Large yard and ample parking. This road is a private road near the State Beach and Mt Sunapee for summer hiking and adventures park activities. Take a tour of the lake by boat, go to the historical “Fells “ for some history and see a play at NL Barn Playhouse to round out your cultural experience. The Warner Indian Museum is a real find especially when they have a pow-wow.

Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with a large shower stall, towels, shampoo and soap.
Walk through the kitchen and turn into the living room and dinning room space. Sit and eat your meals overlooking the lake or lounge in the living room and enjoy the 43 inch Roku flat screen TV. Please note that free wi-fi is available through out the house.
The Master bedroom is next with a beautiful platform bed that includes drawers underneath for storage and Vista II queen size mattress with memory foam top. Wake up to the views of the lake while lounging in bed.

When you enter the house and turn left , go through the door and you can go straight ahead into the garage where you will find 2 kayaks and a paddle board at your disposal. Please make use of the life jackets when you go out onto the water. Included are recycling totes and a large trash bin to help you keep your kitchen clutter free. There is also a gas dryer for your towels and swimsuits and skiing or snowmobiling clothing.
The best part of this lake house is through the other door and up the stairs to Lake View Loft. Huge windows overlook Mountain View Lake. It's a large sunny room with a double bed and two twin beds. The platform beds include 2 drawers each for storage and Vista II mattresses with memory foam tops. Lay in bed and enjoy the view of the lake or watch a movie at night on the 50 inch Roku flat screen TV. For those desiring a bit of inside exercise enjoy the lake view on the stationary bike. The loft includes a free standing AC unit coupled with a ceiling fan to keep things comfortable.
Directly across the road is a stretch of lawn and your access to the water. Relax on the picnic table or sit by the firepit at night.

On the first floor, this suite offers one bedroom with king bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find an additional bedroom with king bed and second full bathroom. The living area offers a sofa bed and smart TV and the kitchenette is fully stocked with all the amenities to eat in. This suite offers a semi private deck with stunning views of Mount Sunapee along with an in suite washer and dryer. Later this winter, the Lodge will offer a common indoor lounge area featuring contemporary and classic family games along with a TV. - "Close proximity to mount Sunapee, place was very clean and had a nice view of the mountain. was nice to have a game room, I could see this location also being nice during warm months with a pool. I guess my only comments would be is that the people did not follow the parking direction giving in the check in process which obstructed my rooms view for almost The day, and the rooms walls carried sound.
