Getting Around:
Most necessities are within walking distance. Taxis, mopeds, and bikes are available to rent in town in the summer and shoulder seasons.

All owners and guests must refrain from smoking indoors. The Island Manor Resort actively promotes a smoke-free environment. No Pets allowed.
Quiet Time is 9:00pm to 8:00am. Please respect the privacy of others. Excessive noise must cease during this time.
Parking:
All vehicles must be registered with the front desk. Due to parking restrictions, only one vehicle may be parked in front of units. All boats, trailers, and additional vehicles must park in the overflow lot, to the left side of the property. Violators will be towed at expense of owner, daily fine of $100 and subject to pay the full cost to repair the parking lot if damaged. The Island Manor is not responsible for any loss or damages to any vehicles parked on the property.

- "Overall the property is clean and a perfect location close to town. Grills, bike racks and a fire pit are available for use. The unit has 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa amd 2 full bathrooms. We had a small Issue upon check in with the toilet but it was fixed immediately upon bringing it to the manager’s attention.! We would stay again!" - "We had an amazing stay at Island Manor. Besides the harbor view, there is also a pasture with a horse and cow which adds to the charm! The house was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook some family meals. We especially enjoyed grilling on the deck and eating outdoors. The location was nice and close to everything we wanted to see, but far enough away to not have a lot of noise/traffic outside the house. It was quiet and private.
