Parking:

Violators will be towed at expense of owner, daily fine of $100 and subject to pay the full cost to repair the parking lot if damaged. The living space and deck have ocean views.

We had a small Issue upon check in with the toilet but it was fixed immediately upon bringing it to the manager’s attention.! We would stay again!" - "We had an amazing stay at Island Manor. Besides the harbor view, there is also a pasture with a horse and cow which adds to the charm! The house was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook some family meals. We especially enjoyed grilling on the deck and eating outdoors. The location was nice and close to everything we wanted to see, but far enough away to not have a lot of noise/traffic outside the house. It was quiet and private. We received immediate assistance from the property owner with any questions we had. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to all."

Please note: This rental does not have a full kitchen, but there is a minifridge, microwave and coffee pot in the living area. This is an owner occupied house. The owner lives in the upstairs area with a dog. There are no shared spaces within the rental unit. The outdoor shower and driveway are shared.

Getting Around:
A car is advised for long stays. The rental is about a 5 min drive from the downtown area, or a mile walk. Taxis and bicycles are also easy modes of transportation in the summer season. Mopeds are not allowed on the road leading to the rental.

The space
The rental unit is a walk out lower level with a private space, private exterior entrance, and private patio. Please note: This rental does not have a full kitchen, but there is a minifridge, microwave and coffee pot in the living area. This is an owner occupied house. The owner lives in the upstairs area with a dog. There are no shared spaces within the rental unit. The outdoor shower and driveway are shared.
There are quiet hours in effect starting at 10pm until 7am in the neighborhood.

There is a designated parking spot and a private entrance off of the driveway that will have a key.

In the heart of New Harbor… this well equipped apartment is great as a stand alone rental or as an addition to our larger rental house. You’ll be surrounded by conservation land yet within a 5 minute walk to all of the best spots in New Harbor… marinas, top restaurants and bars, kayaking, fishing, biking, the farmer’s market, Ball O’Brien Park, and Payne’s Killer Donuts. Need a quiet place to call home during the off-season? Our condo is perfect whether you’re traveling for work or play.
The space
You will have two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed. The other has twin beds which connect to form a king bed. Please let us know in advance if you need the king bed. There is a comfortable living room and a kitchenette/dining. A sliding glass door provides a beautiful view of the harbor and access to your back deck. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a stove top, microwave, toaster oven and full- size refriegerator. There is no dishwasher or oven.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet and sink. There is a separate area with a 2nd sink.
The washer and dryer are only available in unit A.
Guest access
This unit has a private entrance, sliding glass door to the deck, and a door that leads to a hall which accesses the main house. This is perfect if you are renting with another group. The back deck is divided with privacy screens between the two units.
Other things to note
There is direct access to the harbor/water via a hiking trail. Children should not be left unattended outside.
Since this is a 2-unit rental, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum from 10pm-9am.
