Stage Neck Inn offers 58 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and coffee/tea makers. These individually decorated and furnished accommodations have separate sitting areas. The space
The Tree Haus is an approximately 350 sq. ft. studio space with a living area, desk/workspace, bed, bathroom with walk in shower, and a small mini fridge and coffee area. Please note that there is no kitchen and the only dining area is a small folding table and chairs.

Guest access
The Tree Haus is situated about 50 ft from our full time residence. Our yard and garden are private and we ask that guests only allow their dog to use the small yard to the right of the parking spot. We also ask that there is no smoking within 20 ft of the guest house.

Other things to note
We are happy to allow one dog in our space but kindly ask that you do not leave your pet here alone during your stay. We can provide pet sitting references or dog friendly dining options if needed. Thank you for understanding!

Unit 3 is our brand new unit at Harbor Walk Studios. It features a comfortable queen bedroom with streaming tv, a kitchen with complimentary coffee station, fridge/microwave and breakfast nook. It also includes a private full bathroom with shower.
Our other Unit at this location (#2) offers a king bed, den and bathtub.

There is one dedicated parking space at the top of driveway by Guest Parking sign,a patio with bistro set and separate entrance to unit #3. Use of the front deck is not included.

Long Sands Beach is a 3 minute drive and Short Sands and Cape Neddick Beaches just a bit further around the corner. The cottage sits on a shared property that boasts beautiful gardens and year round ocean views.

The space
Beautiful views of York Harbor and Isles of Shoals. The property boasts a front yard with whimsical gardens where there is always something in bloom. Short walk to beaches and local restaurants. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. There is a spacious living room with a full kitchen, cable tv, and dining nook. There is a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms for those that need to work while visiting.

Welcome to Tidewater on the York River. We have a very spaceious in-law apartment attached to the house but sectioned off upstaris for full privacy. The apartment is all open concept with the first section being a living room/kithcen/bathroom & place for extra guests to sleep & just 3 steps up a level is the king suite with it’s own private bathroom. Tons of windows to enjoy views of the trees/birds & our husky fam
