- "Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. They had an excellent breakfast each morning that was available for a couple of hours. Small breakfast area and a sitting area outside. Grounds were very nice with a pool, which I didn’t use. Excellent, very small staff, so very one knows your name….Overall, very pleasant experience. Next time I’ll ask for a different type of room, if it’s available. It was almost like a very expensive boarding house. It was pricey, but it’s all about location, location, location. "

This quintessential sun filled 576 square foot Cape Cottage is located in the historic Fort Hill area. The home has been fully renovated with modern design and amenities. There is an outdoor shower, screened in porch, gas grill, fireplace and central A/C and ceiling fans for the summer months. The home is well appointed in simplistic and comfortable style. It s the perfect spot for a couple or small family. Please note, the maximum guests are two individuals. Given that this is a small house, the cottage has limited closet space. There is ample storage under the beds for clothes and two areas with shelves available for guests. As much as we would love to host guests with dogs, some canines have not been well behaved at the cottage. We no longer can allow dogs or pets of any kind.

We require 7 day, Saturday to Saturday reservations during summer season which runs from June 21 - 30 August. Shorter 3 day stays may be available before school vacation starts in June and after Labor Day. Guests who desire a shorter stay during the summer might consider booking the full week and sharing the week with a friend or family member. Shorter stays will be considered for any weeks we have open 2 weeks out.

We provide all the comforts of home with a well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, crock pot, even a waffle maker. LR/DR combination has ceiling fan and A/C. Fans in both BR's. Master BR has one queen, 2nd BR has two twin beds. Wrap around deck with outdoor furniture looks out on private back yard with picnic table and charcoal grill. The house has deeded rights to Eastham Town Cove for kayaking. First Encounter Bayside Beach is 2.5 miles away and the newly renovated National Seashore Visitor Center and hiking trails are just 2 miles away. Coast Guard Beach great for surfing 3.5 miles from house and Nauset Light Beach 4 miles away. Eastham Windmill Green just 1 mile from the house is great for picnics and often has events/parades.
Orleans is nearby for food shopping, restaurants, take-out, gift shops (just one mile from the rotary). North Eastham also has many gift shops, restaurants, take-out and convenience stores.
Wellfleet Audubon Sanctuary is just over the town line and has miles of walking trails and a newly renovated center. Wellfleet also boasts one to the last drive-in theaters for family nostalgia as well as an in-door multi-screen cinema.
Our location makes it easy to explore both ends of the Cape--take a day ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis or take in the gift shops and art galleries of Province town. Both are just 1/2 hour form Eastham.

If you're looking for the ideal Cape Cod beach cottage experience, you'll find it in this updated two-bedroom East Orleans cottage. The cottage is an “up and down” style home. On the main level you will find a living room, kitchen, bath and primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The lower level has it's own private entrance (no access from the main level). And down there you will find a living area with a comfy pullout sofa, kitchenette and one bedroom with two twins plus another full bath connected to the twin room. A perfect layout for two families. And you are about 1.25 miles to Nauset Beach!

Outside is where you'll be spending most of your time. The owners have added a heated pool. A great place to relax after a day at Nauset Beach. There is a great deck with a gas grill. Plus there is a hot tub! You'll also find a large picnic table with an awning if you want to get out of the sun and a gas fire-pit. Next to all of that you have the coolest garage in Orleans that has been transformed. Inside you will find a bar, Foosball table and seating for 8 for those times when you'd prefer not to eat outside. And of course no trip to the Cape is complete without an outdoor shower, a fundamental part of the perfect Cape Cod vacation.

- "I have been coming to the cape since I was a baby and the house based on it cleanliness and modern features was great . Great open floor concept! The location to Orleans and Eastham was a bonus and being on the cove to paddle board and kayak every morning . The only negative was we had an issue with the fridge and it was not fixed until Wednesday which we lost food and had to eat out more than we would have liked . We will definitely be back next year !"

- "Perfect long weekend getaway! Loved seeing the ocean at the end of the street and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves." - "We loved our stay at this cottage! The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the most beautiful beach. Extremely clean and nice property, plenty of room for 4 adults, nicely furnished, tons of sunlight and windows and sea breezes. The kitchen was great for light meals and grilling. Just a couple nits - there didn’t seem to be central a/c but maybe window units would be added? We didn’t miss it because of the nonstop breezes. Also the upstairs bathroom seemed to be plumbed for a shower but did not have one hooked up during our stay. Not a dealbreaker for us - we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also the property manager was extremely responsive to our couple questions and did their best to support us. Thanks for a lovely visit!"

This Eastham ground floor apartment offers our guests a quiet, serene, secure location surrounded by beautiful gardens, set back off a secondary road while within a mile of Orleans center. Within walking distance to bay beaches and bike trail. A short drive to ocean beaches. The floor plan is open, airy, and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Do to Covid we ask that you bring your own sheets and towels, we do supply pillows and blankets. We book our July and August rentals for 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. Off season we require a 4 night minimum.

- "My Mom and I had a very nice stay in this spacious feeling downstairs apartment. It is very clean and comfortable with enough area for more than the two of us. There is one portable AC which made it comfortable when we put it on after being out for the day. There is a ceiling fan in the queen bedroom and a portable fan in the twin room (also close to the A/C unit) and we slept well.The location suited us well. It is close to some of our favorite beaches (National Seashore & Bay), a grocery store and other shopping, yet sets back on a quiet, private road with woods and marshlands on either side. The sounds of the birds outside were very relaxing.We enjoyed visiting with the couple who own the property and live in the house across the driveway through the trees. Although we did not need assistance, they were available at any time and were very kind in leaving my Mom flowers for her 89th birthday. They can take pride in keeping their property very welcoming."

Spacious 2 bedroom home close to Nauset Beach! Central ac. Nice sized kitchen with eat in area. Living room off kitchen area has ample seating. Separate den has a large flat screen smart tv. Two bedrooms and the bath are at the other end of the house. One room has a full/double and the other has 2 twin beds. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Outside you will find a large deck set up for cooking and relaxing. Gas Grill. Outdoor dining table with umbrella, plus additional outdoor seating. Outdoor shower is there to enjoy after a day at the beach. Nice flat yard is perfect for outdoor activities. Clothes line for wet towels and bathing suits. Washer and Dryer are located in the basement with access via the outdoor bulkhead. Dogs are welcome with owner approval.
