters will need to provide their own transportation to and from the property. The dock can accommodate up to a 26’ boat. Boat launch and parking is available at local marinas.

The property rents during the summer from late June through early September with one week minimum stays from Sunday to Sunday (with some flexibility to rent Saturday to Saturday if the schedule allows). - "The cottage is a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Everything you need is available for staying on an island. We enjoyed kayaking and paddling. Deck and beach area was lovely to be able to relax and read, while the ilittle ones spent time in the water with a wonderfull view of the lake. It was a great space to sit and have your morning coffee! Easy access to the lake and the dock was spacious enough for our boat. Location on the lake was great and could travel to many key destinations around the lake pretty easily. One thing I would suggest is to add a dispenser for bottled water so guests could bring a single large container vs several smaller gallon jugs. Much better for the environment too! Overall, great time was had by all!"

This townhouse is spacious and sun-filled. The clean lines, modern updates, and attached screened porch make this condo feel so much bigger. The main floor has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bathroom.

The second floor offers bedrooms, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, and a full bathroom. This condo is within a great community for the whole family with a stunning sandy beach, a tennis court, a basketball court, and two pools. There’s so much to do within this beautifully maintained association but you are also conveniently located to explore many other Lakes Region's attractions.

- "Cool condo community" - "Absolutely amazing/peaceful...cant wait to return!!!" - "A plumbing issue, complete lack of porch furniture, and lack of response from Vacasa really put a damper on this expensive stay. The plumbing under the kitchen sink was not working when we checked in. We alerted Vacasa when we realized that Sunday morning (had to use many methods to get ahold of help...calling, texting, messaging via VRBO). Someone did come by to band-aid it Sunday night and confirm we needed a plumber, but it broke again soon after. No follow up at all Monday or Tuesday until we texted again Tuesday evening with a video of water pouring out of the plumbing under the sink). Plumber did not arrive to fix it until Wednesday. We couldn't wash dishes/cook for most of the first 3.5 days of our stay. We alerted Vacasa when a smoke detector started chirping and needed batteries and that the fridge water filter needed replacing (light was on). Neither were replaced during our week-long stay. The unit itself was fine and had basic necessities, but no furniture at all on the screened porch (why I gave 3 stars for accuracy of the listing...it mentions the porch as an extension for the living area, but it's not). It is a smallish unit and if someone is watching TV in the living room, it's hard to escape the noise. Would have been no issue if there were porch furniture, which would have created a second living space. Really nice amenities though, loved the lake and pool area! The unit itself has no view and is a bit of a walk from the lake. Bring your own floats."

The condo association is situated directly on Lake Winnipesaukee and features a private beach, pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, and a fire pit. While the condo is only a short walk to the waterfront, it does not have a direct lake view.

Please Note:
- No parties or events are allowed.
- No RVs or Trailers can be parked on property.
- No pets are allowed by renters.
- ABSOLUTELY NO MOTORCYCLES ARE ALLOWED. If renting for Laconia Motorcycle Week, do not attempt to drive or store a motorcycle within the complex. Violations will result in removal from the property and a $50 per day, per bike fee if a motorcycle is brought into the complex.

- Conveniently located, the condo is just a 5-8 minute drive from two grocery stores, Walmart, PetSmart, and other local shops. A variety of restaurants are also nearby.

Although there is no boat launch within the complex, there are local options for launching, renting, or storing boats. Fay's Boatyard (7 minutes away) offers boat launches and slip rentals. Winnisquam Marina and Meredith Marina are also excellent options for boat rentals. The complex does have a day dock available for drop-offs and pick-ups. Feel free to reach out for local recommendations!

For families with young children, we’ve included thoughtful touches such as kids’ plates and utensils, a pack ‘n play with sheets, a sound machine, sippy cups, a nugget couch, and a few toys and games.

Additional Information:
- Parking: Two unassigned parking spaces are available.
- Accessibility: The unit is not handicap accessible. Stairs lead to both the front door and the bedrooms/full bathroom.
- Fireplace: Decorative only (not functional).
- Heating and Cooling: Electric baseboard heating and two mini-splits for air conditioning.
- Laundry: Washer and dryer available—just bring your own supplies.

Important Rules from the Samoset Condo Association:

- Please be aware of the following rules and restrictions enforced by the Samoset Condo Association:

- No pets, motorcycles, trailers, or boat docking are permitted by renters.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during these hours.

- Each unit is limited to two parking spaces. If you anticipate needing more than two, please contact us in advance to discuss possible arrangements.

By booking, renters agree to comply with all Samoset Condo Association rules. Any violations will be the responsibility of the renter.

Guests have full access to the townhouse as well as all shared community amenities, including:

- Private lake access

- Outdoor swimming pool and courts for tennis, pickleball, and basketball

- Community fire pit – perfect for relaxing evenings

- Clubhouse featuring ping-pong tables and convenient restrooms

Cozy, inviting cottage a few miles to beach, town boat launch, ( ask about our parking spot 5 min walk to Glendale and free launch ) Gunstock mountain with year round activities, restaurants, hiking trails, Ellacoya State park. Great cental location 2 hours from Boston, 40 minutes to Loon Mountain, outlets stores in Tilton, hiking, biking and concerts at NH Bank pavillion 3 miles away! Enjoy the front yard with lovely view of Lake Winnipesaukee, water access to launch a sup or kayak. Enjoy the back deck with brand new webber grill and fire pit. If you need a larger place or alternative dates ask about our 4 bedroom in Gilford.

I love it here!! There's so much traffic during the summer, it's a great way to stress yourself out lol!! there is one bathroom and one bedroom. There is a Walmart and tons of places to go around here.
