Parking:
All vehicles must be registered with the front desk. Due to parking restrictions, only one vehicle may be parked in front of units. All boats, trailers, and additional vehicles must park in the overflow lot, to the left side of the property. Violators will be towed at expense of owner, daily fine of $100 and subject to pay the full cost to repair the parking lot if damaged. The Island Manor is not responsible for any loss or damages to any vehicles parked on the property.

You enter into the open floor kitchen/dining/living space. There is a full kitchen with all cooking basics, a dining table and chairs for 4 people and a pull out couch. There is a connecting bedroom with a king bed. The bathroom has a door from the bedroom and living room. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom as well as a jetted tub/shower combo. The living space and deck have ocean views.

There is an exterior entrance off of the deck this unit is all one level, but it is on the second floor. There is a full flight of stairs outside to access this unit

We had a small Issue upon check in with the toilet but it was fixed immediately upon bringing it to the manager’s attention.! We would stay again!" - "We had an amazing stay at Island Manor. Besides the harbor view, there is also a pasture with a horse and cow which adds to the charm! The house was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook some family meals. We especially enjoyed grilling on the deck and eating outdoors. The location was nice and close to everything we wanted to see, but far enough away to not have a lot of noise/traffic outside the house. It was quiet and private. We received immediate assistance from the property owner with any questions we had. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to all."

Please note: This rental does not have a full kitchen, but there is a minifridge, microwave and coffee pot in the living area. This is an owner occupied house. The owner lives in the upstairs area with a dog. There are no shared spaces within the rental unit. The outdoor shower and driveway are shared.

Getting Around:
A car is advised for long stays. The rental is about a 5 min drive from the downtown area, or a mile walk. Taxis and bicycles are also easy modes of transportation in the summer season. Mopeds are not allowed on the road leading to the rental.
