Although it was too cold to be out on the deck, the large window in the deck door let us see the water and sky. The hotel restaurant had a high end restaurant with excellent food and service. This BEAUTIFUL updated 2-bedroom/2-bathroom TOP FLOOR SUITE condominium, accessible by elevator on the 4th floor of the iconic Atlantic House, is the perfect summer vacation destination for the whole family. Short Sands Beach, Goldenrods & York's Wild Kingdom are all footsteps away -- LITERALLY!

Upon entering you will immediately appreciate the high-end finishes, hardwood flooring, two gas fireplaces, wall-mounted 42" flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, gorgeous bathrooms, central A/C, and the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer.

Our well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a prep station with butcher block top, a Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee maker (makes a 12 cup carafe or single K-Cup), a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and all the common kitchen amenities necessary for preparing breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.

The open concept dining area (seating for 6) and living room features panoramic views of Short Sands Beach AND Short Sands Village. A gas fireplace and 42" flat screen TV are on showcase in the comfortable living room and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa with 3" memory foam mattress which can accommodate two additional overnight guests.

The master bedroom is a true sanctuary! It has a comfortable queen-size bed, another gas fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub (AND rainfall shower head), tiled floors and radiant heat under foot. The master BR also has a separate entrance so that it can be sectioned off from the rest of the condo for additional privacy if needed or wanted.

The second bedroom is light and bright with a full closet, another comfy queen size bed, a flat-screen tv, and best of all, more OCEAN VIEWS!

The entire condo has a relaxed-coastal vibe with fun, beachy decor throughout and furnishings that are equal in comfort and style! You can also stay connected with our dedicated high-speed Spectrum 2G & 5G WiFi network and cable TV with On-Demand movies and shows (pay-per view function not available).

Our Maine cottage has hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, including gas range/oven, dishwasher, & microwave, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people with 1 queen bed & 1 full & 1 twin bed. An AC unit in the living-room cools the entire cottage. The marble-tiled bathroom has a shower & pedestal sink. There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water to enjoy after a day at the beach or just for fun. The backyard deck has beautiful views of the ocean, including Nubble Light & Boone Island. Dine al fresco after using the outside gas grill or inside in front of the large picture window facing the ocean. Or dine out at The Lobster Cove restaurant, just a short walk away.

This carriage house apartment is located in a very quiet residential area of York Harbor. It is very comfortably furnished with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the loft suitable for younger more agile guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washer and dryer too. There is a spectacular view of the ocean from either the living room or from the spacious deck.

It is just steps away from the water. Watch the sunrise over the horizon interrupted only by the silhouette of the famed Boon Island Light seven miles off shore. The Nubble Light is to the north and its flashing beacon is mesmerizing after dark. If there is a foggy day you may hear the distant fog horns from up to three lighthouses. Roaring Rock, a large crevasse which makes a thunderous noise when the seas are running from the northeast, is only a couple hundred feet away along the rocky shore and accessible to those nimble on foot.

One bedroom unit within beautiful Victorian home, located on the most pristine part of Long Sands Beach in York, Maine - Only a few steps from the water (no ocean view, but rather that of a quiet, lovely, grassy area). Unit is located on the first level of home - Entrance to unit is accessed from the back of house. **Please be advised that our family lives upstairs during the summer. As this is an older home, some sound from upstairs can be heard below. During the week it is extremely quiet upstairs, but on weekends there’s a bit more activity. We do our best to minimize the disruptions.

That's a nice feature especially if you don't want to go out to a restaurant. There are 2 tvs to watch. Both are Smart tvs and ready to use with your streaming accounts. This is great if you have a rainy day or you just want to chill and watch some tv. This is our third year coming to Maine for a girls getaway and this rental is simply the best.
