- "Not only was the property perfect.. quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Our Realtor was easy to reach and available at all times. We had a great experience on our vacation and will probably use her exclusively for our next trip. Very Courteous, kind and explained everything. The whole place was fully furnished from IKEA. The beds were very cheap memory foam type material. The biggest issue was that the floor was filthy! We bought a box of swiffer wipes and we scrubbed the floor three or four times and it was still so dirty. I think it was the type of flooring or something. They have an outdoor shower, which is a nice feature, but the drain was disgusting and the water backed up when we used it."

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter through the front door of this one level ranch with lower level entertainment room. To the left, you will enter the kitchen with all the amenities you need for a stress-free vacation - dishwasher, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. Lots of cabinet and countertop space to create memorable meals for the gang. Adorable breakfast nook for morning coffee or feeding the kiddos as they overlook the front yard. You will find the laundry area here, with washer and dryer for your convenience.

The combination dining and living area is open and bright. The dining area with seating for six overlooks the comfortable living room with plenty of seating, flat screen TV and fireplace for guest use during cozy autumn nights.

Off the dining area is the entrance to the bonus sunroom - the perfect place to finish the latest beach read or catch up on your social media. The warm sun rays are welcoming in the sitting area or continue on to the back deck where you will find the outdoor dining area and BBQ ready to cook classic summer fare of burgers and dogs.

The back yard has plenty of space for a lawn game and lots of room for Fido - this home does allow one dog so furry family members are welcome. The outdoor shower is around the corner - the perfect convenience for washing off after a day on the beach. It's a Cape Cod tradition! You'll also find a sweet chair in the corner under the mature trees for quiet contemplation as you plan the day's events.

Go back to the entrance of the home and to the right are the two bedrooms. In the hallway, you will find a full bathroom with a stand up shower. The front bedroom has two twin beds and a ceiling fan for extra comfort on those nights you don't need the central A/C. The primary bedroom is in the back with a king bed - what a luxury! There is also an en suite full bathroom for your private use with a glass enclosed shower.

The lower level is dedicated to entertainment for everyone in your party! There is a comfy sitting area with flat screen TV and games for competitive play. The ping pong table is sure to bring joy as each team vies for bragging rights after each match.

Charming 2-bedroom cottage on a large 1/3 acre lot on a quiet side street near Gray's beach. Gray's Beach has a huge sandbar at low tide, playground, picnic area, and public restrooms open during the summer season. It is also known for its boardwalk out over the marsh where people gather to watch spectacular sunsets. The cottage is walking distance to a town playground as well. Our cottage has a fully equipped modern kitchen with plentiful dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, and a variety of spices for cooking. We manage this property ourselves and use it periodically, so it is much better equipped than corporate managed vacation rentals we have experienced when we have traveled elsewhere. People love the sunroom with its gas fireplace which is very cozy in all seasons. We also have a functioning wood burning fireplace in the living room. Our back yard abuts to conservation land, providing a peaceful setting for enjoying the deck, stone patio, Adirondack chairs, and Weber gas grill. The downstairs has a bedroom and full bathroom for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The upstairs has another bedroom and half bath. A separate nook upstairs has a single futon suitable for a child or as a reading nook. The cottage is located in a beautiful residential area of larger year-round, owner-occupied homes and is located in the Yarmouth Port historic district. We provide a high chair, Graco "Pack and Play" , and baby bath if required. There is a 3 piece bathroom with an additional spacious and private enclosed outdoor shower (recommended). The kitchen comes equipped with a propane gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and is fully stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware. Traditionally, Cape cottage rentals tend to require that renters provide their own sheets/linens and towels. However, we realize that this may not be feasible for all our guests, so we provide sheet sets for the queen bed and twin-sized air mattresses, pillows, blankets, as well as towels sufficient for the length of your stay, all included in the rental cost. For your convenience, there is an outdoor clothesline for airing and drying as desired. Blankets and towels provided are not intended for beach use. We do provide beach towels, chairs and a beach umbrella for your use. For guests that stay for more than one week, used towels and linens will be collected and fresh replacements delivered on a weekly basis. We are also conveniently located to many food, variety and specialty store options to meet your shopping needs.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we had no trouble finding easy places to eat and fabulous beaches. We loved going to Chapin and Mayflower at night to watch the sunset and ice cream and the Cape Cod Creamery and Captain Frosty were highlights! The house was clean and very neat. Came with the basics and we were very comfortable. The central AC is nice, but it does get warm at times and can't be changed from 72 degrees. Bring a fan if you get hot at night. The basement was super fun with a small tv room and pool table! Nice yard and outdoor shower as well. We loved this place and would definitely return."

This home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a brand-new kitchen & living room. The great room offers extra space for lounging, dining, or working. Outside, rinse off in the outdoor shower before grilling and enjoying a meal on the back deck, or relaxing by the fire pit. Close to beaches, restaurants, and more!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private home has been lovingly renovated to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. All the appliances, furniture, and bedding are brand new for your enjoyment.

As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a modern & comfortable living room with ample seating. Sit back and grab a book from our bookshelf and soak in the afternoon sun as it flows into the space. You can also stream your favorite TV shows from our new flat screen TV. Netflix is on us!

The primary bedroom is carefully decorated to create a tranquil environment and has a comfortable queen bed with cozy bedding. The closet has been removed to make room for a brand new ensuite bathroom with standup shower, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Note that storage space is limited in this bedroom, but there is room underneath the bed to tuck away your luggage, and small storage areas in the nightstands.

Next to the primary bedroom is a bright and airy bunkroom, perfect for guests or young children to share. There are 3 twin sleeping spaces in this room (twin bed + bunk beds). This room has ample storage space, including a closet and dresser. Some toys are provided to keep little ones entertained, and books are provided to help with bedtime.

On the other side of the living room is our brand new, fully stocked kitchen with all new cabinets, appliances, and cookware. Make yourself a cup of complimentary coffee with our Keurig. And help yourself to all the things you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. We also include some plastic dishware for the kiddos with butter fingers ;).

The kitchen opens into the Great Room which offers additional space for guests to enjoy and makes the home feel more spacious. There is a futon for extra sleeping space, a desk station, and a dining area with seating for 6.

The Great Room leads to our private deck and spacious backyard. Fire up a meal using the BBQ grill and gather underneath the large patio umbrella. At night, cozy up by the fire pit with your favorite beverage or make some s’mores!

Make use of our outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach.
