The only issue was that even though we were given an accessible room (none of require accessibility option), the light switches were low, but everything else was quite high. The coat rack was very high, so even my shorter friend needed my help putting their coat up. - "The hotel gave us the true feel of life in a Boston neighborhood. We had a little trouble figuring out how to switch from air conditioning to heat on one cool evening and never really got it to warm up. Before proceeding with your booking, please review our house rules thoroughly. We greatly value knowing more about our guests, so kindly provide details such as your full name, place of employment or study, occupation, and specifics about your upcoming trip. Information regarding the vehicle you intend to use for the trip, any allergies you might have, and details about your pets, if any, are also required.
We strive to maintain a tranquil environment throughout our property; therefore, we do not furnish individual rooms with TVs.
Please note that short-term stays of 31 days or less are subject to a short-term rental tax of around 15-20%.
Be informed that when renting a room with a shared area (e.g., kitchen or bathroom), a cleaning person may prepare the place one day before your arrival. This means other tenants may use the shared area, possibly making it a little spotty. However, the bedroom will be fully prepared and waiting exclusively for you.
To maintain our competitive pricing through optimal calendar management, we may need to decline bookings that create gaps in our schedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
