Located in a quiet neighborhood, our home is walking distance to beautiful nature trails, a bike path, swimming pond and a short drive to local beaches. Being central to the cape means easy day trips from Falmouth to P-town and even the Islands!

The space
Recently renovated, this cozy studio has all the comforts of home. Off-street parking, private entrance, new memory foam mattresses, air-conditioning, tv, dvd, roku, wifi access, fully equipped kitchenette, private bath, and plenty of closet space. My favorite feature of the renovation is the Gorgeous ocean view created by a local artist. Our king-sized bed is comprised of 2 day beds with the mattresses adjoined and covered with a foam topper for comfort. The day beds can be separated for guests that prefer to sleep separately. We recently added an additional pop-up twin trundle bed for families with older children. (Max set up is 1 king and 1 twin. We do not have the space for 3 twin beds). We are also willing to accommodate families that don't mind sharing the bed with one child (we will wave the extra person fee for this request) or we have space for a portable crib upon request. (Max. Single family of 2 adults with children please)

Guest access
This studio has completely separate access from the main home. We just ask that you keep in mind we are a family with school-aged children so please respect quiet hours (10pm-7am) We have a patio with a 2 person glider-rocker and outdoor dining set for guest use. We also have a small playground with swing set but please request access during booking if interested. There is Absolutely No Smoking on the property.

Check-in and Check-out procedure:
We prefer to offer flexibility to our guests. If you would like an early check-in please communicate this preferably at booking. We can typically accommodate this request but sometimes issues arise so it’s important to contact us prior to your arrival just to confirm. We may not always be home to greet you upon arrival but you’re welcome to self check-in. There is a lock box next to the entry door. The code will be sent a day or 2 prior to check-in. Check-out is typically at your leisure. Just ask in advance to make sure we can accommodate. We want our guests to feel free to enjoy one last morning at the beach and come back to shower before departing. We are a busy family so often times guests simply leave the key on the table and lock the door on the way out. We just ask that guests message us at departure so we can go in to do the change-over.

We have a reserved spot in the driveway for our guests. There will be a "guest parking" sign easily visible from the road during daylight hours. It's near the side-door of our home. Access to the apartment is around the back with a clearly marked pathway.

Other things to note
As guests in our private home we just ask that you be respectful and abide by the quiet hours.

There is Absolutely No Smoking on the property, inside or out.

Please use the bins provided for garbage and recycling. When full we can direct you to the outside containers for disposal. There is also a compost bin outside for vegetable refuse. Please help us feed our worms!

We are a family with pets. We lost our beloved 20 year old kitty in 2019. She was denied access to the studio space but people with severe allergies should be aware that there was a cat in our home. We wouldn't want you to have an uncomfortable stay.

We adopted our pup, Scout, in 2019. He’s incredibly friendly and Will say hello to you in his loudest voice until you acknowledge him. He also likes to lick ankles. He’s come along very well with his training since we adopted him. If he has to stay in his crate while we’re away, he may cry or howl, but has mostly outgrown this habit. If he does get upset, this would only occur during daylight hours. He’s definitely mellowed out a lot since we got him.

Our other new(ish) additions: our chickens (currently 7 Grown hens) reside in our little side yard. You’ll see them outside but they don’t make much fuss. If they are out “free-ranging” in their fenced area they will probably run up and look at you through the fence. The girls can get loud during the day, especially after they lay their eggs. They’re fairly accommodating to quiet hours and will go to bed with the sun. That being said, they also wake up with the sun, so those staying with us May-July should be aware the sun comes up just after 5am. You WILL hear them so please don’t leave negative feedback in that regard. If you have read this, you have been forewarned. I personally don’t find them loud. They just like to sing along with the song birds, welcoming a new day.

If you request use of certain elements of our outdoor space we just ask that you clean up after yourself and be respectful.

Beach towels are provided for your use. Please do not take bath towels to the beach. All towels must be accounted for at the end of your stay or there will be a $10 charge per missing item.

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental. Please clean up after yourself. Garbage and recycling bins are provided. Cleaning supplies, vacuum, broom, and dustpan are there for your use. For extended stays, clean sheets and towels can be discussed during the arrangement process.

This newly renovated, tastefully decorated 1st-floor suite is equipped with one bedroom, one bathroom, a large living space, and a full-size kitchen. During the summer months, a charcoal grill, fire-pit, ping pong table, and bikes are available upon request. Located 1/4 mile off historic Rt 6A on Beach Street. Walking distance to Dennis Village shops and top-rated restaurants. The house is 1 mile to beautiful Mayflower Beach.

