This carriage house apartment is located in a very quiet residential area of York Harbor. It is very comfortably furnished with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the loft suitable for younger more agile guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washer and dryer too. There is a spectacular view of the ocean from either the living room or from the spacious deck.

It is just steps away from the water. Watch the sunrise over the horizon interrupted only by the silhouette of the famed Boon Island Light seven miles off shore. The Nubble Light is to the north and its flashing beacon is mesmerizing after dark. If there is a foggy day you may hear the distant fog horns from up to three lighthouses. Roaring Rock, a large crevasse which makes a thunderous noise when the seas are running from the northeast, is only a couple hundred feet away along the rocky shore and accessible to those nimble on foot.

Unit is located on the first level of home - Entrance to unit is accessed from the back of house. **Please be advised that our family lives upstairs during the summer. As this is an older home, some sound from upstairs can be heard below. During the week it is extremely quiet upstairs, but on weekends there’s a bit more activity. We do our best to minimize the disruptions.

That's a nice feature especially if you don't want to go out to a restaurant. There are 2 tvs to watch. Both are Smart tvs and ready to use with your streaming accounts. This is great if you have a rainy day or you just want to chill and watch some tv. This is our third year coming to Maine for a girls getaway and this rental is simply the best. We rented a different one the first year and would never, ever, ever go back. Julie knows what renters need and want. Check this rental out, you will not be disappointed."

This is a cozy and quiet studio, just steps from Long Sands Beach in beautiful York, ME. Our studio is located at the end of a 5 unit condo- part of the Courtesy Condominium Association.

You can sit right outside the unit and enjoy sun or shade and ocean views.

Our clean and cozy condo is perfectly located with everything you need. There's a 3 piece bathroom and a full kitchen.

There is parking for 2 cars-one in front of the unit and the other in the back.
No smoking, vamping or marijuana storage in the unit or on the property

- "We packed more then we needed to (of course) but had a great time. It is a lovely small condo that is perfect for 2 adults (no kids with us) but with the pullout Im sure it could fit a couple of kids. They had beach chairs available (which we didnt use because we brought our own (but didnt use)), very cushiony twin beds, a box with local menus and things to do maps, toaster oven, microwave and stove, k-cup coffeemaker and frig. We didnt have any cell service at the condo but they have wifi which was perfect. We have T-MOBILE service. Other places in York were spotty, one minute you had cell and internet and then nothing which wasnt a big deal but it takes a lot to get used to not using phone these days. Anyway, we had a great week, friendly neighbors and not too far from little local markets or a short ride to the grocery store. This condo is at the south York beach area and to get to the beach you have to go over rocks once down the stairs which is a pain. Also, this beach area does not have any ramps for wheelchairs or walkers. Very disappointed in York for this issue but hopefully they will eventually add one without rocks for people to use. The sand is packed down (not fluffy sand at all) which I love! The cold water invigorates and we love it! Hopefully we will be back next year."

This freshly updated, cozy studio cottage is located just 200 yards from Long Sands Beach. This cottage has 1 queen bed & 1 full size bed, sleeping 4 people. It provides the perfect get away for a couple or a small family. It is a studio, so there are no walls separating the bedroom.

The kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals. There is a Keurig so bring your pods. There is a dining area for four. There is a screened in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a good book.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a shared yard which provides a nice outside area for the kids to play after a day at the beach. The yard includes picnic tables and a gas fire pit table. Gas grills are provide so you barbecue your favorite foods and enjoy your meal at the picnic table or on your deck.

There are 2 washers and dryers in the basement and are free for our guests to use. There are some boggie boards and sand toys in the basement for the kids to enjoy.

There are restaurants in walking distance, and it only a mile and half to the York Zoo, arcades, and shopping.

Our apartment offers more space, privacy, and amenities than local hotels. It features an open floor plan with a spacious layout, two bathrooms, and a bedroom on the upper level. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking inside or outside. The first floor has a kitchen, living room, and a 1/2 bathroom overlooking one of our many gardens. The second floor also looks over the garden and has a queen Tempra mattress for a comfortable night's sleep, a working space, a 1/2 bathroom, and a washer and dryer. You can also enjoy a large private porch surrounded by lush gardens that change weekly, complete with patio furniture, a table for two, and a gas grill. You can explore our gardens or visit the butterfly garden. We also provide a selection of books and games throughout the apartment for your enjoyment.

Please note that the main house and apartments share a wall; however, we are a quiet family of three. Sometimes you may see us working on the lawn or walking, but we do our best to give you a private relaxing experience.
