Don’t get me wrong, I’d rather not die in a fire, but since this was my only night and I had a late check in I felt like I was unable to take advantage of the hotel’s amenities and was unable to sleep in as I would have hoped/liked to. Again, I understand that safety comes first, but did feel like my stay was tainted by the early morning freak out and trudge down 12 flights of stairs, due to a false alarm. Overall, I would love to stay here again and despite the hefty price I enjoyed the hotel."

I spilt some red wine on my dress and someone immediately brought some seltzer water and recommended local dry cleaners and I had my dress back perfectly clean by the time I left . Brilliant. We rented bikes and rode along the cape cod rail path that was recommended online somewhere. Ask to go towards orleans on the path because you can stop and get ice cream. We went to nauset beach and it was absolutely packed. If you walk down to the right, it gets much better and the water is so nice. HIGHLY recommended. Bring a cooler and chill out. best vacation ever award."

Access to entire apartment, coin-operated laundry room a few doors down the building. No outside access on fire escape unless emergency - per order of Town Of Brookline Fire Department.

Other things to note
After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

There is no over night parking in Brookline, visitors can only park for two hours in the day. Professional building, please be considerate of other tenants. A welcome packet will be sent two weeks prior to arrival, it contains all info needed for check in and during your stay. 3 days prior to arrival, Arrival instructions will be sent, provides key access and a navigator application that will help you navigate your way to the apartment.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.

–Second Floor: 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom (hall bath shared by the two upstairs bedrooms)

Bedroom 4: 1 King bed

Carriage House: This is also a 2 story structure with a staircase to access the bedrooms