The space
Enjoy your vacation renting this recently updated property in Dennis Village. This oversized 1st-floor suite has one bedroom with a queen bed, a large double closet, and a tall bureau allowing for plenty of space for your personal belongings. The bathroom has a large newly tiled shower and floor with new vanity and toilet. The kitchen is full-size, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. A cafe table with 2 barstools is located in the kitchen and a larger table with seating for 6 located in the dining room. This suite is cooled with central AC and heated with gas. WIFI and cable TV are included. The large living area has a leather sofa and loveseat with a chair and ottoman for seating.

Outside there is a seating area with a table, chairs, an umbrella, a charcoal grill, and a firepit. We have bikes available, a ping-pong table, and some outdoor/beach games upon request and seasonally.

There is a large area for parking which is shared with another apartment.

The space
Enjoy your vacation renting this recently updated property in Dennis Village. This 2nd floor suite has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds, both with linens included. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. There is a window a/c unit, WIFI and and cable TV in the living room. Outside there is a seating area with table, chairs and umbrella, grille and fire-pit. Also at the property we have bikes available, a ping-pong table and some outdoor/beach games upon request and seasonally.

There is parking access on the New Boston Road side of the property. The property has a newly shingled exterior and is completely renovated with white shiplap walls and refinished maple floors with all new windows in 2017.

This is a great north of historic Rte 6A location on the road to Mayflower Beach. The property is at the Village end of Beach Street which allows for a short .25 mile walk to just about everything you need, as well as some of the best restaurants on the Cape. With Mayflower Beach just 1 mile away and Bayview, Chapin and Corporation just a ½ mile or so further, this location is much sought-after.

Here’s what you can find right in the Village:

Harvest Gallery Wine Bar uniquely provides a combination of their love for fine art, wine, local fare and entertainment. For a gourmet deli and bakery, you can't go wrong with The Mercantile (The Merc). Just steps away is Underground Bakery and coffee shop for a homemade scone. And for a little Italy on Cape Cod, visit Sapori d'Italia, an authentic Italian food and wine market. The famous Scargo Cafe, offering excellence in Cape cuisine since 1987, is a fan favorite. Encore Bistro & Bar, located on the grounds of The Cape Playhouse and Dennis Cinema is a great place for dinner after taking in a play or a movie. Pecorino Romano offers Tuscan cuisine featuring homemade pasta and fresh local seafood. Dennis Public Market, famous for their steak tips and sandwiches to go, is conveniently located at the top of Beach St. They also operate DPM’s Surfside Grill located on Corporation Beach. With beachside picnic tables and a beach access play area for kids, you can order a lobster grilled cheese or a hot dog with a spectacular sunset view.

Chapin’s and Gina's by the Sea are both excellent restaurants at the end of Beach St. and open seasonally. If you’re at the beach and in the mood for pizza, just call the award winning Showtime Pizza. They’ll deliver to you at the beach.
As one of the top scenic byways in the country, scenic Rte 6A hugs the inner coast of Cape Cod, winding its way through picturesque villages and breathtaking saltmarshes. The road is lined with dozens of local shops, making it a perfect destination for shopping. Hunt for antiques or pick up souvenirs and gifts. A few of our favorites in the Village are The Barn and Co., Nancy’s Candy, Scout Vintage and The Vintage Shop. Heading toward Brewster, Sydenstriker Glass Gallery & Workshop, Spectrum of American Artists, and Scargo Pottery all show off the artistic talents of the Cape. Located in the heart of Brewster, visit The Brewster Store where you can find a bit of everything.

The Cape Northside beaches have cool clear water and great low tide flats which expands the beach area for recreation. The beaches are active at sunset and offer a rare east coast sunset over the ocean. Sesuit Harbor Marina and Restaurant offers casual outdoor harborside dining and one of the Cape's best lobster rolls. A sunset cruise is also available at Sesuit Harbor. Ocean Edge Resort, offers outdoor dining and bar in the nearby town of Brewster. Route 6A is a historically preserved road that connects Sandwich, Dennis, Barnstable, Yarmouthport to Brewster, Orleans and offers many shops and art galleries. When you want to admire the great works of culture, head over to the Cape Cod Museum of Art. The famous Chatham downtown and resorts are located 20+/- miles east of Dennis. Not far is Hyannis Harbor which offers ferry access to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and many shopping and historic sites.
