The property manager was really good to communicate with and allowed us to check in early meaning no one was there prior to our stay. Only thing that I thought was ridiculous is they have a nice on site parking spot behind the unit but they charge you $20 a day for it meanwhile the city parking lot next to the unit was $10 a day. I feel that if the unit has a private parking spot off road they should include that in the rental price. Other than that everything was great. "

They’ve thought of every detail inside and outside from a hairdryer right down to reusable grocery bags. There’s a Keurig and an assortment of kcups for renters to enjoy and a basket of complimentary snacks along with beverages in the refrigerator. The place is clean and every word written in the description is true. Awesome real arcade game machine which my husband and daughter had a blast playing, the best selection of board games and some nostalgic toys that had me feeling like a kid in a candy store. The Wi-Fi is really good, the water pressure from the shower is top notch and the tile work in the bathroom is beautiful. Granite countertops, nice new waterproof floors, plush carpet in the bedrooms, cozy beds. Everything is included (bedding, towels, beach chairs, sand toys you name it! The view is gorgeous, we admired all the beautiful waterfront properties. The neighborhood was safe and perfect for walking our dogs. The set up in the back in unlike any other! The neighborhood is comfortably active; almost exclusively populated by families. The streets are residential and slow, except for beach goers transporting their boats/kayaks/boards and families.

There are a few restaurants within a short walk/bike ride, the famous ones being- beach shack Harpoon Henry's, On the Rocks and 5 West, and the more active Victorian Cape May area is a quick 10 minute drive/cab.

While you dont have the bigger waves in the water as you do on the ocean side, you can kayak or float around in the water for hours if you want to. - "Cinnamon was a pleasure. Her place is as described. She has everything you need to "live" a week in the Cape May area. She had welcome gifts and snacks upon our arrival, along with bed linen and towels. We ate at the place most days. Grilled 4 days. Had a nice fire in the fire pit multiple times. Played the big Connect Four and Corn Hole. Sat in the Gazebo every morning. I am telling you that the house had almost everything. The only thing missing was a platter to bring the food back and forth for the grill, but plenty of plates, and I had helpers. You will not be dissapointed if you stay here with the intention of seeing the sights in Cape May. Cinnamon's recommendations were on point and didn't disappoint! No matter what, it seems like everything you want to see and visit is a 20 minute drive. You can walk to CVS, Wawa, Ice Cream, Pizza, Wings, Barber and a few restaurants. Although the Bay is close, please go at high tide or strictly to watch the sunset or look for rocks. Outside of that, it is not that appealing. But back to Cinnamon's place we would stay there again in a heartbeat. So pleased. Thanks Cinnamon for a great family trip and super memories."

- "Just-opened beautifully appointed, very modern, clean and well stocked 3 bedroom apartment with a fantastic view of the beach and ocean from the front deck. The apartment met all of our needs. It is a very short walk to the beach. We had dinner one night on the deck and the outdoor table was comfortable for the six of us and a high chair. We also enjoyed the firepit at night and the bikes in the morning. The supplied linens and house towels are top quality. Having extra beach chairs and kid’s toys available were handy. The main bedroom has a large bathroom with a double sink, the other 2 bedrooms share a smaller bathroom. The main bedroom and another bedroom have king beds (plus the other bedroom fit a portable crib) and a small bedroom has a bunk bed with double beds. Each bedroom and the living room has a smart tv. The owners were very accommodating, friendly and quickly responsive to our questions and requests, eg, for extra flat sheets. We would stay there again next year, except we are expecting another grandchild and the small bedroom could not handle a portable crib."

Guests have access to a large shared driveway, a private fully fenced and gated backyard with all of its amenities, and the main home. Lovely renovated apartment located just one block to the beach. This second floor one bedroom apartment is located in the cottage next to the main house. This modern unit provides a full kitchen, office area, dining area for four, washer and dryer. The bedroom offers a king bed and full bath the additional sleeping area is a queen pull out sofa in the living room. The apartment is also supplied with linens, eco-friendly bath products, beach, chairs, towels, umbrellas, bikes, and bike lock up area. Guests will also have access to a shared courtyard with fire pit, grill, outdoor shower and parking for two cars. Parking is located down the driveway to the left side of the Mission Inn. You will pass through the shared courtyard to enter this unit. Entrance is on the second floor the cottage building. Bicycles and beach equipment are located in the first floor of the cottage through the entrance on the front of the cottage. This property is no smoking anywhere on premise.
