Our second story studio is the perfect option for singles or a couple wanting to spend some time in beautiful Nantucket. The apartment has its own entrance and is in a separate building. We live on a quiet residential street a five minute walk away from the Old Mill and fifteen minutes to the cobbled Main Street of Nantucket town.

Our closest beach is Cisco beach, and in the other direction, Surfside beaches. You can get to either by bicycle in twenty minutes via bike path.

We are happy to loan our bicycles to guests! That said, the bikes are occasionally out for repair since they are heavily used, and in that case, we recommend Easy Riders, a 10-minute walk away for rentals. There is a NRTA bus stop right around the corner and taxis and Ubers are readily available.

Established behind the main house off the street. This quiet little room for 1 or 2 is a perfect getaway for a stay on the island. Located mid-island, the unit is within biking distance of town and the south shore beaches. The interior room features a small under counter refrigerator, a microwave, large screen TV, desk area, a double bed and full bathroom. The exterior deck includes outdoor seating and dining under a canopy of the trees.

Beautiful studio is located in the heart of the historic district on one of the most desirable streets on Nantucket, walking distance to restaurants, shops and museums. It was featured in the summer issue of ONLY Nantucket Magazine.

The studio apartment is on the lower level and has a private entrance, two windows and a glass-paneled door, double bed (custom murphy bed w/ recessed reading lights and spring-loaded power arms for easy access), full bathroom with a large rain shower head with handheld nozzle, sofa, coffee table, dedicated office area with desk and chair, large Smart TV, personal AC/Heating thermostat. There is a security camera on the exterior of the building above the staircase.

There is an efficiency kitchen: top electric range, half refrigerator, plenty of cabinets, hightop table with two swivel chairs. There are two closets, dresser and a small office. The exterior has a private outdoor shower.

Brand new 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath basement apartment. Located on a private and beautifully landscaped property close to town and beaches. The property has beautiful european oak hardwood floors throughout and custom cabinetry and wood work done by the owner, central air, high speed internet and cable. The floor plan is an open kitchen and living room with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 Has a full and a twin over full bunk bed. The property sleeps 5.

- "2nd stay. Great location and property." - "This property is conveniently located next to the bike trail to Madaket Beach, the bus route to and from town, a bike shop, and two breakfast places. Even the Stop and Ship was only a 20 min walk away. One of our guests was in a wheelchair with limited ability to walk stairs. This rental was the perfect place for her due to it being wide-open hallways, accessible shower, few area rugs to trip on, and very modern and minimalist furniture. (The only stairs were three steps to enter the house) The outdoor seating on a side patio and front patio means you can enjoy the weather outside at any time. The only thing to consider is if you are a light sleeper, this is a first floor unit and you will be able to hear guests renting upstairs. This includes heavy footsteps, doors sliding open and closed, music or movies on… My only complaint. Otherwise this is a great rental! Hans and his wife also rent a Jeep for exploring the town and beaches."

Mainstay is nestled in down a long private drive and is very quiet. The apartment is spacious, bright and clean with a lovely outdoor patio. It is on the bike path that leads to nearby beaches, or directly into town. Surfside Beach is just moments away and our location is convenient to everything you will need for a perfect island visit. There are seafood, wine and grocery stores close by in the neighborhood. The Meat and Fish Store, Fairgrounds Restaurant, Pip and Anchor, PI Pizza , and many more , all close by.! Bikes shops will deliver your bikes right at your door and bike path is right outside.
Maps and guide books are supplied to in the apartment as well.

There is a big playground two blocks down the road.
There are two good size bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other two twin beds. They share a bathroom with shower. It's a first floor of the main house with separate entrance. The second floor and the Studio at the back yard have been rented too.
The second floor is 2 BD, 2 BT that could sleep up to 4 people. Request availability if you are interested in renting both. We could offer a special offer if rented together. Walking distance to coffee shops, bike rental shop, play ground. Easy access to town and beaches. Our guests can get around the island by bus(The NRTA stop is right on the corner), by bike, using Uber or taxi service is pretty good too. Within 1.5 miles from downtown and 2.3 miles from Surfside and Miacomet beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, towels and linens provided.

Mariner House is located thirty miles off the coast of Cape Cod on the beautiful island of Nantucket. In the heart of the quaint historic downtown quarter you can immerse yourself in a bit of whaling history. In 1846 Master Mariner and Whaling Captain William Jernegan built the Mariner house as a private residence. It has since been renovated into six tastefully decorated apartments, operating year round. Mariner House is within walking distance to the worn cobblestones of Main Street, to casual and gourmet dining, beautiful beaches, boats, boutiques, galleries, historic landmarks and museums.
