The Villa at Eastie overlooks the harbor and shipping channels, early morning lobstermen can be seen from the sunroom hauling their traps, as well as the ships coming to port. Plane bugs (id book) will love the spectacular view of Logan Int. Airport. At the end of the street is Constitution Beach. There are kayaks for the adventurous or relax in the fountain garden. Smell the sea breeze and reminisce about the politics that must have been discussed in this former Senators home. Entertain in the formal dining room under the crystal chandelier or relax and read a book on one of the balconies overlooking the harbor. The Blue line (T)(public trans) is only two blocks away and offers a ride to the airport station and free shuttle bus to your terminal, a few more stops and you are downtown for world class shopping, restaurants, museums and the Swan boats ride. Ask about antiquing in the area.

The outdoor Arbor pool is just across the street from my unit (4 minute walk). Relax there, no need to cook, your every desire will be met by the Shark Bah which is adjacent to the Arbor pool. Nothing could be more convenient for a wonderful, relaxing week. Zero driving!

All on-site activities at Ocean Edge resort require the purchase of guest passes. Daily passes cost $27 per adult (16 years or over) and $14 per child (6 to 15 years). Children under 6 are free. Weekly passes cost $80 per adult and $40 per child.

We have over 5,500 square feet of dedicated parking. The three acres are very private, but you are also steps to downtown Lenox, the heart of the Berkshire hills. Lenox is home not only to a variety of leading cultural institutions, but also to many fine and farm-to-table dining experiences.

The covered deck was great as an outdoor space as it was a very rainy weekend, but we even managed to get some time in the vast yard playing some wiffle ball. - "This resort accommodated our 3 kids (oldest is 13) and large breed dog. The XL crate fit well in the master bedroom but could have also fit in the additional bedroom. The pull out couch was adequate. If we were to go again I may opt for an air mattress for added comfort. Pools and hot tub were large and clean. We skied at Butternut and visited local museums. All floors have radiant heat so your toes will never get cold, and with central cooling throughout, you won't get hot either!

Our kitchen is fully stocked with over 20 high quality spices, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper mills. Our condiments are all in squeeze bottles, we have Ketchup, Yellow Mustard, Spicy Brown Mustard, Sweet Baby Rays, Frank's Red Hot, and Mayonnaise. There is a new stainless steel cookware set with every utensil you could need. For coffee lovers we have two roasts from an excellent local roaster, Esselon. There is a Chemex, French Press, Coffee Maker, and Keurig available for brewing.

The pantry is stocked with essential foods should you be short on time or just not want to stop at the store. Regular and gluten free pastas, pasta sauce, rice, popcorn, and mac n' cheese for the kids! All free of course.

Bathrooms are stocked with Native Shampoo/Conditioner and Method body soap, complementary toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, and sanitary products. We stock the best items, the same we use in our home.

We have a bunch of board games for you to use: 7 Wonders, Azul, Carcassonne, Checkers, Chess, Chinese Checkers, Connect 4, Jenga, Life, Mancala, Monarch, Monopoly, Munchkin, Risk, Scrabble, Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, Uno, and various card games.

The house is cleaned with all natural cleaners and fragrances.

You'll have access to nearly the entire house, except the Garage, Utility Room, and a Storage Room.

Other things to note
Quiet hours 9pm-9am! No outdoor music or excessive noise outside of quiet hours. Our neighbors are closer than they appear. Noise travels through the woods. There are decibel monitors on the property to ensure the calm and tranquil environment is not disrupted.

We use security cameras to confirm the number of guests and cars.

Only registered and paid for guests are permitted on the property. The max occupancy is 13 for this property and must not be exceeded. This includes children, infants and babies. If it is determined more guests are on the property than is booked then you will be asked to leave the property for violation of terms and conditions that were agreed upon by booking.

We are open to early check-in or late check-out if bookings allow it, feel free to inquire!

- "The house was really very nice. The layout of the home was really cute. The property was well kept and actually looked as though it were new, even the furniture looked new. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of towels and extra bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, pans, bowls, trash bags and whatever else you needed. We had a question about the internet and the owner was right on top of it. It was probably a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach was fantastic. The 2 guest bedrooms are located on the second floor with a shared full bath. - "Great stay! Very clean everywhere. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen including plenty of cooking utensils, spices, spoons, and mugs. Big pitcher was good for iced tea. Beds were ready with all linens and were very comfortable. Seating was plentiful around large table and living area. Beautiful bathrooms had shampoo and body wash. Gary went well beyond welcoming with a basket of s'mores fixings, tea/coffee selections and snacks. Even had a ping pong table that kept three generations of players busy. Environment was quiet and inviting including a firepit and area for Bocci games. Overall it gets our highest rating! Great place for larger groups or family get togethers."

- "We had a wonderful stay at Feliz's home. The house was immaculate and very well maintained, and our host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The deck is a beautiful space, with seating and a large picnic table, and a great grill. The downstairs is cozy, one large space with the kitchen and living area all together. There is no indoor dining table, so for 7-8 people to eat dinner together, it has to be at the table outside. There is a nice counter in the kitchen for breakfasts and social hanging out while cooking. Upstairs, two of the three bedrooms are large and skylit, really great spaces with double beds. The third bedroom is smaller, with twin beds, but perfect for 2 kids. Our family of 4 fit well, and when family friends joined us it was cozy but fun. You must bring all linens and towels, but everything else is well provided for. The kitchen has everything you need, it doesn't feel like a rental but like a well-loved, well cared for home with great character. Best of all are the books - an incredible collection, so fun to browse. We loved staying here!"
