Guests have full access to the treehouse, including all rooms. A few storage areas are locked for supplies. Shared amenities in the building include a lounge area on the second floor, a conference room for meetings (request prior to use), and an outdoor patio with a dining area and herb garden.

Nestled between Wilton, Westport, and Norwalk, this treehouse offers privacy and easy access to everything you’ll need. You’ll be near top dining spots, scenic parks, and cultural landmarks, including the Westport Country Playhouse and Sherwood Island State Park.

Getting Around:
Easily accessible by car, the treehouse is just off Route 7. Downtown Westport and Norwalk are both a short drive away, and there’s parking for two cars in the back lot.

Other Things to Note:
The treehouse is not actually in a tree! :) It is decorated with wood beams, swings and vines which is how we named it as such.

Once you are on your floor, follow the posted signage in the hallway indicating which direction your apartment is located. Room 34 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite. There is a kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee and a dining table/workspace for 4. The room has a couch and lounge chairs and a 65" smart TV. The room this is a corner room with windows on two sides. NOTE: This room overlooks the street and is near the neighboring cafe which can be a little noisy certain times of the year.

Recently renovated, redesigned and appointed for discerning travelers, DUNE offers a modern and convenient reprieve from the normalcy of ordinary area hotels. We are a former Inn that has been converted into an Airbnb/hotel hybrid with 14 individual rooms that can be rented for short or long-term stays. All rooms have contactless check-in and can be booked online and occupied any time day or night. We do not offer full daily cleaning like a hotel however; it can be requested for a small fee. We provide complimentary luxuries such as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and bikes for use at either our shared private beach or the town beach with full amenities, a short walk away. Wristbands provide access to the shared private beach located across from DUNE. There is a deli and package store conveniently located across the street.
Each room is equipped with luxe bedding, kitchenettes with microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee makers and complementary coffee, workspace, bath products, smart TV’s, free hi-speed WIFI and contactless check-in.
